They said the car was flawless and that if anything was wrong with it, I would get a full refund. Well they were 100% right about the condition of the car, it was nice. The sales person Keith was a cool guy and everything they did was upfront and honest. The finance manager was also very helpful and did not push a lot of garbage add ons. They did everything right and I ended up saving 25k over a new CTS-V with these options. The car only had 8900 miles on it. They even gave me a full tank of gas which is sorely needed because this car goes through that fast! Never had such a smooth transaction at a car dealer, highly recommended.

Not only had I never had a plug in that tire, but they also insisted I needed a brand new tire--and even suggested replacing all four, despite my car only having 26,000 miles. He put coolant in it and charge me another eight dollars. They never looked at my tires or called that out. I told him that's ridiculous that they're charging me for coolant when it should've been part of my service and if the manager was here, none of this would be happening.
