Chicken Ceasar wrap, Turkey Pesto Sandwich, @ acai abowl

Service was impeccable such a friendly and funny staff to have on campus. Recommend the turkey puesto was so fresh and tasty perfect for a quick lunch after class. Gf ordered the chicken cesar wrap and also was super light and fresh, wish the chicken was fried for some crispness but all in all so good for a healthy snack. For desert finished off with the acai bowl absolutely zero complaints disappeared before my eyes! Go eat on top of cesar chavez for the views and some sunshine

Blueberry waffle yes and orange juice no. My friend Coco and I came here one day after class because we were both hungry and she said she heard their waffles were good here. Located right in Cesar Chavez, it's right across from Cafe 101 and there's a good amount of tables to sit at. Their menu is quite extensive with many options for smoothies and bagels. A little bummed that their menu does not include any caffeine whatsoever, but oh well. Their waffles were what we came for so that's what we got. I opted for their blueberry waffle with whipped cream and powdered sugar and one of the nice things about this place was that they ask you whether you want the fruits in the waffle or on top. For $5 something, you get one big waffle and it's a good waffle, too. I also opted for their orange juice since my friend pointed out that it was freshly squeezed. They only have one waffle maker so it was a no brainer that it was gonna take a while for ours to come out, but I'm seriously bummed about their orange juice. My friend Coco had received her strawberry waffle and orange juice at the same time while I only received my waffle. I gave it a few minutes thinking that they were just waiting for the machine to squeeze some oranges, but eventually the people around me got their order and I was left waiting. I ended up asking one of the cashiers and she just looked at me then picked one off the counter and gave it to me... so for a good couple minutes my OJ was just sitting there without anyone noticing or thinking to hand it to me. Thanks. Overall, the waffle was definitely good. It was thick and light and something I would come back for, but skip the OJ. It was too sour. And if you're stuck waiting for your order for a while, best check if they just forgot to hand it to you.

Not a bad place for on-campus dining options. Natural Sensations offers smoothies, froyo, some rice plates, bagels, and other quick and easy eats like salads. Service is usually a lot quicker than the other food booths inside the cafeteria, so Natural Sensations is a good place to head to if you're in a rush but still want decent food. Being in a school cafeteria, the prices are a little higher than they should be for the quality and quantity, but nothing overly outrageous. There's a $5 minimum for credit card usage.

I love coming here for the bagels (and smoothies of course)! Everything tastes so fresh and delicious and the employees are always so friendly and smiling. It's convenient to come here because it's in the middle of campus! It's pretty affordable and the line always goes by really fast.

Of all the places to eat on the main concourse level of campus , natural sensations would be towards the top if the list. Its got a whole lot more five star ratings than most places in the area, but after this morning, i wonder what the hell happened... ---The GOOD parts. 1)Student level pricing (+1) 2)Good seating spaces.(+1) 3)lots of green vegan options)+1) BUT ---The UGLY parts 1) Wharf smoothie is more like Nuts smoothie...perceive that sentence however you wish cause thats all the smoothie turns out to be, nothing but nuts. Strawberry is nonexistent and the banana doesn't stand a chance...too much nuts in one cup.(-1) 2) Clam chowder sign borders on false advertising cause it taste and looks like someone dumped yesterdays batch of boudin clam chowder, microwaved the daylights and nutrients out of it, put it into a pot and allowed it to sit till morning....Coulda killed the whole bowl through a straw..it was a water disaster. Mcdonalds coulda made a better heartier one for the same price..potatoes were prevalent clams were making a late appearance. But the chowder itself looked more like white molten mocha watered down in like imitation tea in chinatown.... Judging by how watery it was, i bet they scoop from the oily top surface and leave the good stuff for the compost or drain at the end of the day. (-3) 3) Hearing and seeing the cashier belch out the order you make to a lone smoothie and drinks maker as if she as a busload of helping hands is a little mind boggling. The older Latina woman is hearing more orders per minute than a middle linebacker hears play calls through a whole football game. I felt bad for the woman trying to keep up with all the drinks and was tempted to berate the cashier to quit yelling and go back there and help with the drinks since the line of tickets was longer behind the counter than the people waiting to order. Even the brunette cashier closes to the wall got the hint and went to assist..but the other kept calling out orders like a wanna-be kapernick with short lung capacity but loud tones.(-2) (It seems brunettes are definitely smarter than the pack!) But I guess sweatshops do exist on campus. Which explains why the drinks aren't always too consistently made if only 1 person is tasked with it all. So sad that some people still cant take a hint without having to be told after-the-fact..particularly those who weren't old enough to remember what happened in 2001 without using wikipedia or cnn.

Why did i agree to go out last night? Sure, it was fun and all, feeling all young and cool playing with other free-spirits on a "work night"-- but why do i have to go through this hellish pain in the office of just making it through the day - praying for the clock to hit 5-- to simply get my ass home and craassh! Yes. You are nodding your head in agreeance that this is a routine many of you have on a weekly, even daily basis (don't make me say any names-- the talk threads say it all) Well to make you feel a little more up-lifted after your grease intake to stave off the hang-over--go with the anti-ox treatment. The re-run for me on these kinda days are a big-ass fruit cup here for only 2.50 and its awesome that depending on the season- you can get papaya, melons, grapes, oranges, tangerines, mango- whatever is the top variety available. To wash this all down though kinda over-kill..pickup a half and half fresh squeezed orange/carrot juice. Dayyym tasty boys and girls...after all this I still feel like crap, but at least iam not still in bed-- or guilt ridden from my "fake" staying at home excuse. Lying bastards.

Good place for a quick bite around SFSU campus. Their soup & frozen yogurt flavors changes on the daily basis. This place accepts debit/credit with a minimum charge of $5. Service is quick and food is decent when compared to the other choices on campus. New England Clam Chowder served on Friday ~ $2.50 Lacks Clam... But okay flavors. Falafel ~ $3.75 Good! Decent Size, Filling, and Healthy~ Pesto Pasta Salad $2.50 (pint size) Good but a little bit too oily.

I came here with my friend for his orientation and got a pie... Didn't like it. He got a smoothie and didn't think it was all that great, either. However, I started comming here early mornings before going to English class. The bagels are scrumptious! Given, a bit expensive, but probably the cheapest place on campus! The grilled salmon with cream cheese always makes me feel like im eating bacon (YAY!), it doesn't really taste like salmon... I've also gotten a bagel with plain grilled salmon (no cream cheese).. It tastes more like salmon, but you can still get a bit of the baconey kick if you don't focus too much. I have yet to try the frozen yogurt, though I must! Another plus is that the line is always short when I come here, and service is always quick :D So there's always time to stop here between classes!

Firstly, it was my first time shopping at a co op and I really really really love that aspect of it. Anytime I can support a business like this, I want to! But beyond that, I was skeptical that the prices would be outrageous and was fairly surprised that they really weren't! Ok sure, some items were pricey, and that's true for any small store in this city, but for the bulk items and dry goods, the pricing was incredibly reasonable! I even found the same scones I buy at my local box box grocery store for cheaper here!! What?! I was also just blown away by the variety of choices.. they've got everything here.. produce, condiments, dry goods, chips, snacks, bulk items, tea, medicines and supplements, and a section of boutique handmade goods that was so awesome to look through!! I don't live close by but I will be back anytime I go to see my friend (which is often).

The staff is friendly and the portions are generous, this is an awesome deal. My only negative is their carts for the disabled. They are awful! I had such a difficult time attempting to drive it. It has a ridiculous sensor that makes it impossible to drive as it automatically stops every time you are 2 feet from an object or person. They are also very slow, if I could have I would have not used it, but unfortunately that's not an option for as I have great difficulty walking. They need to replace these awful carts with better new carts. I informed the staff and they agreed they are not the best carts for customers.

This turned into a regular occurrence here. Lately, the Vegs are meh. The green beans this had mold on them! The fresh made dolmas only lasted a couple of days, they used to last a week in the fridge. Selection is more limtied than it used to be. Def not worth the prices. The people are nice tho. SORRY TO SAY BUT I NO LONGER CAN SAY TO GO HERE, THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO CARE FOR UNKNOWN CUSTOMERS. While I had an appointment, it was obvious that I wasnt the priority over the walk-ins who needed a more expensive treatment. Based on treatment, triog would have started the line and then attended the couple who would need attention for 30 min while my line was going. It was great being able to listen to them laugh about cute jackets and things while I waited. After waiting 25 min for the nurse to finish before she came out, another nurse passed by without acknowledging I was there. I wasn't asked if I needed something to drink and the person at the front desk was less than knowledgeable about the products they offer. She couldn't do simple math, but that is more of a personal attack than about this business, because other conversations were more important than I was. I know she grew up in Hawaii, she use to be a flight attendent, I can keep going on how much i learned. The other had too many free self-services (taking advantage of the free discount of the services) I have tricky veins; I always give a warning. It took the nurse four attempts to select and maintain the line. WHY? Every time she tried to start the drip after she finished hooking me up to the line, it would not flow. I told her it was a issue with either the line, spike, vent, or IV bag itself. Naturally, I was ignored. I might not be a nurse or doctor, but I have been getting the same IV once a week for over 3 years, and I have had this happen before, not only here (the nurse at that time recognized the issue right away) but at other places. 4 pokes later, and she was able to start the drip (if you can call it that). I know my body, I know what's normal, and I have many nurse friends whom I was able to text. She kept making excuses that didnt make sense, and the drip went slower than I can describe. 2.5 hours later, the drip wasn't done, there was pain where the line was injected, AND the bag didnt even finish. I had been there too long, and I started to have pain. There was NO apologies, there was no discount offered for the inconvenience, no one even worried if my car was at a meter and needed a top up because i was there 3x longer than planned. However, they were very worried about a similar situation with another person. Thanks for the ticket on top of the IV cost. DM ME IF YOU WANT A RECO ON A BETTER OPTION. I do not represent the other place or have a discount code or anything like that, but they have been consistently much better.

Of their menu of 10 entrees, they only had lamb -- no beef, no chicken. So I got the lamb haneeth $19.99 and I had a choice of hummus or babaghanoush. Haneeth is a traditional Yemeni dish consisting of slow-roasted, spice-marinated lamb or chicken served over fragrant basmati rice. The meat is often seasoned with a blend of spices like cumin, cardamom, and turmeric, and slow-cooked in a sealed pot or an underground oven (tannour) to keep it moist. This tender, fall-off-the-bone meat, which is cooked for several hours, is a festive dish reserved for special occasions and feasts. The lamb was definitely tender but was kinda bland and lacked flavor. Same with the basmati rice -- it almost tasted a little old. Service was fine. I waited about 15 minutes for my takeout. There is a tiny counter along the side if you want to eat in. I also got a spanakopita (spinach) and tiropita (feta), each for $3. With so many Mediterranean places around, this market just doesn't stand up to the competition.
