The other day my MacBook crashed in the middle of work, try to reboot my laptop multiple times and nothing. Called Apple and they said they can fix it, but it was too expensive. Great Service! I cannot recommend Jonathan enough! I needed a new computer decided to go with the Apple Mac cause of all the cool features and I wanted to learn something new. Jonathan is fantastic! Great customer service. He came to hook up our computers at my office to the same network and install muti-user QuickBooks. He did everything in about two hours. I had some issues with QuickBooks a few weeks after it was installed due to some computer updates. I called Jonathan and he was very patient and walked me through the steps on how to correct the problem, he even logged on remotely to type out instructions and create a short cut in case it happens again.
