I got myself a single scoop of their honey lavender ice cream. It's a slightly-larger-than-average scoop for about $6 before tax, but was still satisfying to have on such a hot day. Lavender is strong on this one, and the honey taste made this sweeter but not by much and not in an overpowering way. It's like they both met in harmony or something, or that the interior of this location also had nearly the same aroma as the honey lavender itself. Either way, this was a very yummy flavor to try and I'll be around to have more of their flavors and look forward to their rotating ones!

At the Bellevue Square location, parking is much easier. You can park in any of the mall garages or outdoor lots for free. It's first come, first serve, but weekdays are usually not too busy. Weekends tend to be much busier, though you'll probably still be able to find a spot. The shop itself is very small and can feel pretty cramped. It's difficult to move around when there are a lot of people inside, and the lines can get a bit long. There are only a few tables available for seating. I stopped by with my mom to try the Mango Mochi Coconut dessert that I'd been wanting to try for a while. It came out to around $12. The dessert itself was really good, I loved the coconut flavor. It had a smooth, pudding-like texture with soft mochi pieces that made it unique and super enjoyable. One downside was the customer service. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and everything felt a little rushed. I also thought they had a rewards program here, but apparently it's only available at some of their other locations, which was disappointing. Instead of a more oxidized, somewhat vegetal and earthy taste, this tea delivers the aroma of warm holiday spices like clove and nutmeg. At half sweet, it's still a bit too much for me (reminder for myself to get 25% next time), but it's not a harsh sweetness by any means. The boba is very good and have been consistently good in my prior visits (other than my first visit, which was an outlier!). The pearls are clearly sweetened in syrup and have a texture that compresses on the tongue, but remains really bouncy. It's one of the few places that allows me my favorite boba chewing technique - biting off six sides to create a boba center cube. While it could be better, I also didn't have it fresh in store so being conscious of that. Four Seasons Tea w/ Nut Cream - this was a premium light oolong tea. Close to green tea, there was a nice floral fragrance and aroma and overall earthy as a drink. The cream was thick from the blend of various nuts and very rich in flavor. Drinking this simply feels earthy, like nuts growing in nature because of the way the cream is layered on top of the floral tea.
