    Shrimp Cake

I was pleasantly surprised with the food here. I spent the weekend out Tyson's corner and was craving some Thai so I gave this spot a shot. I ordered ahead through the door dash app and everything was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. The shrimp cakes were minced shrimp meat with some type of breading that reminded me of a hush puppy. They packed so much flavor and came with a house made plum sauce that was delicious. The fried rice was also very tasty, even though the cuts of meat they use were a little tough. The tom yum soup was also very tasty, the spicy lemongrass broth was the perfect balance of spicy and sour. I really enjoyed everything and would try it again.

Enjoyed Niesha's while in the area. The atmosphere is always inviting, the service was great and the food was scrumptious. If you're in the Tyson's VA area, this is a must try. If you live Thai, you'll Love this place.

Had a really nice experience at Neisha Thai Cuisine. I ordered the lychee martini, spring rolls, chicken pad thai and papaya salad and everything was fresh and flavorful. They weren't too busy on a Monday and the service was nice and attentive. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal with good food and a relaxed vibe.

I've been going to Neisha Thai for years, and it's still a hit every time. The food has always been generously portioned and super flavorful. I also really like the ambience of the restaurant, very comfy. While I love love love the food, I think the star is the service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the owner Rick is often seen walking around and chatting with everyone, really getting to know the customers. I really recommend Neisha if you're craving Thai foor in a mellow and cozy atmosphere.

This was a great meal. We got a table fast and the service was good. Our order didn't take too long to make. The chicken satay was awesome, cooked well with a flavorful peanut sauce. The chicken pad thai was good, but needed some extra spice for me. The flavor was really good and it was cooked well. Good food, good service!

Service was very kind and quick. They always made sure to check up on us while we ate to make sure everything was perfect. Pad Thai was flavorful, drunken noodles were delicious (a little too spicy but still enjoyable) and the wings were tasty! Ambience was nice and a great high dining or family spot.

We were a group of 6 and a toddler. I had reserved the place two days ahead, we were promptly checked in and showed our table. As got seated, we quite liked the ambience of the place. The service was prompt however the server seemed somewhat confused right from the beginning [she was probably not used to serving large groups]. The food taste (we ordered loads of beverage, appetisers, entrée, side dishes), a combination of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, was very average, especially that of the vegetarian food. I was much looking forward to ordering the vegetarian Tom Yum; since our server mentioned that it would contain fish paste ( I asked if she could re-check with the chef, but she mentioned that she was "almost certain of the fish paste"), so I ended up ordering the veggie soup (which unfortunately turned out as pretty flavourless). Also ordered my usually fav Pad Thai (requested for lite oil). That disappointed just as much as it too was bland and mostly comprising of uncooked vegetables & salad than being the traditionally flavourfully done Pad Thai dish. Not too great an experience over all, including that of the guests we invited. We were not satisfied with the quality of the service; food quality & the flavours, it was all quite unexpected, especially since we had reserved the restaurant after reading nice reviews. Quite a wasted evening. Would not be able to recommend the place.

This is a great spot to stop for dinner. It is near all of the major hotel chains, so it's very easy to walk to for out of town guests, but was actually recommended to me by a local. The drinks were delicious, if a bit on the sweet side for me. I ordered the Zombie cocktail which mostly tasted like juice. My friends ordered the Lycheetini which they loved and also agreed was on the sweet side. Our waitress was polite and helpful, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The restaurant is clean and well-decorated, and we found it very pleasant. The food is great and the servings are massive. The three of us probably could have shared an entree with an appetizer. I had plenty of leftovers of my beef pad thai which still tasted great the next day.

We ventured out to Tyson's corner for some quick shopping and had a Thai craving. We heard great things about Neisha Thai including their traditional large Tum Yum soup. While we didn't try that dish in particular the pineapple fried rice and the shrimp pad see ew didn't disappoint. The small tum yum soup was also flavorful. The restaurant is large with seasonal decorations including a water feature in the entryway. Service was excellent. Would stop by again.

Neisha Thai has always been a sure spot for me whenever I'm in the Tysons area and craving for Thai food. The food is mostly consistently good, and you can count on getting good service and a lively ambiance. Things I ordered at my most recent dining experience: -Chicken pad Thai: a classic Thai dish and it's also a satisfying one. Noodles were perfect texture and loaded with protein. I like how it's not made too sweet here as other places. -Ocean madness: mussels, shrimps, scallops, fish and squid in a Tiger sauce. This was so good. I love how the sauce added so much flavor to seafood. -Whole fried flounder: fried and crispy on the outside and flaky white fish in the inside. Paired with the tamarind sauce and it's divine! I absolutely recommend this dish!

Came in last minute with friends and were lucky to get a table. Wonderful live music and food! We ordered spring rolls that were light and fresh. I had the crying to get steak. It was very delicious and had a little kick to it. The spice was a nice touch! Great service, atmosphere, and food!

My friend and I got dinner at Neisha last Friday. We would recommend parking in the structure in the same building as the restaurant instead of the outside lot that's farther and incredibly full/busy. We didn't make a reservation (don't think there's an online option to) and had no issues walking in without one. CRISPY DUCK BASIL - 17.95 The pieces of duck were thin and there was more breading (which was hard and dense, rather than crispy and airy) than there was meat. We could barely taste the meat, so it really didn't matter if it was duck or not. Some pieces had all breading and essentially no meat. Most pieces were drenched with way too much Thai basil sauce, which made it overwhelmingly salty. CRYING TIGER STEAK - 19.95 Each order comes with a plate of steak, some veggies, a dipping sauce with spices and herbs, and sticky rice. The steak on its own had a slight marinated sweetness, but it was nothing unique. If anything, it was a bit overcooked. With the dipping sauce, it enhanced it with its savory and citrusy flavors. The sticky rice was a bit uneven where some bites were harder and clumpier than others. The steamed vegetables were bland, but they did the job of being vegetables. The service was good, with different servers checking in on us to ask if we enjoyed the food and/or needed more water. Overall, food was just OK. There's better Thai restaurants in the area that I'd rather go to for future Thai cravings.

Was craving Thai while in the area and decided to try out Neisha. I've passed by this place so many times for years and I'm glad I finally got to eat here. Service was great and everything my group ordered was also delicious! I ordered the Panang Curry with chicken because it's my usual go-to order for Thai comfort food. I think this is now one of my favorite places specifically for this dish because other places I've been to have not made it as well. I'd say this is a great place for special occasions or a date. Parking is right around the left side in the garage.

The biergarten has ample canopy seating with long benches and tabletops, perfect for groups! You can't make reservations. They have a strict policy of no outside food or drinks. The ambiance is very casual and there's no table service. Rather than ordering through a QR code, place your order at the bar and then you'll get a text alert when the food is ready for pick-up at the long table closest to the bar. The line is always pretty short and you can get a drink within 5-10 min, the food takes longer and even up to 1/2 hour for fries. I would stick to the beer on draft, the cocktails can be hit/miss depending on the bartender, the draft drinks tend to have better consistency. The Wildberry Mule cocktail and Pina Colada Sangria and Peach Seltzer on draft were my picks while the Bourbon Smash, Passionfruit Mojito, Pina Colada Mojito, and the Passionfruit Seltzer were misses. On the flip side, the bartenders poured a generous amount of Prosecco for Mimosas, much appreciated! The bottled Angry Orchard apple cider is generally my go-to. There's always a mocktail on the menu (came in handy when I was pregnant!) The new battered fries are so much better than last year! The menu is limited with simple bar food (bbq pulled pork sandwich, burger, grilled cheese, hot dog, fries, kettle chips). Wish there were more vegetarian options like charcuterie board, hummus and crackers, nachos, mac and cheese, etc. While I give credit for having a Veggie Burger on the menu, it's sad and disappointing. It has a very smoky meaty flavor (from the grill, not the patty) with lackluster toppings - the vegan cheese is disgusting. I would swap out the kettle chips and pay the upcharge for fries. The doughy pretzel sticks are quite salty and a step up from the movie theater. They are good for absorbing the alcohol! Despite these minor complaints, I love coming here with family and fries. So glad The Perch opened up, Starr Hill Biergarten is a great spot to kick back and relax with a beer or 2!

Dinner menu seems to be the same as the dinner menu from last year. Breakfast we ordered the chicken and waffles and also the lobster eggs Benedict. The chicken and waffle was cooked fresh. The pesto spaghetti (Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini) was good, but came with only two shrimp and a handful of the smallest scallops I've ever been served. The salmon entree was cooked well. Drinks: The cocktails were the highlight of the night. Several good margarita and martini variations on the menu that were perfect for the weather. Service: This was the worst part of the meal. Our server seemed to be frazzled the whole night. Twice during the meal we had our drinks delivered to the wrong table. The manager verbally apologized, but took nothing off the bill. It wasn't just our table though - we saw several of our server's tables get the wrong food or drinks. It also took a really long time to get water refilled at the table which was an issue in the heat. Verdict: 6/10. If they ironed out the kinks with service and dropped their prices by 10% on select dishes (tiny sirloin bites and subpar crispy tuna rice for almost $50 is madness), they would probably be an 8/10. I'll probably give them one more try and just avoid some dishes.

The pizza was like a dry focaccia with not enough overcooked toppings. The forager was probably the best one thanks to the truffle oil and had a proper cheesy crust. The other two pizzas we tried didn't have enough cheese to have a crispy crust, were too thick and dry, and weren't hot enough for the burrata to melt.
