He was appropriately attentive. I had their non alcoholic No-Jito. Delish. I had their Green Chili Burger with modifications. I subbed out the pepper jack cheese for cheddar and had their aioli sauce on the side. Perfectly medium. And their exquisite fries. My husband had the Short Rib tacos with salad. They have it down! Then, a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream with no fillers. All good stuff. Stephen put a candle in it! Ha! I wish we'd been seated in a booth rather than out with the masses, but they were busy. For me, the flavors are more like a 3/5: the beef tasted a bit stronger than I'm used to, hate to use the word "gamey" but that's the best description I can use. The fries made in beef tallow also had a distinctive taste that wasn't necessarily bad but not my favorite. The only item that was a 1/5 for me was the shake, where I had to just say no and barely could have three tastes of it. The sweetness was just too unusual for me. However, I might just be used to more standard food (usually more into In n Out or Shake Shack or Good Times vibes) so I'm happy I tried this and encourage others to check it out for themselves!

The Eggs Your Way and Tangerine Breakfast Combo are pretty standard breakfast restaurant offerings. Eggs, Meat, Potatoes, Toast. Decent and did their job. The Full English Breakfast wasn't great. The person who ordered it said it was unseasoned and unimpressive. We've had a Full English in the UK - and this is no where near the real deal. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash. It was ok. Flavor-wise, it was seasoned well. However, the corned beef was cut into large cubes. Approximately the same size as a breakfast potato. I wasn't a fan of this rendition. I prefer when it's finely chopped or shredded. This version didn't really feel like a hash. Definitely got the impression this place is hit or miss. Not sure I'd come back personally, but overall it wasn't terrible.
