They have amazing food and Great service! We've been enjoying Napoli pizza for years!

I've gotta say, you roll up to this place in the Dollar General shopping center you can't help but to be a little suspect. With that being said, damn. I was shocked. They used to be great, but lately they've just gotten cheap and sloppy. For example, we got two subs and got the veggies & mayo on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. We ordered extra of the veggies (peppers, pickles) and they didn't even give us 1 tiny container full of each (they used to give one large container). Two subs, one not full 3 oz container... They're not gold, stop being so cheap. To make matters worse, they over drained the veggies, so I can't even use the juice to stretch out the veggies. read more

One of the Top 5 pizza's I have ever had....the guys who work there are awesome. The dough is made fresh daily and hand tossed never squeezed in a machine. Two things that make a great tasting pizza, great dough and great sauce and Napoli's has both. So if you want great pizza pies or cannoli then this is your place. Food is always good! The service is good. There always seem to be an issue with the fountain drinks.

Seriously, just eat here. You won't regret it. Although my bank account regrets it. It's not that they are expensive (pretty normal pricing) I just eat there way too often! Anyone who says their food is bland must of had a cold or something that day! Their food is amazing! I always order either their subs, wings, or Stromboli. Spending the night in Carlisle, we were very fortunate to find this great gem! The Penne noodles were al dente perfect alongside the eggplant parmesan, which was obviously created with a lot of pride. We also had the White Pizza, and it was delicious, especially the crust. The Greek Salad was just ok. But I am giving 5 stars to these gentlemen behind the counter for their great food, excellent sauce and friendly service. Would return if I ever visit again. read more

Excellent pizza! I walked up just a few minutes ago and ordered a small supreme to go. The toppings were fresh looking and tasting, and plenty of them! The staff were friendly and attentive and quickly took my order and started on my pizza. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a hot fresh pizza. You can also sit in and eat at tables that accommodate up to about 4 people each. Overall a nice little place that I will come to again next time I'm in town. read more

I'm from New York so I know what a good slice of pizza is. This place is ok, the pizza isn't amazing but it's sufficient. Aside from the mediocre food, this place is fine. If a 10 star rating would be available, Napoli would get it hands down. I cannot say enough about this restaurant, it is so very much more than a pizza shop, so please do not limit yourself to just pizza and subs. Wanted something different and saw Maryland crab soup on special. At first glance, it looked to have a vegetable beef soup for base, but the flavor was good crab. No skimping on the crab either, there was plenty in there. Just the right amount of spiciness. As good as any I had in Baltimore. read more

We were traveling though looking and looking for a good pizza place to eat. We found it. This is an authentic casual pizza place. Plenty of variety for everyone and their prices are reasonable. I'm from Chicago so I think I have a fairly high standard for pizza places. In my trip here I got lost and missed my scheduled pick up time by almost a full hour. The owner refused to give me the pizza he originally made and instead made a brand new one. Not only was the pizza great but the customer service truly made my day. read more

I travel to Carlisle once per month. I usually eat in Mechanicsburg but tried a slice of pizza at Napoli while waiting for a Chinese food order next door. I had tried this place once before a couple of years ago and didn't like it. But I believe in second chances. Strike 2, they're out! The pizza was bland, the crust more soggy than crisp and the sauce was bitter sweet, a really bad combo on pizza. Would not recommend this place for pizza. read more

Pizza is excellently cooked and I would personally say the tomato sauce is the best part with a mouth watering flavor. The service excels any pizza place I have been to in Carlisle; it's fast yet high quality. Very lovely staff! Enjoyable Italian food which they are always willing to customize. For an area inundated with pizza joints, it is important to recognize tasty spots. They have a great marinara sauce. Stick with the traditional foods for homemade. Worth going back to try the rest of the menu. read more
