I had to let it sit for an hour before it would start again. I took it to some mechanics who tested it and told me the starter was bad and wouldn't work when it was hot. I took the starter back and told the people at this store what happened. They took it in the back and told me their test said it worked fine. And manager bragged about how his tester was superior to anything a mechanic would use. After, again, telling them it started the 1st 2 times but had to cool down for an hour before starting again, I was given back the bad starter and basically told to fuck off!!! And now I'm stuck with a bad $400 starter. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

Was charged an additional inspection fee for something I did not ask for as well as being asked no discount for it taking 7 1/2 hours for something that should maybe take 30 to 45 minutes.
