Nice, friendly, local Italian restaurant. My son's Pre-K class went on a field trip here early in the school year. He enjoyed it very much and had a lot of questions. The food is fine. Service is another matter. I ordered at 4:12p with the pronouncement of pick-u; "...give us 25 minutes." So okay, I arrived at 4:45. I paid and was told that it would be "a few more minutes." I finally received my pie at 5:15...by my watch. I got home in 12 minutes. It was cold. So, who knows how long it sat on top of the oven awaiting someone to pay attention enough to call out my name. Strange concept of time these folks have. If they're busy, fine. Tell me the truth. We opted for the delivery option for our experience and I must say when a restaurant delivers to your home even after finding out you are not in their delivery area they speaks volumes on customer service and integrity. Food wise: phenomenal we ordered the house style Stromboli and it did not disappoint. This handmade dough-ball of deliciousness was like a meaty cheesy marinara party in my mouth. Garlic knots: balls of Parmesan cheese sprinkled garlic goodness baked to perfection and served with a side of marinara. Holy moly! The lasagna at this place is amazing! Of course my own is catered a little more my way, just like everyone else's personal version- but this is as good as it gets outside of hours in your own kitchen! Napoli's is the ONLY pizza place we eat at or deliver from in Richlands. Everything is fresh and tastes almost as good as my Italian aunts homemade food but don't tell her I said that! Highly recommend to everybody we meet new to the area. read more

This has been our absolute "go-to" place for pizza. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly and quick. The building is a little older but they do really well at keeping the facility clean, including the restrooms. Absolutely make sure to ask about specials. Finally had a chance to check this place out since moving back here. As a native New Yorker, I can honestly say that I was super impressed by this classic style pizza. In an unassuming location behind the Post Office, this restaurant creates notably good pizza. Although lacking a minute or two in a hotter oven, the crust has a good, light fermentation, blister and tooth tug. The sauce has the right balance of acid and sweetness. It shares the spotlight with the crust, rather than overpowering an inferior dough as is often the case at lesser pizza restaurants. The generic meats and veggies are good enough and don't weight down the pie. Where it counts, Napoli's pizza will not disappoint those looking for the authentic, thin-crust pizza. read more

We ate both places back to back and can say the pizza is better here too. This is legit NY style pizza and our new go to place for pizza. Tip: You have to order in. Took my children to get pizza tonight ordered two slices of pizza, garlic knots, and a calzone. The kids enjoyed the pizzas but it took 30 minutes to get the calzone out. They also forgot to send out our garlic knots which I found out for delivered to another table. I would say that this is good place for pick up or delivery but I would not eat in again. read more

What a disappointment. It's pizza. But somehow they managed to ruin it. $40 for 2 pizzas and a bottle of soda. We ordered a white pie with broccoli. First, no broccoli. Then half of the bottom was burnt and it looked like it had flour baked on the top. This was after calling for 45 mins to get through. The girl on the phone said they took the phone off the hook because they were too busy. When we called back to complain about pizza it was off the hook again. We used to order food all of the time because it is the best however we stopped because of how rude the employees are. They answer the phone claiming they are already closed before 9 pm. They don't even close until 9:30. As someone who is in the restaurant industry I would personally know that you don't do this to your customers. A simple fix would be to get rid of the problematic children who are embarrassing this establishment. It's a shame because the food is really incredible. read more
