Dr. Tran was nothing short of amazing. It was my 4 year old son's first visit to the dentist and she was so caring and patient with him. She took the time to speak calmly to him and show/explain the process. He was immediately calm and was happy to allow her work on him. She made the tools appear less scary and gave him time to adjust when he needed it. I highly recommend Dr. Tran if you have a little one who may be hesitant to visit the dentist. read more

My Grandmother-In-Law and I were referred here over a year ago and we are more than happy with all of the care and hospitality from the staff at this office ! My grandmother is 94 years strong and required a good amount of work to be done in her fragile state, and Dr. Feldman and assistant Rosie have been taking THE BEST care of all her dental needs: fillings, cleaning, etc. We are always very happy to come here !! read more

Let me start off by saying that I hate going to the dentist. I'd rather stick needles under my fingernails. That was until Dr. Pai. I now have a level of trust and comfort that I thought I'd never feel in the dentist's chair. Dr. Pai and his wife Dr. Susan (ortho stuff) run a top notch office where you feel relaxed and not anxious. So relaxed that I have fallen asleep during a few cleaning sessions. He is a no bull Dr. not trying to talk you into unnecessary work like some I've been with in the past. He is also very personable and caring. When I told him I has 3rd row seats to a Laker game later that night he presented me with a couple of anesthesia options so I wouldn't have rubber lips at the game. Dr. Pai and Dr. Ishioka have been providing THE best dental care for me and my family for the last 15 years. What happened today compelled me to share on Yelp. I need some oral surgery which has to be coordinated with Dr. Pai and the oral surgeon. I was in the oral surgery office this morning, then Dr. Pai showed up asking me if I mind he sat in with my oral surgeon so that they could come up a more appropriate plan (my surgery involved with tooth extraction, temporary denture, implants and crowns, etc). This was a Friday morning, Dr. Pai's day off and his son was getting ready to go to his first prom. Then he suggested to schedule the next visit with him the day after he comes back from vacation - he didn't have any other appointments because he was going to use that day to recover from the trip. Words can't say enough my gratitude. Dr. Pai is a dentist who goes above and beyond for his dental work and his patients! A beautiful human being! Dr. Ishioka is just the same as her husband. I took my child at the age of 3, they turn on a movie to distract the kids. Dr. Susan is very gentle, but seems to be better with the kids than the parents HA HA. That's okay with me. Financial (cash) is very uncomfortable, and they don't help much talking about costs. I would imagine its easier to just bill someones insurance. (why I lowered them by a star, staff). read more

I love Mr. Nelson. Very kind and knows his work. NOT the kind of dentist who try's to get money out of you, by telling you , you need this done and that done. He knows when to work on the tooth. Never rushes, like I know some other places that do (just to get money out of you). He's great! Sweet guy, but his wife is sweeter. Sorry, Dr. Pai. LOL!! No one is perfect, but Dr. Pai comes close. He is the most high quality dentist you can find and I've been to many due to my poor teeth. He is extremely patient and a great listener. He asks lots of questions so that he can figure out your problem, sometimes that's been bothering you for years (as in my case). His wife, Dr. Ishioka, has pretty much the same qualities as an orthodontist at the same office. All 4 of my kids have had dental & ortho work at their office and actually don't mind their appointments -- their support staff is very kind and thorough. read more

I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Ishhioka for a cavity on her two front teeth and today she fixed it. My daughter is 3 and as you can imagine, the anxiety was there for both her and myself as it was our first time with fixing a cavity. We had an amazing visit and she was able to fix her tooth with zero tears from my daughter. She was so kind and patient and really took the time making sure she was okay during the whole process. Amazing staff and we will always come back to see her. She really gives you the best advice and really puts the patient first as they are so little you really want the overall experience to be the best and it 100% was! Dr. Pai is as awesome as they come. He has helped me through some major huge teeth hurdles with patience and a plethora of knowledge. He is thorough, and he always produces the best result possible. He's a dynamic and young professional who is kind, understanding, patient, skilled and incredibly affable. What a relief to find a dental office that I can trust and has such a great level of service. The staff is professional, great with children, the facilities are spotless and I was very impressed with all the new technology they have that my old office didn't...makes it easier on me and detection of any issues. Dr. Pai is the greatest! He is very patient and always takes time to explain what I need and how he is going to treat me. I never have to wait and can get appointments that suit my schedule. He is there early on some days and late on others. His staff is always pleasant and work with my schedule, my insurance and have offered payment options when I needed work beyond my regular cleanings. My husband & I are patients of Dr. Pai and our 3 kids see Dr. Ishioka. This is the most incredible dental office around! EVERYONE there is kind, friendly, helpful, and it feels like a big family atmosphere. The office is very clean, professional, and well kept. As for Dr. Pai - I can't say enough about him. I have had several fillings done by him and honestly have never felt any pain whatsoever. Even when he injects the numbing solution, I don't even notice it. He is so thorough and knowledgeable in his work. Dr. Ishioka is just as wonderful as her husband (Dr. Pai). She is so kind and caring. You can't find a better dentist or team. I've been going to Dr. Pai for 5 years now. Over that time, I have broken 3 crowns installed by my previous dentist. The crowns Dr. Pai put in are so good, I can't even remember which teeth are real and which are caps. I no longer dread going to the dentist. His team is also top-notch. I am very anxious about Dental visits and I was in the market for a new Dentist for my family and I was referred to Dr. Pai his wife is in the same office and she is a pediatric Dentist which is great cause I have kids. Dr. Pai was awesome! He was very smart, very personable, made me feel so comfortable. He spent a lot of time with me and explained things very clearly and offered his personal opinions as well as professional. He made you feel like he really cared and you can tell he LOVES what he does. The office staff is nice the office is very clean and very up to date digital x-rays etc. His Dental Hygienist was super nice too she was very thorough and knowledgable. She checked me from the neck up for growths and tumors which I have never had a hygienist do and she told me they learn it in school and most don't continue it outside of school and I felt really good that she did that. It felt like a face massage. I can't rave enough about this office and Dr. pai and his wife Dr. Ishioka who was so great with my 5 years old son and his 1st visit to the dentist.
