I visited this place Monday after work, they close at 7 but my coworker called in an appointment for 6:45, they said yes so right after I got off work at 6:30 pm I drove over to this nail spot. They did a pretty good job, I asked the girl to draw a little cat on my left hand and that turned out good too, not exactly how I wanted it but she tried. She was a little rough on my hands which is why I hate getting my nails done. She finally finished around 7:51. She charged me $38 for everything. I would say it was a good experience , but I don't think I'd go back. read more

i've always had nails for a few years now and even though my shape was good and the design was pretty on point, the acrylic was applied way too thin, i had to go back after two days of having them to fix a nail that snapped, and here i am today not even two weeks later another one snapped, while i was literally scratching my head, i feel a plastic piece floating in my hair, i paid 80$ for this set and have barely had them two weeks and already had two issues. read more

If there was a way for me to give these guys negative stars I would! First off my pants got all wet! Second since I got the deluxe pedi he BURNT my legs with the hot rocks and with the water! Remind me to never come here again. I went because I had a good experience back in December getting a fill and shellac from the owner. Today I was with someone else who said a nail was lifting and she would need to replace it. No biggie until she pried it off by pushing a nail tip between the acrylic and my natural nail. It wasn't hurting so I didn't think about saying anything to her. Then I felt a sharp pain as she pulled the last of the tip off and looked down. My nail bed was torn to shreds, like a hole in it. She glued it together and stuck a new tip on. I got home and am now noticing it's crooked. My nail bed is also now super weak so it doesn't feel stable. The shaping is just ok. To her credit she asked if it was ok and i said fine because I basically just wanted to pay and leave, but the edges were rough and I ended up reshaping them when I got home. No stars. I had a horrible experience here. The girl that did my nails clearly didn't know what she was doing. When I asked her to fix the issues she just said "it's ok" and never fixed anything. I came here every 3-4wks as a ritual with my cousin until they used a metal file on their electric file to remove shellac & damaged my nail plates so badly that my nails now have permanent damage that makes them weak & look wavy. Be careful ladies! read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Painful and resulted in two bloody toes which meant that I was unable to wear sandles. Owner offered me another pedicure "after you have healed." The floors of the salon are dirty, and although they say they will accept credit/debit cards, I was asked to write a check. The good news is that I was able to stop payment. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a shellac manicure a week ago. After two days one chipped but I wasn't too upset- I figured I hit it hard on something and it wasn't a big deal. Over the next three days, more nails chipped. By the weekend, I had six chipped nails and the others were lifting. I'm not that hard on my nails and I have had shellac manicures before done at other salons and they were fine. I called and explained the situation and they told me to come in after work and they would fix it for me. I get to the salon and I am blamed for my nails. They said since it was only six and not ten that it was my fault. I showed the other nails and how they were lifting and she blamed me for picking at them. She would only redo 6 of the ten at first or all ten for 10$. After this I showed some disbelief and she could tell I was upset. She kept putting the blame on me and finally she said she would redo them but only this one time because she wasn't sure if it was the salon or myself. Then she proceeds to talk to her coworkers in their native language and the English I heard was about me. I didn't appreciate their attitude or making me feel I did something wrong. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this salon. When she finished my nails, she got up and started a pedicure without a single word from anyone as I walked out. I like personable people when I go to get a service like nails or hair. Natural nails was professional, but extremely cold when it came to communicating with their customers. Not only did the(I assume manager) obviously over charged ten dollars according to the sign they had on the counter, but was rude when I didn't tip in response. Above that my Mani-pedi did not last. Was not properly filled, and proved to be very UN-thorough. Hopefully they will be better for anyone else. read more

I stopped off at this salon for a fill and repair. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait which was fine. I sat and watched two women that waljed in after me be serviced before me. They did little bits and pieces of work on my nails while diligently working on the other women. No one said a word to explain apoligize or excuse their behavior. After literally 1 hour only one nail complete I walked out and would never ever go back!!! If you expect decent service, clear communication, and basic customer service DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!! This was the poorest customer service I've experienced in years! They shouldn't be in business because all they're after is your money! Terrible experience. read more
