So, the food is decent. What I am having a problem with is the false advertising. The Natives menu showed "New" seasoned fries with their sandwich options. When we got our food we notice regular fries. I asked if these were the new seasoned fries. I was told, "Yes, they have salt and pepper." I asked for a manager. Just ate there about an hour ago. im not one to Yelp as soon as I get home but this was a very poor experience. Service was amazingly bad. They were slammed so I can justify it a little but come on, be better prepared. Have a manager walk around. Food just no different than an Applebee's. Wings were wings and we ordered the hot boneless and were just very poorly prepared and not spicy at all with very little sauce. I asked for some lettuce and onions on the side for my sliders and it was put on the sandwich and obviously that was not a big deal but I was also charged for it. I just finished eating at Natives for the first time,we had the pizza and wings combo ,it was excellent, I loved all the big screen TV even though my Cowboys lost 20 to 26,Damn those Saints ,but its all good, the waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat, I will definitely become a regular customer. read more

I ordered the Bacon Cheese burger, and a 6 pack of wings, the wings were good, but the Bacon Cheeseburger was lacking the Bacon. I mean there is no option just for a cheeseburger only a Bacon Cheeseburger. Also i order it well-done and it came out still pink. Not to happy. read more

Arrived at the restaurant just after lunch and it was very quiet. Hardly any customers inside. We were seated promptly and had our order taken quickly. We weren't offered a refill of our drinks the whole time we dined but I did notice the server refilling other people's drinks at the bar so maybe they just forgot about us. We ordered the 10 piece wings, a dinner salad and a meatball appetizer. Everything about the meatball appetizer screamed frozen/reheated. The wings were very mediocre and really disappointing. We chose the buffalo ranch and the asiago parmesan flavors. The parmesan was flavorless. So bland. Basically tasted just like a plain old deep fried wing. The buffalo ranch was much more tasty. We were given two small sticks of celery with the wings which was literally one small regular piece of celery chopped in half. The dinner salad was just lettuce, tomato and cheese so you can't really screw that up. I doubt I will come back here. The service was good but the food was below average. We actually walked out after we had already ordered because the manager, who looked like Shrek with rotting teeth, refused to honor the coupon that they give for signing up for Club Native. Full disclosure: my husband and I decided to try this, despite the fact that a sports bar doesn't generally set my world on fire to begin with, because they're close to our house, and we always like to try places we haven't been at least once. All the same, I do occasionally enjoy wings and onion rings, so I figured it was worth a try. Our server was great - he was attentive, super polite, and totally on top of it, so we didn't have any of the service issues others have experienced. Unfortunately, we both thought the food was spectacularly unremarkable. We had the loaded tots appetizer (I know, I know, I'm kind of embarrassed committing that to print, but whatever. It's a sports bar.), which were ok, but we both felt "loaded" was kind of a misnomer. Like "lightly and partially sprinkled with toppings" would have probably been a more accurate description, and let's face it, if you're going to order tots in public as an adult, you kind of want to delude yourself that they're more special than what you used to get in the hot lunch line when you were 8. I had the stripped wings, but was kind of bummed by the flavor choices, since about half the options were rubs rather than sauces, and a rub wasn't really interesting to me. It's like cereal - you need appropriate wetness-to-crunch ratio, and I just didn't think a rub would get me there. They were ok, but not amazing, which was how I would also describe my onion rings, and my husband his burger. Soooo... three stars mostly for friendly service, and edible but relatively insipid food. The chicken nachos looked interesting, so if we're feeling lazy and want to stay close to home, maybe we'll give them one more try, but this definitely won't make it into our regular rotation. read more

My family and I went to the new location near Harkins Theatre and we were greatly disappointed. We went after the movies and had a ticket which was supposed to be 20% off. We let the waiter know from the beginning. The food took too long and wasnt that great. When the bill came we were told we couldnt use the coupon because it was one table but separate checks. Then I was also told I couldnt use it on the order that we ordered which we were never told any restrictions. So when we spoke to manager who had rotten teeth he said that they werent taking promotions because they just opened and the other locations were which makes no sense since these stores arent franchised. There is also no signs in the store that says you cant use coupons yet. Now you would think since this is a new location they would have work with you so you can come back not here. It just shows the poor training that they were given with average food. If I could give no stars I would. So it will be buffalo wild wings for us. read more

This place is awesome! Loved their wings, and the $7 lunch special. Skylar was our waiter and he helped us decide what to order. The flat bread was super good. It was a great lunch and just the right amount of food. You gotta try the wings first! I was not sure what to expect having never eaten here. Skylar made the experience fun, and was patient with all our questions. He was quick to serve us, check on us to make sure we were happy with our meal, and refill drinks. I'll definitely be back! Took my boys for a little family dinner. Oh boy was that a mistake! The only interaction we had with the staff was while we were being seated. We waited at our table for 15 minutes for someone to come get our drink order or even food order or even to acknowledge us as customers in their restaurant nope didn't happen so finally I got up complained to a manager and walked out. No way was I gonna spend money at a place that can't even provide a friendly smile or atmosphere. read more

Went for lunch today. We ordered our usual wings. 12 extra crispy medium for my wife and 12 flats hot for me. Waitress informed me that because it is wing Tuesday that she would have to charge me regular price if I wanted all flats. I told her I would take them as they come. Had a chat with the manager and asked him if they pay more for flats. Said they didn't but didn't want to run out of flats. (It would be OK to run out of flats if I paid full price though!) Got our order and I thought I would get 6 flats and 6 drums but only got 4 flats. Manager said they pick the wings out of the bag at random so you may not get 6 and 6. He had to ask me how to make it right! A good manger would have apologized, gotten me some flats and / or taken it off the bill without even asking. Won't be back! read more

Ordered from this restaurant yesterday afternoon for a take out order. When I arrived, I was directed to a back corner near the restrooms to wait for someone to come & help me. The area was dirty, way too close to the restrooms, and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to arrive to ask about my order. The food was ready, but when I checked my order, I had a small single serve salad, when I ordered a large, and I had chosen to order the 20 count of wings, with 3 sauces, divided 8/8/4 since I was uncertain about the sauce for the "4". I got 7/7/6. I expressed my concern that the type of salad I ordered was a LARGE to feed several people, and that the numbers in the order were incorrect and that the sauces had spilled all over the bag. I was told that I can only choose my wing/sauce amounts on Tuesdays, and the salad was what it was. No one tried to make things right, other than to tell me I could order a larger salad for another $10.00. Since this snack for 3 people was already over $40.00, I chose to leave things alone. Had to ask for ranch and napkins. I stated that I wasn't very pleased and the young man taking my money merely said "OK." I wont be going back here again. read more

I went last night and omg.. the staff was all over the place..for one when we showed up we were told it was a 20 minute wait... looking around there was at least 3 tables that were not cleaned off and even as we were seated they were still not cleaned. Our waiter did not come over to greet us instead walked by our table 2 or 3x before coming over.. you could see staff gossiping and it seemed as if they were all lost and did not know what to do... not sure ill go back to this location. read more

A friend of mine had recommended the chicken wings so I decided to check it out. I had great customer service and had my take out order out in less than 5 minutes. When I got home, all I could taste was the chicken. It was a dry rub order of boneless that tasted more like chicken nuggets from McDonalds. What a disappointment. read more

Went here for the first and last time. I ordered a glass of wine and found a BUG in it. It was not just one of those little flies it was a good size black bug. I called the waiter over and showed him the bug and he took my glass and said the manager would be out to see me. Well, after waiting some time, the waiter came back and said that they took the price of the wine off my bill. I did not care about that, what I really wanted was for the manager to come out and apologize and explain how that could happen. I was so upset that he didn't even have the courtesy to come talk to me, like he didn't even care. Big disappointment. Yeah, I was really in the mood for some wings, tots and a beer. Heard this place was pretty good, but lesson learned not to believe everything you hear. Ordered wings wing combo spicy/BBQ sauce and tots. My partner ordered an appetizer plate. So out come the tots and nothing else. They were OK; served with a ranch and BBQ sauce. We wait and wait and by the time the wing are served, the tots are cold. The wings were tough and tasteless. Still no appetizer. We flag the server down and finally they bring the appetizer, luke warm and mediocre at best. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it was lunch time on a weekend and the place was hardly crowded. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of one was that the server realized this was a disaster and took the appetizers off the bill. Would rank this place below Buffalo Wild Wings. Still searching for a good wing joint in Tucson. read more
