Below average. The chicken my boyfriend had tasted as if it was previously frozen, based on the consistency and texture of the chicken. Marinara sauce tastes exactly like the Newman's Own brand at Walmart. Pasta was over cooked, and watery. Owner confronted us and harassed us asking if we had a problem with the food since she noticed we didn't eat much. We didn't want to be rude so we said the food was okay, and she kept harassing us rudely trying to figure out why we didn't eat it. Super weird experience, won't be back read more

A great little Italian restaurant hidden in a strip mall. The prices are on the low end....the food on the top. We ordered and shared a Napoli salad with house dressing. It came with hot garlic rolls before our entrees. My order of spaghetti with meat sauce needed a bit of draining... because I had to ask for an extra napkin to remove water from the edges of the plate. Even with that, I could not finish even 1/2 of the serving. It was so good, my son didn't need a to go box. He enjoyed the pasta sampler. Both orders came hot and steaming. The rolls tasted as if Gramma had just taken them from the oven. Our server checked on us often. He was great at refilling beverages and rolls. I noticed they do a great take out business. We got dinner from here a few nights ago, and the lasagna tasted rotten, the manicotti wasn't traditional in any way (it was just the shell with mozzarella in it? Not Ricotta or anything.), the bread was stale and hard, the mozzarella sticks were soggy, etc. The only good part of the meal was the pizza. Waste of $50. Don't waste your time with anything other than pizza. read more

So... little café / diner type restaurant. One other family having lunch here when we went. They serve a delicious bread knots appetizer - free... super hot and fresh! We ordered spaghetti with meatballs and my husband purchased a white sauce dish, not sure. We were pleased with our meals. We were confused by the menu as to spaghetinni as opposed to spaghetti... on the menus and what he ordered came with the "tinni" and mine with spaghetti however, when we compared at our table they were the same... interesting. Reliably good to above average. Delivery can be slow, but it's usually worth it. They've messed up our order a couple of times, but not too bad. They've forgotten my salad. But the food is usually hot when it gets here, and they usually give us plenty of bread. Delivery drivers are polite and they drive slow through the neighborhood. Ordering over e phone can be difficult because it is noisy on their end. They're all business when you order, don't expect pleasantries or detailed knowledge of the menu. We usually order pasta, and have never ordered pizza. Their diavolo sauce used to be more spicy, but not that great anymore. I think quality varies based on who is cooking at the time. read more

Tonight the wife and I ordered two pizzas delivered, just as we have done many, many times. We were totally, but pleasantly surprised when our order arrived at our door about fifteen minutes later. In the past it was more like a 45 minute wait. When we opened the boxes, we were totally shocked at the way our pies looked--nothing at all like what we've experienced in the past. Our vegetable pizza was almost void of veggies, where in the past it was loaded with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and olives. It was basically a cheese pie with a lot of sauce (which was totally different from the sauce in the past) and what looked like a few bits of onion and equally stingy amount of pepper. In a word it was awful. Probably the worst pizza we've experienced ever. The pepperoni pizza was not any better--same terrible sauce and almost no pepperoni. In fact, I've had slices with more pepperoni than this entire pizza. What the hell is going on with this operation? Has the recent competition hurt them so badly that they cannot afford ingredients for their operation? Are there new owners? If so, they obviously don't know what they're doing. It is so sad to see what was once a decent pizza joint go so far down hill. Regardless of the why's, tonights experience has really soured us. We will no longer patronize Napoli's. Service was good, the woman who seemed to be taking care of everything in the front was very attentive. The decor is what you would expect from a cheap italian food place, casual- not fancy, somewhat comforting :) I ordered the lasagna from here, it was a huge piece, and somewhat greasy, how generous they were with the sauce turned me off, but I still enjoyed what I had of it. I received pale yellow, barely cooked mozzarella sticks that looked like they were heated up in a microwave and tasted like batter along with the fettuccine Alfredo that had a paste like sauce and was the worst Italian food I've ever had in my life. Always pleased with Napoli's. It is a fantastic neighborhood Italian Restaurant. The pizza is NY style and excellent. We always get a large with Sausage, pepperoni and mushroom. Homemade pastas. It's worth a special trip. A go to when you live close. read more

We ordered take out from here and were not impressed. First the man I spoke with on the phone was not friendly at all, seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone. The restaurant was totally empty when my husband picked up the food. The food was flavorless, the meatballs tastes like they were from the freezer. The food reminded me of school cafeteria food. My husband disliked his food so much he threw it out and got McDonald's. My advice is to just skip this restaurant, we will not be back. read more

Best pizza we have experienced in years. Pizza always hot and so delicious the garlic in the sauce puts it over the top. Can"t bring ourselves to order anything else its that great. I find it difficult to find an Italian restaurant that I don't like, but somehow Napoli's has managed to make my very short list of Italian restaurants that I won't eat anymore. From the broiled, grey colored chicken, to the disgusting bathrooms, complete with leaking pipes, this place feels gross. If thats what the front of the restaurant, I'd hate to see the kitchen. This restaurant is reminiscent of the before scenes on Gordon Ramsey's show, Kitchen Nightmares. Eww. read more

Came for dinner on a Sunday evening and only a few tables were filled. Service was very slow and 10 minutes after we ordered we were told they were out of one of the dishes. Long wait for the meal and although we saw at least 6 different employees we got very little service. Had to ask for a fork & they forgot so one of us got up to get one. Air conditioning wasn't cooling & it was uncomfortably hot. Once food arrived it was average at best. Portions were generous & rolls were good. read more

My fiancé is from New York so I wanted to try and find a place that had similar authentic Italian pizza from New York. I drove the 35 minutes to get there to surprise her with something that would remind her of home I must say I was very disappointed when I got the pizza home to find the bottom of the pizza completely burnt. Not both pizzas mind you but paying $34 for two pizzas and one of them not worthy to eat is very disappointing I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for edible pizza. read more

I've only been here once and honestly? It's just OK. We were the only people in the building but had to waIt a long time for drink refills. We shared a pizza that gave us terrible stomach cramps, but it was a decent pizza. The staff, however, are incredibly friendly and nice. You can tell they genuinely care about their restaurant which rarely ever happens. The inside needs a little work, smells kind of funky and the tables could be updated. This has to be the worst Italian restaurant I've ever been to. The service was not hospitable to say the least, but the food was terrible. The bread served was good, as well as the appetizers. However I ordered the chicken piccata and had to have it sent back. The chicken tasted as it it was boiled and had been sitting, it was bland and gross and was over old pasta and watery sauce that tasted like from a hamburger helper boxed meal. The salad dressing tasted like ketchup. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs because I assumed that cannot be messed up, but it too was bland and just tasked like from a can. But be warned, if you're ordering delivery, THEY WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. I think this time around has been my last straw. I order here 3-4 times a month. I am not sure if they have new people working or if they just gave up on life but it keeps getting worse and worse. Every time I would order delivery something was forgotten and/or the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. When I would call to say they forgot something the answer I would receive was "oh well you can come pick it up". HOW ABOUT YOU HAVING YOU DRIVER BRING IT SINCE I PAID FOR IT! Now I've just started picking my food up because the delivery kid doesn't know what he is doing. Picked up food tonight. Not only was my pizza undercooked, it smells and tastes like cigarettes and they forgot to give me my salad dressing after I asked the kid TWICE if it was in the bag. They need to seriously think about either training the staff better or just put a sign on the front door that says "we are going to over charge you for all of your food, even though we won't give all of it to you". $28 for a medium undercooked pizza, a salad with no dressing and a halfway burnt baked ziti. *12 hour later update* I took back the half of the pizza and the entire salad and the asshat of a manager gave me $11 back because that's all I brought back. He was very rude. I asked why it was $28 for 3 small items and his exact words were "we make our food small". read more

This is my second trip to napolis and they have messed up my order a second time. They said a take out order would be ready in 20 minutes and it's been over 35 as of now. Meh. I called Napoli's to order for delivery and was told that delivery is only available after 5pm, and to call back. They close at 5pm today. Strike one. Hubby and I decided to order two veal parms and an order of mozzarella sticks for pick up. When we arrived, they had only made one entrée. We had to wait 15 more minutes while they made the second. Strike two. When we finally got home (starving at this point), the "cheese"sticks were sort of soggy and had NO CHEESE in them. The cheese was all in a glob in the bottom of the container. The veal... oh the poor veal. It was burned. I mean, black. Both of them. The sauce tasted like a low-sodium, healthy choice, jarred invention. But, in a bad way. The bread was inedible. Hard as a rock and had no flavor. Strike three. For $30 I could've ordered Domino's and at least stayed in my pajamas. We'll never go back. read more

I have been here several times with friends and family... Honestly so many times I have just about ordered almost the entire menu... The food has always been delicious and served nice and warm without being burning hot. Having an Italian step-father and having some of his traditional dishes I have a basic knowledge of what would and wouldn't be authentic and, although I don't believe that everything here would be that authentic taste, everything has always been great! Service has always been very good and the bread before the food is honestly the best part... When I was working for a hotel in the area and guests would ask me for good Italian food, no matter how far it was, I would always send them to Napoli's and I never had a guest complain about their food or experience. The pizza was excellent! Thin crust, sauce was not too bitter, not too sweet, cooked to perfection. Don't load it up, keep it simple, it tastes better that way. The server was, meh, not pleasant. She just wasn't a people person. But, there were two other servers there who kept coming by (obviously bored because the place was empty) filling our drinks and such who were both quite pleasant. service and speed was fantastic but whats holding 2 stars back for me follows: the bread was fairly hard on top but it was hot the pizza had a puddle of grease at the center and when I pulled a piece of pizza off of the pan it took the cheese from another slice with it. and for $1.25 i assumed I'd get more than 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice average. aside from those issues with the pizza the flavor was fantastic aside from these issues with the pizza the service was very friendly and very fast and I will definitely be coming back soon! read more

Worst service I've ever had! We went on March 4 and we should of walked out once we walked in. We walked in and the guy at the front pretty much gave us the biggest attitude and treated us like we were the biggest inconvenience. We actually thought they were about to close but it was still 3 hours to closing. The food was horrible! Salad and chicken Alfredo especially I couldn't even eat it. The first set of bread we received was completely burnt and the second one was not even cooked all the way. It is was still doughy in the middle. Our server never checked on us for drinks or anything else. When we finally got the check we waited for her to come to the table, she never did so we got up to go pay at the front and she just stared at us like she didn't know what we wanted. We were recommended by another local business to try Napoli's if we were hungry and looking for something to eat, so we did. The place was empty (but it was about 4 pm on a Sat afternoon) which is never a good sign. Sure enough garlic bread hit the table and it was awesome! Didn't want to get too excited (maybe we were just really hungry) and next our entree's...Wow! I love Italian food especially Veal Parmigiana and it was delicious! The rest of my family enjoyed there meals as well. By time we were leaving the early dinner crowd was starting to fall in. I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm on that side of town again! read more
