This is the second time we're missing one of the sides like literally it's country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw and a biscuit there's a spot for each item. How do you forget one of the items? Also, I order one of the boxes for my husband that comes with two different sauces. We literally got no sauces whatsoever no butter or honey for the biscuits. Nothing the box comes specific with two sauces and nothing. I did call the manager absolutely nothing that he could do for me over the phone, but I wanted to let them know that their employees are getting paid $20 an hour to mess orders up. So don't worry I also already did the survey and I'm gonna talk to corporate. I gave them a slide last week, but seriously your Wednesday crew is definitely lacking. And I know sometimes people might say that's not that big of a deal but it is a big deal. I can't just go back with my autistic child who is already having issues today and the main reason that we go is for their country fried steak deal and if I had the time I would've dug through the bag to make sure everything's there cause I definitely do that at McDonald's. I damn sure make sure I get my barbecue sauce for my kids nuggets before I pull away cause I've done that mistake once before. But when all three boxes are stuffed in a bag and I got him screaming in the background I don't really have time in the drive-through to do that. I just expect these people they get paid $20 an hour to not forget the items that are requirements for the items that are being ordered.

Shortly after, my husband tried placing…read morea separate online order using a different promo code for a 10-piece meal, but his code wouldn't work. I called the Lodi Wingstop to ask why, and the person who identified themselves as the manager told me that because they were so busy, they weren't accepting promo codes. We were told our options were to either wait an hour between placing our meals or drive to the Stockton location. What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of solution, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Customer service goes a long way, and this was one of the worst interactions I've had. If you're going to advertise online promotions, they should either be honored or clearly communicated as unavailable before customers place their orders not after. Very disappointing experience. To make matters worse, we ended up going into the store anyway to place my husband's order. Unfortunately, the poor customer service didn't stop there. The same rude attitude continued, not only toward me but toward several other customers while we were there. It was disappointing to watch people simply asking questions or trying to place orders be treated with such disrespect. Being busy is understandable but there's no excuse for treating customers poorly. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and sadly, that was completely lacking during our visit.

I knew I probably had to wait like them lol Yup! I stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone came and talked to me. I told her my name..she walked around then went to check on my order. She came back letting me know I had to wait for about 7 more minutes. While waiting, I ordered some drinks and the tub of ranch. About 15-20 minutes later I got my foods. The service wasn't that bad. It was just pretty lacking...while eating, more and more people started coming in. What I really like about this place was the size of the wings. It was a good size compared to most places. Also, they got the order correctly even though it was super busy. The wings were made right. Good amount of sauces over the wings. It wasn't too oily or too salty. It was perfect. If only the place was a bit more clean and service a bit more attentive, it would be an amazing experience. I recommend to order online. Who know how long you gotta wait if you order in person Hahh

We had an amazing first time experience at the Lodi location market Tavern. My friend and I came…read morelast week for dinner as I get together to catch up and also for my sweet for baby's birthday. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave my fur babies lots of attention and love. They even got us a little burger patty with a candle for him. It was quite warm and swampy outside though, and unfortunately, there were several mosquitoes making a meal out of us as well. Market Tavern has battery operated flyswatters that you can put on the table, but most of them were not charged so we couldn't really use them. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful though. Bathrooms were clean as well; actually kind of like the single bathrooms as they do have a few and give you more privacy. In terms of menu items, about 95% of the menu items are the same as Stockton's. I tried the Hamachi Crudo, which was refreshing and I also tried the roasted brussels sprouts. The duck confit was probably my favorite as it was so crispy. Although it sat on a bed of sweet sauce, I think it balance as well with the saltiness of the duck. I had a sparkling rosé locally from Lodi, which was refreshing and not stale/metallic. My friend got the salmon which she said was good too. I think overall, the big appeal for us was the fantastic service. At the end of our meal, our server generously gave both me and my friend little baggies of blueberry oatmeal cookies that we tried later. They were so fresh and delicious and soft. The staff here at market Tavern really made sure we got such great care and attention and treated us so well. My fur boys and I would be happy to return for that same experience. :)
