Went here with my wife as a graduation/welcome to Macon gift from my practice. We had no clue what to get and usually steered clear of higher end food/dining as we've had a lot more misses than hits in the past. The server gave detailed descriptions of practically every dish and we ordered per his suggestions (sometimes risky and usually pricey, but we had a gift card to burn through) and were blown away by the quality of the food here. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in town! I'm always sure to bring visitors from out of town to Natalia's because they never disappoint! I usually get the special, but I've also had their chicken parm and shrimp pasta dishes, which are both excellent. This restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth the cost. I'm from out of town our hotel is right next door. We were told by the hotel staff this the place to be.at.we did not have a reservation but they fit us right in. Rebecca our server was on point! She named off he specials like a pro QB knows his playbook. 21 to be exact! We had the calamari which was perfect not to heavy. My boss is a wine guy and said the pricing was not over the the top and the wine selection was very good. Cocktails were good. We had the lamb, veal, and the ribeye. Hats off to the chef! It doesn't get any better than this. Bar: Daniel is usually the bartender. Great, funny personality. He can create any fabulous drink you want. He can even make me swoon over drinks I typically hate everywhere else (ie: Apple Martini...my God, it's the best.). Wine selection is top notch, but I always stick with one of Daniel's liquour specialities unless we've got a large group or something. Apps: Never had a bad one, but the mushroom ravioli is awesome. So is the Calamari. And the crab cake. Oh, and don't forget the prosciutto with fruit. Entree: Beef Tournedos or Filet for red meat (be sure to get the béarnaise for either of them) , Dover Sole for fish. Dessert: Any of the Creme Brulee flavors are usually my pick. Seriously, just go ahead and get one of everything. You'll gain 15 pounds, but it's completely, totally worth it. You will not regret one single penny or minute you spend here. read more

Took my wife here for her birthday. Excellent choice! She was smiling from ear to ear the entire night as we were "wined and dined ". The ambiance is very romantic and the food is excellent! Macon is a slow blah town....but this place is it! The decor was so cute & cozy. Really gives you the feeling of an Italian cafe. I love it! Really wished we would've made reservations but we actually just randomly picked this spot because it was right next to our hotel. They were really busy so we asked if we could grab a spot at the bar. Luckily we found two seats. I quickly ordered my wine & calamari. It was soooooo good! Crispy, seasoned, & NOT overcooked. Next, I saw they offered Lamb chops & I was sold. Everything was so good with huge portions. We ended up taking so much to the room. Our bartender was very attentive & knowledgeable about wine pairings. I appreciated that. I would say this is more of fine dining so they are a bit pricey. Its well worth it to me. Especially for a lovely date night. I had a wonderful meal, great drinks, & was in great company at this cute little spot. Y'all gotta check them out. I really enjoyed! read more

The night we dined there all three of us selected off the specials menu. My daughter had a whole lobster, my husband ordered a veal chop, and I happily ordered the snapper (one of my favorite fish). The meal was nothing short of spectacular. Having shared bites of each other's meals we couldn't believe how wonderful each dish tasted. Went out to dinner at where we heard was a nice dinner spot for a celebration (birthday) and gave ample notice of what the celebration/why we were coming but nothing for the staff or establishment to address the birthday until we brought it up 3/4 of the way through the meal. Very personable staff but they take zero accountability with what happens as they got my order wrong then made excuses (this happens when you don't write down orders). The food was not bad, small portions for the price for sure. Expect a multiple hour dining event going here as they move incredibly slow and lack attention to their customers. You would think a birthday celebration and placing an incorrect order they would have had the courtesy of comping the dessert, but nope. We now know to go elsewhere in town when we want a nice dining experience read more

Been here a bunch at the new location and the old one. You can expect a good meal, sometimes it's great. We have never been disappointed with the food and service. My husband ventured out and tried the veal piccata, calamari appetizer, and the Di Pierre con May tag blue cheese salad. He was very happy with his choices. I ordered my usual creation that is not on the menu and the chef is always very accommodating. I noticed just how beautiful the outdoor patio area was as we were walking back to our car. My husband noticed that there is a television on the patio. This is the perfect place for a couple's date night, dinner with a client, or a family dinner. Natalia has been a favorite of ours since we discovered this place in the 90's. read more

Natalia's is probably one of the best restaurants in Macon. They have great food, atmosphere, and service. Sometimes restaurants will say they make all of their food from scratch and it isn't really noticeable but at Natalia's you can really tell they use the best quality ingredients. read more

I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to try this restaurant. What I didn't know is that I would be walking into one of the best, if not the best Italian restaurants I've ever had. This place is just perfectly appointed. Every detail makes the experience stand out. From the calm music to the dim lighting and seating areas that are not too crowded. It just feels like a personalized experience. I also have to take the time to mention the standout bartender, Sierra. She was kind, patient, had a warm smile and really knows how to make a drink. I requested a drink that wasn't on the menu and without hesitation she made it immediately and it was perfect. She had warm interactions with everyone in her area and is truly the type of person you want representing a business or organization.In addition to all this, did I mention the food!? From the Caesar salad with homemade croutons and dressing to the homemade lasagna with the steak bolognese sauce. Literally everything here was top notch. I would give an extra star if I could. Been going there for years. Consistently one of the best restaurants anywhere. Every place has it's ups and downs but a bad plate rarely leaves the kitchen. Lamb chops are my favorite here. Will occasionally hit the fried lobster or the medallions. Desserts are always good and you can usually count on a heavy handed pour. read more

This place is absolutely delicious! I came here for my 30th birthday and was able to be in one of the private dining rooms. Every single thing was perfect. The decor, the waiter, the food, the drinks...it was amazing! Richard was our waiter and he was wonderful. No one had to ask for anything. Drinks stayed filled and all questions were answered with a smile. Richard is obviously very knowledgeable about all things Natalia's. The food was delicious. I had the filet with au poivre and it was the best steak ever. All 16 guests at the table were extremely pleased with their experience. I am so grateful for an amazing birthday dinner! read more

Natalia's is still good but they have a table in the corner of one of the two main dining rooms that is an insult. If you're naive and inexperienced and weigh 120 pounds (for a man) then accept this seat. Otherwise it's an insult. Went with friends during the holidays and were disappointed that we couldn't really relax in the bar when we arrived early since bar seats are reserved for dinner. We were allowed to have a drink at the bar but had to move when the couple arrived that had a bar reservation. The food was outstanding!!! No complaints, and the service was excellent!!! We ordered a $50 bottle of wine with dinner as did our friends dining with us. The dim lighting made it impossible to review our check before leaving. To our surprise when we checked it the next day, we had been billed for TWO $50 bottles!! Oh well, we feel certain it was an honest mistake. Next time or friends will be springing for the wine! The night started out on a high note with the risotto special but went down from there. The blue cheese pear salad was tasteless and neither of us could eat it. I got the sea bass special (it had an eggplant finish) and it was AWFUL! I took two bites and couldn't take another. Fantastic menu and ambience. The menu was full of authentic and fresh Italian options. There were at least 10 specials for the day also. We enjoyed the caprese, lasagna made with besciamella, tagliatelle, risotto, fresh seafood in paper, and Creme brûlée. Everything was prepared perfectly and was delicious. This is a formal restaurant but we were in shorts since we were traveling to Atlanta on a weekend trip. They treated us well despite not being dressed appropriately. Most entrees could be entree size or appetizer size - the appetizer size was perfect for our kids (the spaghetti would be a perfect option for most kids). We had a reservation for NYE. This is not the first time we have been here for this occasion. It is probably the 4th time. We always get a mini bottle of Prosecco for each guest when we arrive. Even though we had a reservation, as we always do, they had run out of champagne and only had two left, even though we had a party of 6 and a 9pm reservation. (Keep in mind this is NYE) I saw that they only had two bottles left at the hostess stand when we checked in and when they didn't offer them to us, as in years past, I asked the waitress if we could get ours. They checked on it for us and came back and said that they were running short and that's the reason they didn't offer us the two remaining bottles when we had a party of 6. How in the world is this possible when this restaurant is in a two mile vicinity of both a grocery store and two liquor stores? We had a reservation. It's not like they didn't know we were coming. They could have very easily gone and replaced the shortage before or even when we got there! When we are spending $100 pp for dinner, this is expected. It put a bad taste in our mouth before we ever even ordered a bite to eat. They didn't even offer to comp our first round of drinks, which would have more than compensated for a mini bottle of champagne. Next, dinner....they had a limited menu which had been altered for the occasion. Prices were def higher than usual. It's not like this was our first time here. We all dine here on a semi regular basis. None of our food was exemplary, as it usually is. We ordered appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts....I am not leaving this review having only ordered one entree that failed expectations. One of our guests even had to send her steak back after a long, detailed discussion with the waitress about how she wanted it cooked. She told her very clearly that she wanted it light pink and it came completely well done. Keep in mind this is a $60 steak. By the time she got her next steak cooked, all of us were done with our meals. Her next steak was cooked medium rare, def bloody. She didn't even try to eat it, just asked for a to-go box so she could cook it more when she got home. None of our meals were great. It just wasn't worth complaining about. The only good dish that night was the lamb chops. They were fab. The pork braised ravioli was cold, the flank steak was chewy...It was a very disappointing experience and none of us have any intentions of going back for any occasion including New Years. Even though I normally grab a handful of chocolates on the way out the door, the bowl that night was completely empty. They got our money that night, but never again. read more

Me and my family went here after my graduation. I got the 5oz steak with the peppercorn sauce. The steak was the best and most tender steak I have ever eaten. The peppercorn sauce was also amazing.
