The food and service at Nancy's was great. I enjoyed my meal, the server was attentive without being weird. Only thing is the wood table was sticky and looked a little gross where the glass top doesn't cover.

While visiting friends in the area, we decided to try Nancy's for breakfast. We started with beignets, which arrived hot and dusted with powdered sugar and a dish of amazing blueberry jam - Maine blueberries, the little ones with tons of flavor. Two of our party had the avocado eggs benedict. They said that the hollandaise was somewhat bland (could have used a bit of lemon), but otherwise the dish was quite good. Another had a breakfast Sandwich with corned beef which was also very tasty. I sampled some of the corned beef and it was delicious. I had a special for the day. This was a spicy fried chicken wrap with honey, egg, greens, and cheese. Most of the filling was chicken and egg. It was huge and delicious. The spice was not knock you off your chair and the honey really complimented the spice that they used. It was so big that it was difficult to hold and eat, but if that's the worst I can say about it. I wish this were a regular item, so that I could get it again when we go back. The wait staff was very attentive and communicative. Five stars for her. So why not 5 * instead of 4? It was very close, but for a breakfast place, I want the hollandaise to be great. It was also slightly higher than expected. You can see the prices on the menu and judge for yourself. Don't get me wrong; we will definitely be back and our friends are likely to be regular customers. I'd suggest that you give it a try.

Absolutely Loved this cute little breakfast and lunch spot. Lots of choices on the menu..... the kids chose lunch we chose breakfast. Kids got tenders with fries and a grilled cheese with Corn Chowder. Hubby went with a nice stuffed omelette with spinach, tomatoes, onion and added in some jalapeno bacon. I went with there Route 1 Special two over easy eggs, Home Fries, Baked Beans, Homemade Corned Beef Hash and Hollandaise Sauce. Everything came out quickly, Hot & fresh. Everything was really good. Their Bakery Items looked Absolutely delicious but we were to stuffed.....might go back again tomorrow. If your in the area I'd stop in and check them out. Safe was very friendly and patient.

The parking is precarious. Not enough space for the people that want to go there and backing out is a bitch at 67. The staff is very attentive. They acknowledge you as soon as you enter the door. The pastries are very appealing, my sweet tooth could be satiated if I didn't have to watch out for my sugar. I love a whipped cream dessert. I'm a little sad to see that everybody's prices are through the roof but I'm on vacation. I come back here repeatedly year after year several times a season. The waitress who does the tables is very nice and memorable

Great service and the baked goods are tempting to just buy them all. We need more places like this.

Great hearty breakfast! We got there early on a Friday and we're seated promptly. By the time we received our food it was packed.

My Son asked me to find a Restaurant that we could all go to on Father's Day, so after an extensive…read moresearch online I came up with 3 nearby Restaurants that I've never been to! The River House in Portsmouth, Tuna Striker Pub on Seabrook Harbor and lastly The Deck in Salisbury overlooking the Merrimack River and Newburyport Harbor! He chose The Deck in Salisbury and I agreed bc it's in a great location with beautiful views! When we got there their Parking Lot was full but they had additional parking across Rt.1 where they offered a golf cart shuttle to the Restaurant! We decided to just walk over! The Deck was very busy probably bc it's Father's Day! We were seated at a high top table, enjoyed the views and were amazed at the number of staff they had maneuvering around the tables, with precision I might add, delivering food to the tables! It was quite an impressive sight! Our Waitress was very pleasant, welcomed us and was attentive throughout our visit! There were six of us and we chose the following menu items...My Daughter in Law chose the "Caprese Salad w/grilled Chicken, the Grand Children had a Cheeseburger and the oldest a Lobster Roll, his favorite, which by the way can be ordered warm w/Butter MKT Price which our Waitress said was $48, it seems to be the going price right now in better restaurants! It was a decent portion of Lobster meat! My significant other and Son both opted for the fried Scallops , hers with Onion Rings, which were fried in a light batter and tasty, his with Fries! The Scallops were excellent, fried in a light batter and delicious! I chose the "Deck Blues Burger" which was one of the best Burgers I've ever had and grilled medium to perfection! The food all around was excellent and when you add the beautiful views it made for one of the most memorable Father's Day's! We highly recommend "The Deck" and it will become one of our favorite dining spots in the future! Food...5 Vibe....5 Staff...5

We first went up to the 21+ bar area on the top deck where they were playing live music. It was too crowded and loud for me, so we went down to the bar downstairs. Our bartender was nice and got us our drinks right away. I got the SOBER STRAWBERRY drink which was fine just a bit too tart for me. After only around 20 or so minutes we got a text that our table was ready so we went over to grab it. When we sat down, service unfortunately took a turn and it took forever to get our orders in, get our food, etc. We ordered a few items to share: -CLAM CHOWDER: Chowder flavor was good and a nice portion. -BEET SALAD: The beets were nice and tasty and went well with the greens and dressing. -MUSSELS: Flavor was fine. There were some that weren't cooked as well, also a lot of sand in some of the mussels as well. They did also have a few toasted bread slices to dip into the broth which is always a nice touch. All in all, an ok spot for a bite to eat but wish service could have been stronger.

** Burger and Donut Review **…read more Outstanding space with a rustic modern look, a 4-sided bar, balanced seating (booths, tables, high-tops), an outdoor patio, and a private room. My wife and I had the pleasure of sitting in seats more akin to living room furniture-- that's a good thing. Also good was the breeze that blew in from the deck on a hot day. -- Blackened Cod Sandwich: This was my wife's lunch and it looked very good, with a brioche bun, and no shortage of condiments. Most importantly, the tall portion of fish was very moist and very well seasoned. My small taste didn't have the classic "blackened" vibe, but it was very good. A mini basket of fries provided plenty. Probably frozen, but good quality and a good balance between crisp and droopy. -- Dry Aged Burger: As a burger aficionado, that's what I came for, and a dry aged one-- a rarity around Boston, sadly-- gets my attention immediately. This one, ordered medium rare, brought a decent crust and decent moistness inside, though both could be more pronounced. It was probably closer to medium than medium rare, and the brioche bun was a white bready under the dome, but it worked. The dry aged flavor came through immediately. Good supporting cast among the sauces and vegetation, and same fry basket treatment as on my wife's plate. Overall, good instead of the hoped-for great. -- Donuts: We came at brunch, so this was a nice option for us to treat as a dessert. My opening came when I saw another server walk by with a plate and I asked her upon returning, "What was that plate of meatball-looking things?" She said those were the apple cider donut bites, and proceeded to gush that they were her favorite thing on the menu and a don't-miss item. This prevented me from having to twist my wife's arm, so it was a done deal. The "bites" were fairly large, closer to baseball size than golfball size, with a nice thick outer crunch yielding to a very warm, still-moist-but-fully-cooked interior. Delicious cinnamon flavor on the outside, natural donut dough flavor inside, and kicked up by a thin, cinnamon-maple sauce underneath and a whipped cream (they called it and vanilla anglaise) on the sides. Fantastic, and in an era when "artisan" donuts run $5 apiece even out of a fridge, getting six warm ones of higher quality for $12 was a steal. The burger was closer to good than great, but overall a good meal, good service, great space, and surprisingly good value (on all three items). I'd be interested to try them for dinner.
