Expensive for no reason very cheap quality. Uses cheap paint. Do not do business with them! The quality is not worth the price!

From the beginning, they were straightforward and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what likely went wrong with the prior paint job and answered my questions clearly without trying to upsell anything. I received quotes from multiple shops, and Bratch came in at around $1,000, which was the most reasonable option. More importantly, the quality of the work and the turnaround time were both excellent. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail--they didn't just fix the bumper, but also vacuumed and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, which I did not expect. Overall, the experience felt Honest, Efficient, and Professional. I would definitely return and recommend them to others.

My 2010 Prius was badly damaged when a tire from another car flew into my vehicle while I was driving on local highway 169. This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought I'd be without a car for the entire holiday. Desperately, I reached out to Paul, my trusted store manager at Firestone Covington, and he suggested I contact Bratch Auto Body in Kent. It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away. From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day. On Tuesday at 2 PM, I picked up my car, fully repaired. The manager carefully walked me through what was found and fixed, showing photos from each stage of the repair. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. They even washed, waxed, and detailed the interior. My 15-year-old car came back looking almost brand new. Today is Thanksgiving, and thanks to Bratch Auto, my car is back safely in my garage. They are not only professional and affordable - they genuinely care about their customers and understand the stress they are under. This wasn't just the manager- everyone there treated me with warmth, kindness, and care. I am truly grateful. This is a level of service that worth paying with satisfaction. Thank you!

Clear explanations came without us having to ask. In that moment, something changed inside us. The fear softened. The worry loosened its grip. We felt seen. We only hoped for 2 things -- updates and time. What we received was care and compassion. Every update mattered. Every message reassured us that our car was in good hands. When we were informed that parts needed to be ordered and that it would take about 7 days, we understood. And through it all, communication never stopped. We were never forgotten. We were never left in silence. People often say that Tesla repairs take months or longer and drain you emotionally. But thanks to you, our entire repair took only 3 weeks -- 3 weeks of professionalism, transparency, and kindness not only that 3 weeks before Valentine's Day at February 13rd that's like a Wonderful gift from heaven. To every technician, every team member, and everyone behind the scenes at CARSTAR MURRAY'S -- thank you. Thank you for treating our car as if it mattered. Thank you for understanding that behind every vehicle is a person who loves it. Thank you for giving us back not just our Tesla, but our peace of mind. We drove away feeling whole again. With heartfelt gratitude and the highest recommendation. God Bless You All CARSTAR Murray's.

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer experiences I've had in a long…read moretime. My car was repaired on time, but everything else about this process was a mess. I arranged an after-hours drop-off with Lisa, who told me the key drop was "a box near the front door" and confirmed my arrival time. When I showed up, there was no visible or clearly marked drop box anywhere. While I was walking around trying to find it (like any normal person would) the POLICE showed up and detained me because they thought I was breaking in after seeing me on the security cameras. That situation was completely avoidable if I had been given clear, accurate instructions. It doesn't end there.... After my car was finished, I called Lisa to confirm pickup and got nothing but vague answers and attitude and seemed irritated that I was even asking. I then had my boyfriend call, and suddenly she was able to provide a clear pickup time immediately. So while the repair itself was done well on time, the lack of clear communication, the unnecessary escalation to law enforcement, and the unprofessional behavior afterward made this an extremely bad experience
