I would have to agree with Hector.... they have a lot of employees and they seem to be fooling around by the hostess station instead of taking orders, I waited 30 minutes for a rum and coke when they had 4 bar tenders and a bar trainee that was obviously very mad at life and her job. We complained to her about this and she took a offense to it and we felt like she was going to beat us up(she was the most buff there) so we didn't make it a scene but applauded .. the food arrives and it was nothing special. No table inside, sat outside, service really really slow, took time to get drinks,- Cheap cutlery, ordered the $20 special, loaded fries, fries were soggy, not hot, didnt seem fresh, gloppy mess, pizza special, barely warm, crust soggy, obviously been sitting out for a long time, Asian chicken salad, grill marks on chicken only on one side, chicken ice cold, dressing OK, portion size OK, didn't seem fresh at all. Slow service, below average food. 'Nothing to create a desire to come back. Manager came out to apologize, said the kitchen ticket printer ran out of paper.... So orders got lost....What? Thats a reason for soggy fries, soggy pizza? The wait was so long, when finally food came my pizza was cold, we gave up and asked for boxes to take home. I took my family to Native Gill & Wings and I have to admit I was not impressed. It was a Wednesday night and maybe 6 other tables of 3/4 top. It took our waitress about 10 mins after we sat down to even come take our drink order, then only brought out 2 of the 5 drinks (water & soda) and it took another 5 mins to get the other 3 drinks. She said she would be right back to take our order, but she felt talking with another employee about her phone was more important. When she finally returned 10 mins later, she continued to rush us on taking the order by after each person that ordered stating is that all, never waiting for the entire table to order. By this time there was only us and one other table of two left in the restaurant, and after 40mins of waiting for our food it finally came out. My 2 yr old sons chicken fingers plate had been under the warmer so long it burnt my hand. The chicken wings and the salad plates were also very hot from being under the warmer so long, but not nearly as hot as my sons. Our waitress assumed we all liked ranch dressing which we all dislike and when I asked for blu cheese she went back to talking to her friend about her phone and getting a phone charger for her phone. 5 mins later we finally got our blu cheese and we were also the only ones left in the restaurant. After eating maybe a quarter of our food, do to it being flavorless and overlooked tasting food, nothing that would warrant a long cook time, we all sat patiently for our waitress to come back so we could get boxes and a check, but what shocked me when I asked for the checked she asked us if we wanted water. Now isn't that a question you would ask at the start of service, not at the end? Needless to say my family and I will never be returning to this establishment and I highly recommend they train their staff, especially the waitstaff. As I am writing this review on my drive home from Native Grill my husband has had to pull over and throw up and I can tell you I'm not feeling very well either. 1/15/16 I went last night to native wings , I was willing to give this place and their wings another try. We had a party of 15 , mixture of both kids and adults .we got seated promptly for being such a big party . So I got to ordering , I ordered Chili hot and lemon pepper 12pk . I received my wings, and I went straight into my lemon pepper wings . they were delicious I do recommend this dry rub . But then I bit into my chili hot which I had before and it wasn't chili hot ....it was ghost pepper . I was in tears and couldn't talk because they were so hot . The waitress stated that the cook mixed ghost and chili hot together on accident . If he knew this why did he serve them ? She did bring me a new order of the correct wings and sauce but it was too late. My meal was ruined My mouth was on fire , and I literally just sat there trying to compose myself . My girlfriend and I both received about 8 French fries each, and we didn't get the wings how I ordered them. I ordered traditional wings, I received boneless strips. So very torn about this place. The patio area looks great. The happy hour prices are great. I got wings and a drink for $20 including tip. It was clean and a fun environment. The only problem was the service. When I first got there it was pretty empty and it took about ten minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. By the time the rest of the group arrived we were ordering three things at a time because service was so slow. It was a Friday happy hour. The food was very bland. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it looked like someone had smashed the bum before toasting it. It was also very bland along with the chicken lettuce wrap my wife ordered. My wife ordered 3 drinks and she said all of them tasted watered down. The food is over priced for what they are selling. $9 + for the burger and another $9 + for the chicken wrap. Well, the food was average. The service was pretty good. The ice cream cookie (pazookie) was DISGUSTING, the cookie was raw and tasted stale. Yuck. If you want to eat with the roaches and other insects this is the place to be. We sat at a booth there yesterday and as we were talking to my friend my daughter noticed a roach near my friends shoulder. Trying not to make a big deal about it we continued on with our meal. It was after we noticed the second roach that we asked to be moved. The waiter let the Manager know of the issue and the manager showed up with Roach Motels in hand. Obviously he is aware of this issue. Once we moved the manager came over and said "sorry about that" and went about his business. As we continued our meal we continued to see multiple large water bugs and crickets. Other patrons witnessed the outrageous amount of insects as well. When the bill came we were invoiced for the full meal. I then reminded the manager that I ate my dinner with roaches. He then deducted $25.00. Needless to say I won't be heading back to this place anytime soon. Especially when the manager himself seems the least bit concerned with his customers and health code violations. read more

My family and I went in for dinner before our movie. The hostess was very polite and seated us promptly. We ordered our food and drinks which we did receive fairly quickly. After the waitress(different woman) brought our food to the table she did not return to our table to check how our meal was or to refill our drinks. After we made eye contact with her to wave her over to our table she came over and asked us if we needed anything. We asked for drink refills even though we were already done with our meals. The food was pretty tasty but the service wasn't that great. If you expect good service you may want to try a different location. read more

FAIL, that is what best describe what I just experienced here at Native. I go with my cousin to celebrate a friend's birthday and just one thing after another. Our waiter tried his best but with no support from management or the kitchen this is what happened. First, took over 20 min to take our order another 15 min to get our drinks. So by the time we got food was over 45 min and then my order strips and overloaded fries come cold. I sought out the manage because I no longer had the patients to deal with waiting on hot food. They were quick to make it fresh and hot, but no over yet we get the check and its wrong twice. The 2nd time around I totally go over to the manager and state my grievance and felt his apology was not whole hearted. NATIVE FAIL! read more

I am there pretty often on Tuesdays for lunch. Our server knows us already and knows what we order. She always comes to check on us and the food is usually always right the first time. The servers will correct the mistake and let the manager know if something was not right. The only issue I had was a server a few times that was not friendly, but that person is not there as often as I do not get that server anymore read more

Have tried this place two times and have had issues with the service both times, first time there was no silverware clean and we had to wait while our food got cold on the silverware to be cleaned, took 15 minutes and it always feels like they are understaffed. Second time was going good until a large party arrived, they took care of that table and never checked on our table again, no refills or checking to see if food was ok, which there was an issue, a hair in my wife's food and it took me standing by the kitchen for the bartender to finally come over (bartender was not our server, was actually on the other side of the restaurant,) by then everyone else was done with their food and my wife never even got to eat anything, bartender had the manager remove that from the bill but the manager never came out and apologized or anything. That is what bothers me the most was making your short staffed employees apologize and do your work for you. read more

Okay ... please understand my review reflects 90% service and Tv's... We found this Native about 5 months ago and they consistently have treated us Amazingly!! So much so that although(because we are Foodies) their food is not Amazing it is good if you order the right things!! Let's face it they are know for Wings!! Their wings are great!! But Do order them crispy!!! Also their pizza is Really Good!!! Never have we ever had a bad pie!!! I had a burger and it was also really good!!! Sandwiches not so much unfortunately!! Here's the thing we eat out all the time so when we want an outstanding meal we do not come here However when we want Great Service (we love Tyne) and good bar food!!! We come to this Native!!! Also Amazing TV viewing whether we sit at the bar or the tables always great TV viewing!!! The bartender/server with a headband sucks, first of all she needs to keep her hair up if she's going to be serving people food and drinks. Second of all, she kept flirting with guys at the bar instead of tending to her other guests. We tried to call her over several times and she kept ignoring our table, and pretending like she didn't see us waving her over after waiting for over 20 minutes. Once we finally got her attention, she said "I'll be right there" and then continued to flirt with the guys at the bar lol. She then FINALLY went to our table after another 5 minutes and she had a stupid little grin on her face, knowing that we were already pissed off AND came back with a sarcastic tone in her voice. We asked for the check to leave and she just kept on smirking looking back and forth to our table and laughing to herself while she printed the receipt. Totally unacceptable, she didn't even try to make the situation any better and she had an attitude when she handed us the tab. This is the first time I've ever left any review for any business EVER! My wife and I decided to go eat at native because they always have great deals on adult beverages and amazing food! We only go out a couple of times a month because we have a little one and it can get rough sometimes with him being fussy. But Tyne killed it not only with our little man but with my wife and I as well! She was so respectful and attentive to everything we asked for! She even gave me a new favorite sauce for my wings! Every body from the hostess to the management was phenomenal! Tyne was also training a soon to be server Darius which was his first day on the job and didn't know any more than I did but any question I had he made sure he would find out the answer and get back to me as soon as possible! Just ate there about an hour ago. im not one to Yelp as soon as I get home but this was a very poor experience. Service was amazingly bad. They were slammed so I can justify it a little but come on, be better prepared. Have a manager walk around. Food just no different than an Applebee's. Wings were wings and we ordered the hot boneless and were just very poorly prepared and not spicy at all with very little sauce. I asked for some lettuce and onions on the side for my sliders and it was put on the sandwich and obviously that was not a big deal but I was also charged for it. Just odd and a crappy way to nickel and dime your customers. I would not go back, I don't think I would even try a different location just due to the attitudes when I questioned something.
