Delicious food and our family's go to place. Never disappoints.. Specially Paneer Tikka masala.

I ordered takeout here and absolutely loved it! It took my doordash driver 40 minutes to arrive but the food stayed warm and intact because the restaurant double wrapped everything. My favorite was the lamb curry. I inhaled it instantly and repeated at least 5 times that it was the best curry I've ever had. There was less meat than I expected, but that's cool because the curry was so rich and heavenly. I also really loved the chili cheese focaccia. The chili was on the spicier end of the spectrum but very delicious. I also recommend the chicken Bombay Frankie and chicken lollipop. The lollipop needs to be eaten right away because it gets soggy after a few hours. The Chinese bhel wasn't what I expected. It was slightly strange but wasn't bad read more

Went here a couple weeks ago on a Saturday evening. Walked in around 7ish and we were able to get seated right away - party of 3 (it did get pretty busy by the time we left). Service was great - food came in a timely manner & the staff was friendly / helpful! The food is absolutely delicious. We got the following (they were able to make it all without onion and garlic to accommodate our restrictions) - chili paneer dry, fried rice, and Hakka noodles (asked to make it spicy), and paneer tikka masala with chili naan. Everything was really flavorful and tasty. The chili paneer comes out on a sizzler and was hands down the best. The rice and noodles were also yummy and well made. The paneer tikka masala wasn't as spicy, but it was nice to balance out the spice in the other items. The paneer pieces were nice and soft, and well cooked. Naan wasn't too crispy or too soft - it was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend if you're looking for some well-priced, well-portioned, satisfying Indian / Indo Chinese food :) read more

I've been to Artesia many times and when you're in town, you get sidetracked by all the popular Indian/Pakistani restaurants and you care not to take a closer look of what's really around you. Nanking Indo-Chinese Restaurant is a spot me and my family wanted to try since it was different than what we usually opt for. The food here tasted like something I would make at home. They add lots of garlic, chillies, and spices to their food. The veg fried rice was very simply made. I loved that they made it with basmati rice and the veggies still maintained their crisp. The Chicken Kofta Kabab is lite in taste meaning it had lots of garlic and black pepper and less salt. This was good but of course I had to tweak it by adding chili paste and salt. The Kung Pao Chicken was very differently made. I actually prefer it this way. It was made with lots of sauce and you can taste the chinese 5 spice along with ginger garlic, chilies, and soy sauce. The service here was okay. The waiter was friendly but kept minimal contact with us due to covid prevention practices. The menu is moderately priced but it's understandable right now. I would definitely come back and try their Indian menu. read more

One of the best indo Chinese food I have eaten close to home. Awesome service and great ambiance.

The best food of its kind anywhere in Southern California. Vegans will be happy and so will carnivores. The buffet has more selections than you'll ever try. It's all super delicious. I have brought my vegan daughter here, my mom, and several friends. Their new location now looks as upscale as their food has always been. I'm serious. This can't be understated. read more

Went to this restaurant expecting Bombay Chinese food but it was the worst idea. Ordered the usual Manchurian, noodles and fried rice. Nothing tasted like indo Chinese. It was more of nepali food. The rice was super spicy even though we were told it was mild. They gave bottled water (even though we didn't ask for it). There were no cups. They charged us for bottled water...who does that without informing customers? The family got sick later in the evening after eating here. I think their hygiene standards seem low. I went for the lunch buffet and tried and liked the Hakka noodles, Chilli chicken, as well as typical Indian items like butter paneer and tadka dal. I enjoyed them. The service was good. Love the place always. Over the years when we drive from Artesia to Phoenix, we stop here for our last desi chinese fix before the long drive. We have been visiting this place since it opened and have loved to see the restaurant thrive. One thing i didn't like is that they disposable water bottles. Something they adopted during covid and never stopped the practice. Had I known, I would have carried my contigo bottle We have voiced the concern to the manager to push to be more environmentally conscious and would love to see the change. I've been wanting to find a indo Chinese restaurant that I really like for the longest time and this place hit the spot! Every place I've gone to has really oily food and the quality just isn't the best. We ordered the hot and sour soup for an app and it was SO good. We got hakka noodles and the goat curry and garlic naan for main food and it was delicious! 2 entrees was definitely enough for 3 people. We even ended up packing food to take home. The service was really nice and they were so accommodating. The place was really clean and they had lots of seating inside. My only complaint that it was really hot inside read more
