Kurimanju enjoying cheese burger and fries

Food was good. Got cheese burger, fries, and soda. Burger was good but waay over price. $10.25. Fries $3.90. Soda $3.40 but is refillable snd has coke zero. The check out lady was patient as we decided. And the restaurant is a basic diner which isn't too bad, and clean.

I lover their food and service was great and employees were nice, when you walk inside it feels nice and good climate

Indoor dining area can fill up quickly. Only 5 tables that fit 4-6.

The bathroom code is 1234 as of March 2026. Cheeseburger is made out of fresh ingredients, though I would only order a single patty next time, not a double patty. There was so much lettuce and tomatoes on top of the double patty cheeseburger with fried egg that it made it difficult to fit into a bite. The patty, cheese and fried egg were delicious. Onion rings were delicious. I asked for a side of ranch for dipping and they gave it to me. Blueberry cheesecake is pretty rich and a tad too sweet for my tastes. Good, but I would try a different slice of pie next time. There are only five tables in the dining area that seat 4-6, so it's possible when it's busy that there is nowhere to sit for dining in.

Nation's is finally open in the Cahalan plaza. There are only a few tables inside for the customers. I ordered the breakfast food and it was good. The chocolate milkshake is amazing.

Classic comfort food spot with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. The burger was juicy and satisfying, and the peach pie and strawberry pie were honestly the highlight of the meal. Fresh, sweet, and worth saving room for.

The burger was delicious, with a nice large serving of onion rings on the side. I also ordered a whole no sugar added apple pie to take home, which everyone enjoyed. My only complaint was the soda machine, I tried the diet coke, no taste, not enough of the syrup mixed in.

Cherry cheesecake that has been sitting in the cooler for too long.

I was very disappointed with my first and only experience at Nations Restaurant. The overall quality did not meet expectations. The wait time was much longer than expected, and when the food arrived it was not fresh and lacked flavor.  I understand that restaurants can have busy days, but I ordered 3 hot dogs and the buns appeared to be stale. The 3 pieces of pie looked lovely; however, the cherry cheesecake seemed like it had been sitting in the cold case for quite some time because the cherry topping was stiff, which made it seem old. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not return based on this experience and hope improvements are made in the food quality.

This is their current location, but I don't think it's their permanent place of business. Just for the time being. Google maps will take you to a parking lot entrance that's closed, blocked by a chain, so make sure you enter the parking lot on Locust Street. I ordered online, and the wait time was a bit long (20+ minutes) but not terrible. And once you arrive, there's a sign near the parking lot directing you to walk down an alley-like path. No signs at the door, just a dumpster outside. Yup, that's where you pick up. It feels like you're walking through the back door of a restaurant kitchen. Actually when you step inside, it indeed IS the kitchen which doubles as a pickup spot (no seats, no signs, I just showed the guy my order on my phone and he handed me my food packed neatly in a paper bag). I got the perro loco which comes with fries on the side, and an arepa with cheese. I didn't like that customers can't customize items when ordering online for pick up. Also wasn't a fan of the pineapple sauce, though I think that's one of the things they're known for. But the hot dog was still good, generous with the toppings and certainly unique. The sausage was plump and juicy with a mild flavor. The fries were delicious as well, and didn't taste cheap. And the mini arepa with cheese was buttery and had a nice texture. Altogether it made for a filling meal.

The menu is extensive with a mix of options (including a vegetarian burger). I ordered El Apto which came with a beef patty, bacon, shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato...all between a brioche bun. This came with fries and a side of pineapple sauce and apto sauce. I dipped my fries in the apto sauce and it was so good! The pineapple sauce goes well in the burger and also on the fries. The beef patty was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. All the flavors were amazing and tasted so fresh. I loved the crispy bacon and the shredded chicken. The chicken was well flavored and they put an ample amount on top of the burger. Wow! What a great combo. I also tried the maracuya (passion fruit) drink and it was so good! I like that it wasn't too sweet. It's fresh and refreshing. They are pretty busy because it's their opening so there might be a wait but it's totally worth it. There are tables around for you to sit so it's casual. The owner is so nice and you can tell he is very proud of his food. Highly recommend!!

These are like, the smash style patties so they have that nice crispy edge to them. I got mine just the way I like it; swiss, tomatoes, avocado and mustard. Also tried the onion rings. And they had Stubborn Root Beer (YUM!!) the burger was really good, just the right size. Onion rings were a good, perfectly serviceable battered rings, but a little salty. Partner had a breakfast sandwich and LOVED adding their special hot sauce mix to it. He said it was a little unwieldy to pick up and eat sandwich style, but tasty nonetheless. The inside was clean, but the seating was sparse. However, the outside seating was very good, and a great place to people watch. My only real complaint is the medu ordering screens were hard to navigate, since the only place to "grab" the screen for scrolling was over easily clickable burger options, so going through the customisation list was like accidentally ordering MANY toppings I did not want and then having to carefully go back up and unselect them and then try not to re-select them on the way back down. So, in light of that, I would recommend ordering from the super friendly counter person instead.
