I called the location a few times but no answer and they don't have a voicemail set up so you can't leave a messages. I really try to use Yelp to boost local businesses but I am sorry to say the negative reviews are in line with my experiences. I have come to this place a few times and the experience is the same each time. The employees might not be given enough incentive to come in and do their best or maybe training was inadequate, but this place makes me feel AWKWARD for coming in to order. It's like you are bothering them by existing. The juices have always been tasty. The bowls have been inconsistent. The gluten free granola is actually JUST uncooked oats. The pineapple core has been cut for the toppings...which is good for you but it's not fun to chew. I work hard for my money and it just doesn't make sense to keep supporting a place that has no love for the customers or even for the products they're putting out. read more

The Service was TERRRRIBLE... seriously worst service ever. I went in at 10 am on Friday Nov. 24, 2023 there were two others inside waiting on their orders and the employee blatantly ignored me. The drinks are great but they need to staff better. Each time I have come (always mornings) there is only one person working and it's clearly overwhelming. Mobile orders are coming in, people waiting for their drinks in the lobby and people walking in ready to order at the counter. It's too much for one person. Came at 7:45 waited for the people in front of us to order, got to the counter and still were trying to figure out what we wanted. We were told "he's not trying to be rude but they close in 9 minutes". 3 other groups came in after us. The young man in crocks walked around for a few minutes and trying to figure out the keys to lock up I guess and finally at 8:08 stepped in the help the young lady who was solo. Took 20 minutes but we finally got our stuff. I would think you'd have more staff your first days of opening for rushes. Also we couldn't order juices or shots and a tried to order the tropical cooler but we couldn't get it because we were told it had all the veggies. The veggies in the containers right behind him. be careful when visiting this location! if they have old drinks sitting around they'll try to give them to you & claim they're freshly made.. ordered at 1:43 & at 1:44 the girl called out my drinks were ready. i had barely sat down when they called my name so obviously that's impossible considering they had a decent sized line & there's no way two different flavored smoothies were made in one minute. got my drinks & immediately noticed that they weren't right. asked for the old watered down drinks to be remade & the girl (who claimed to be the manager) tried to dump the old drinks (i had drank out of one too) into a blender with ice- when you ask for something to be remade that means you do it over again not half ass it with a drink that was drank out of & wasn't even fresh to begin with. only positive thing about this experience is the new FRESH drinks tasted good (like it should've been in the first place) read more
