    I called WaFd Bank in Fallon and spoke to the assistant manager. I wanted to withdraw cash from my…read moreUSAA account by using WaFd. I was told that the USAA debit would be immediate, but due to the amount, it would take a week for me to receive the cash. I said that I would be right in to do that. At the bank, the teller started the transaction. During the transaction, the branch manager, Georgia Harvey, abruptly stepped in and denied the request--solely because I didn't have an account there. When I asked to open one, she refused, saying I was "too aggressive." I asked for a written denial, and she took me to her office. Instead of providing the letter, she accused me of mocking her and clearly tried to provoke a reaction. I began recording and reminded her that the bank's cameras would show I hadn't said anything inappropriate. She threw my Military ID at me and called me an "A-hole" (all on my video). She also shouted "SEE YA" across the lobby as I left. There were no other customers present, thankfully. The WaFd assistant manager and clerk were respectful and professional. I completed the same transaction at US Bank without issue and opened a local account there. I submitted the video to WaFd corporate. Their response? They said my request exceeded their limit--completely ignoring the manager's behavior. That kind of deflection is unacceptable. Search YouTube for: "WaFd Rude Manager at Fallon NV"
