I called Genesis at around noon on Friday, spoke with the receptionist, and within a half hour Pedro returned my call. He was 45 minutes away and said he'd be right down to give me a quote. He showed up and gave me a fair quote, especially given my time constraints. We scheduled to have the work done Sunday. However, Saturday morning he called and said he could fit me in. Pedro and his crew showed up at 930am and were cleaned up and gone by 1130. They trimmed my trees up to about 40 feet clearance and removed an enormous amount of dead branches and debris. In fact, they had multiple team members reach out to myself and my neighbor, whom we did a project together (tree removal). The project walk-through was excellent and the quote came the same day.
