An awesome dive! Though the place is dark and the AC doesn't work very well, this is some of the best pizza I've ever had. The crust has the perfect bite, chew and crispness. Worst customer service ever. I went there for my lunch break I walk in there's one lady standing by the counter waiting for assistance a guy comes from the back and says do you need something. I said I want to dine in he says well you can sit down. I sit down waiting for 15 minutes no one ever came to take my order to check on me or anything. Two more guys walk in sit down at the table across from me 15 minutes pass no one still came. I tell the guys I have been sitting here for 30 minutes now and have not received any service and walked out of the restaurant. read more

We went for lunch today for our first visit to Napoli's. We were first struck by the music. My Sophomore daughter is taking Italian at UNT and was very impressed. As we were the first people in the place at noon, we did expect the service to be better. The server came to take our drink orders and returned quickly with them and the bread.. When we asked for a "few" minutes to look over the menu, he disappeared for quite some time. Once we made our choices and the food arrived, it was wonderful. I had the chicken carchovi, my wife had the spagetti and meatballs. My daugther had the Liguini tuttomare and her boyfriend had the pasta sampler. Everyone was thrilled with their choice. The food was excellant and lots of it. There was a doggie bag needed. We will be back to try more of the menu. Hopefully the service will be better. read more

What's also so great about this place is that they deliver to a wide range of the City of Denton. I love the pizza, meatball subs, salads, pastas, and deserts. I guess I should have tried the pizza. But was not wanting pizza so ordered Chicken Parmesan instead. A huge plate of unidentifiable food was placed in front of me. The sauce (which wasn't bad) smothered everything. Once I found the chicken it was so tough I could hardly cut it and it tasted dry and tough like it was pre-made last week, frozen, then re-fried. I couldn't eat it I was so disgusted. My husband asked for the manager and they offered to makes something else, so I ordered Baked Ziti. That came out undercooked and the sauce had a funky taste. We will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

We used to love Napoli's and we were so excited to find a non chain pizza place near us. When we discovered they also had gluten free salad options; it was even better. We usually order from them for our weekly family pizza night. However; the in the past, we have had issues with the pizza slung all over the box to where it has been folded over and cheese and toppings are everywhere. We also have had issues with the Caesar salads the past 3 times we have ordered. The lettuce arrives wilted and almost hot, the salad dressing is everywhere literally pouring out of the to go boxes. We live 3 blocks away & our food arrives like it's been driven around Texas motor speedway. AND even though I specify no croutons due to allergies; the salads arrive half the time WITH croutons. It's ridiculous. They're beyond soggy and it's almost impossible to pick out due to how drenched they are. The manager tried to argue with me that it's due to the hot chicken breast that's put on fresh. I've got news for him. I've ordered chicken Caesar salads for delivery and to go from other venues and they've never been this way. Sadly; we will have to find a different place to order from. read more

My spaghetti literally tasted like a can of unseasoned, chunky tomato guts mixed in with some sad warm over cooked noodles that had been sitting there all day. Who can mess up spaghetti and meatball? Pure laziness if you ask me. My boyfriend also received a barf omelet called lasagna. Really nice delivery guy though. No wonder the staff doesn't smile! Wanted to have a romantic dinner with my boyfriend with a scary movie but to my surprise the food turned out even scarier. You ruined it Napoli's!!! read more

We love this place! Reminds us of a small family restaurant in Italy. The decor is not fancy, music is piped in and waiters are not fluent in English (Texan). Therefore, you need to repeat what you are ordering. Our favorites are the delicious bread before meal, stromboli, spaghetti carbonara and eggplant parmesan. Very authentic Italian and very good at reasonable prices. We look forward to trying more dishes and highly recommend Napoli's for someone who wants to have a great Italian meal. read more
