We moved 6 months ago and have been here approximately 10-15 times. I don't get it? If your not one of the "regulars" you get absolutely horrible service. We went in for lunch last week and the hostess, an older lady with blonde hair, sat us at a table not far from the hostess area and said: "Your server will be with you shortly". We sat there ten minutes and watched other people "regulars" come in and be seated in the area. Our server appears instantly hugs the "regulars" and runs off to get them their drinks. When she returns I stopped her and asked if she was our server. She said of course and she would be right over. Well another 10 minutes and we get up and head for the door. I said were here for lunch and have sat here for 20 minutes. She replied " You should have told me you were in a hurry"! Listen, we don't want to be treated like royalty, nor do we ever want to be a "regular". Today we went in for wings and a beer. The barmaid/server knew everyone sitting in the bar area by their first name. We understand it's Maricopa. Once again never asked us our names. Ordered 12 assorted wings extra crispy and beers. Wings appeared in 3 minutes. Not even close to extra crispy. Four of the twelve were cold not even a little bit warm. The server never came back to see if everything was ok. Finally, she walks by and lays the check down on the bar. Never asked if we wanted another beer, how was the food, or do we want anything else. I mentioned that four wings were served ice cold and they were sitting there untouched and none of the wings were extra crispy. She replied "whoops" and walked away. She then walked away and went to a table right behind us and told her "regulars" we were complainers. read more

Their ok. The food is average, there customer service is ok. The only nice thing about them is watching sports, and their karaoke. Other than that their average. Plus some of their employees don't handle well under stress, and it reflects really bad on their customer service. read more

Took the family for the night out for dinner. Wife and I had the BBQ Sliders, very good. Also ordered some Honey BBQ wings, wonderful! A bit heavy on sauce, but still ate everything. French fries were seasoned well, didn't have to add any salt or pepper. Wanted more soda refill though. We will be back and devour more wings! read more

I come here only for the wings. The spicy honey mustard is to die for. I crave them every weekend! I usually get pretty good service here, you can't complaint about the noise since you are eating at a bar. The other items on the menu are average but the wings are amazing! read more

I read the reviews and was worried about eating here. I received great service from entering to leaving. My entrees were served ten minutes after my appetizer. Desserts served six minutes after the meal was over. The Buffalo chips were excellent, very thin and blue cheese heaven. The Lemon basil pasta was seasoned extremely well and was light and flavorful. The house calzone was a bit dry but tasty; just needed more sauce. The Baby Bundt Cake was very moist and tasted great. The Apple Tart was very good with the ice cream on it. I would definitely recommend this place for great food and quick service. Our server Jesse was upbeat and really quick. The host Ian was friendly and welcoming to all. read more

Here we sit after an hour and no food. Arrived at 4:45PM. Sat at table a minute later. Drinks ordered at 5:05PM. Drinks received at 5:13 and order placed. At 6:04 NO pizza yet and others with us have eaten. This is the Second time in a row this has happened. Place seems to be UNORGANIZED. Somehow, another beer arrived and we didn't order it. Waiting for food order STILL, and it is 6:10. We have a show to attend in about 30 minutes. I will not be back with this type of service. read more

Food is horrible. Staff does not seem to care, in fact seemed mad that they had customers at 6pm at night on a Friday. Took over 35 minutes to get food (wings and a salad) and I'm not surprised, It seemed like half to cooks in their aprons were standing in the dining room talking with the servers. The booths are run down with holes and tears throughout the seat and backrest...some of the tears were taped, most were not. Im not sure who owns this franchise, but that person needs to show up and see what the managers and employees have done to this place. If I was the owner I might think about getting rid of everyone, shutting down for a couple weeks and fix the issues while your training a new staff. Oh and if you ever need to use the restroom...you better off going outside and finding a tree, can you say horrible smell!!! read more

I saw an employee s kid eating cherries out of the container they used to put in drinks. Once even saw her wipe her feet and then reach in. Our waitress was extremely nice and kept checking up on us. Food was brought out to us within 20 minutes of ordering and the drinks were brought out as soon as we ordered them. Kelly is definatly an amazing waitress. The busters however didn't know how to bust the tables and dropped so many cups and plates just because they were being lazy and didn't want to make multiple trips back for the stuff they could not carry. read more

We love to go for wings here on Tuesdays. We always ask for Robin Simmons because she is the best. She knows why we come and is always ready with our beverages. She trains other employees quite often and we can tell which ones by the way they also treat their guests, My wife likes the medium wings while I like the Ghost wings. The food can be so so sometimes or I would rate this establishment 5 stars.We will continue to go their as long as this service sis in place. Just to clarify about a complaint about a bbq truck parking on private property. Yes he was told to leave and yes we all are going through some things financially. I work security for the property. Everyone that is there pays rent to be there. It would not be fair for someone who doesn't to be in the parking lot selling food. That being said it has nothing to do with Native Grill and Wings its every restaurant trying to make it during these troublesome times. Bottom line It is private property and There are many places in Maricopa to park your pop up truck. It is a liability for him to be there. Yes he gave one of the guards food and she took it I on the other hand did not. I understand his situation we all have situations but do not leave a bad review for Native they are trying to make it just like everyone else. More time goes by, and then food comes out. however it is not ours. ITS A SIMPLE SALAD that she brings to the table who was already there before us. Now, HOW IN THE HELL DOES IT TAKE OVER 30MINs TO PUT LETTUCE IN A BOWL?????????????????????? Well at this point we are both starving, and decide to give it a few more mins, keep in mind our waitress was around, but went WAAAAAY outta her way to NOT make eye contact. Then she comes out, with i hope our food. WRONG! it was the second salad for the couple next to us. TERRIBLE service. The restaurant wasn't that busy & there were plenty of empty table but I was told I needed to wait so they could clean off a tables. So I waited, waited, waited & finally asked, do you think I can be seated soon orrrr? Oh I'm sorry I totally forgot! We don't have any clean towels to clean the table, they're looking for some in the back. Really? Ooookkk... So, I finally get seated wait another 10 minutes before the server approaches me. She asked what she could get me to drink & wanted to know if I was ready to order. I ordered my drink, (ice water that tasted like it was straight out of a toilet) & said I'd love to order but nobody has given me a menu. Finally ordered a cheeseburger. Added mushrooms, substituted a salad instead of fries. The sad plate of lettuce, they call their house salad did come right out & I was starving at this point so I ate my plate of lettuce. Waited, waited, waited, a 1/2 hour goes by, I finally went to the front & asked the hostess to get me my check & make the burger to go. I'd been sitting there so long I was already late back to work. Then my bill came. A Cheeseburger w/ a side salad & water to drink, $14.50. Huh??? For a cheeseburger meal. I could've got better service & a better burger from Carls Jr. for 1/3 of that price. My family and I normally go and eat out on the weekend and of course living in Maricopa there isn't much to choose from. We were also entertaining guest for the night as well and it was about 730 when we arrived and we didn't leave till almost 10 and it wasn't that we had a great time the service was SOOO BAD! With a big party I expected to wait a little longer so no biggie. But with our waitress the little red headed snotty girl that was helping us was a complete joke. The table next to us was served 10x as much as we were and she just completely turn a blind when near our table. We were served luke warm food and had to wait almost an hour before we were served. We got attitude all night long and utterly embarrassing display of family environment and the thing that was bad was she got a $20 tip for nothing. Next time i'll learn better and order and pick up my food and I'll guarantee by the time I get home my food would be a lot warmer. Avoid the red head! read more

I have eaten there many times. As Maricopians know there are not many choices unless we go out of town. The service there seems to be hit or miss, sometimes its great and other times you feel invisible. since the new menu came out the prices have gone up and serving size much smaller. We usually get the loaded steak fries and when they changed the menu the plate was 1/2 the size. when asking the server if the portions are smaller, she stated no they are the same just different plates. NOT the fries are in a much smaller plate and that plate is on another larger plate(the one that used to have the fries) the wing there are great but I always ask for them well done or they are mushy and under cooked. The place needs a make over and is kind of dirty when you look around. I have been in the food industry and the public areas are the most important. If they can keep that clean then you can imagine how clean the areas you dont see is (kitchen) I try not to think of this when there. overall its a good place to go but needs better management. I love to support local places and would do anything to help them out. but they must work to earn our business also. read more

the food is okay. the portions are small. we went on a thuirsday for pizza and wings cause their wings are 45 cents. we ordered a small cheese pizza 24 wings and 2 drinks. their wings are so small i felt like i was eating popcorn chicken. we should of gone to our regular place barro's where for the same price we get twice the size of the wings and an extra large pizza. and not to mention better tasting.no more native for me plus the hostess was busy chit chatting. why is it that all restaurants who hire 16 year old girls tend to have that issue. read more
