We ordered pani puri, dosa and 2 types of chaat. Except Pani puri I personally didn't like anything. This is all a kind of street food. How is street food this expensive? I love that you've got screens and monitors to order food so things are smooth and easily done but at the same time the food taste needs to be tasty. Chaats are suppose to have spicy and tangy taste but all I taste is sweet. Dosa was pipping hot but the sambhar was absolutely cold and super thick. Its good to know that this place exists close by but I am not sure if I'll be visiting this over-priced place for street food again. read more

I brought this to the manager's/owner's attention, but he just starred at me seemed as if he is not at all bothered about it. Went for dinner this evening. The restaurant ambiance was lively and the service decent, but the food was quite disappointing. My group ordered the masala dosa, chili paneer dosa wrap, and gobi manchurian. The dosas were served room temperature so were questionably fresh, the sambar was watery and very salty. The Indo-Chinese dishes tasted a little better but were also too heavily salted and very oily. The restaurant was also too cold inside for this December evening - we and many of the other patrons wore our jackets during our entire meal. We were REALLY looking forward to trying this restaurant but the order-taker barely spoke English and could not answer simple questions. For example, the menu had Samosa Chaat. Under this it said, "Available three ways: Dahi, Ragda, Chole." We asked what those words meant. No answer. Asked "what is Dahi?" She said "small." We said "so those words mean small, medium, large?" Answer, "No. Small." Then we asked what the little symbols beneath each dish meant. No answer. She went and got a second person who spoke better English. Same question about little symbols. She had no idea. We finally figured out that one meant Vegan, another Gluten Free, but we didn't know what the others meant. No signs anywhere, or online, explaining the little symbols. People there had no idea. Still don't know what Dahi, Ragda and Chole mean! Ordered a couple of dishes and crossed our fingers. Food was tasty but the ordering experience was pretty awful. A lady helped me initially, I asked her some questions about certain items on the menu, her response was "Here, here's the lunch menu" and obviously didn't want to help me. I went to one of the men behind the counter next with a few questions and he was more helpful. I ordered the Chole Bature which was really good, the fried bread that accompanies is to die for. I probably wouldn't suggest coming here if you're not already familiar with Indian food or haven't completely reviewed the menu. read more

This place is pretty good but the prices are fairly high. I wish they had a sampler because I kinda wanted to try everything but the high prices forced me to choose just one or two things. I've been a few times. The kids enjoy the cheese dosa. The Mango lassi is super overpriced. I had the idli sambar and the chole bhature and the dinner thali special. Food was good overall but it's a little slow and expensive. I think I mentioned that. They buzz you for each entree as it is ready. It's a little annoying going back up 5x to the counter. They have nice electronic menus but they are not really in the flow of the line so you lose your spot if you want to look at options. I really think they should consider a sampler so people can try different options without spending the bank. I would also recommend they bring food out to the tables or just wait a few seconds to combine the order. People and servers were mostly friendly read more

Neehee's hit the spot! I had been keeping my eye on this space while driving around Army trail road and it was time we ordered food. The dishes we ordered reminded me of all the street carts we ate during our time in India. Pav bhaji, Szechuan noodles, manchurian were just a few of the items we ordered and boy was it delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our visit. Our family was very happy with all the dishes and we can not wait to come back and try the thalis! Poor customer service. And they got my order wrong. I won't be going back. The staff was focused on someone else's order while I was left to wait. Someone came by and asked how they could help. But they didn't listen to me when I said my name and that I ordered over the phone. So I waited longer and someone else helped me. Neehees is not your ordinary fast food restaurant. We live in the neighborhood and thought we would stop in, pleased that another burger place had not popped up. We were very pleased with the diversity of the menu, large portion sizes, and fresh quality of dishes. We had (from the lunch menu) Bhel Puri (a great cold dish), mini Guj Thali (everything had just the right amount of spice and heat) and Chole Bhature.
