This Nespresso location is the best and has the most personable staff out of any I have ever visited. This location is spotlessly clean and always so well organized. They are great and almost always so busy when you walk in. This doesn't take away from their customer service at all tho. Even tho everyone that has ever helped me is pretty great, my go to person is always Tony if he is in that day. He takes his time to explain the new coffee that is in and always offers me any samples I wanna try. I love this location almost as much as I love coffee. This was a treat! The Nespresso boutique is such a cozy and welcoming spot place. But this one feels more special. I had the best experience thanks to Jessica :) she was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely happy to share all the crowd coffee favorites. I ended up getting a Nespresso nanofrother (which she helped ship straight to my house!) and even learned about auto shipping coffee for home too. super convenient! I got me lots of coffee. The way this store works is confusing and may be overwhelming upon entrance. It's not like your usual store where you grab what you want to purchase and bring to pay and leave. You pay first and the employee goes to the back of the boutique with your purchase and brings it to you. I already purchased the machine, and only had the Starbucks x nespresso pods at home. I ventured out to buy the nespresso pods and so it was my first time going to an actual nespresso boutique, and the employees took their time to explain how things worked and also let me know that I can taste test certain pods before purchase. The tasting station is at the back of the boutique and you can try as much flavors as you'd like. Between my parents and I, we tried 5 pods. Overall, the layout is very clean and there's a staff at each corner/booth area jumping to help. When the boutique got crowded, they made sure to organize the purchase line and checking in on those who were in line. Genesis helped me with buying the pods and I appreciated all the help she gave me with explaining everything, suggesting pod flavors, and also letting me know that there's welcome offer that I could take advantage of as a first time customer. read more

Visited this Glendale location to sample the new holiday collection pods. I was greeted by a hostess, which then she directed to me the line to wait in to try the espresso pods. However, while waiting in that line, the same hostess assisted three customers who came in after me and she made them there coffees right away while I was still waiting in line. Customer service was very off putting, was very disappointed that customers who came in after me were helped right away. I had the intent to purchase multiple sleeves after I tried the holiday collection, but did not purchase any and left with disappointment. Will not return to this location. read more

Even when it's busy they have a good system and make sure everyone is taken care of. I also love the recommendations so I'm always trying new pods! I was very excited to go to a Nespresso Boutique in person! I live in Las Vegas and one would think we would have one by now, but I guess it hasn't been caught on yet. Showed up at 6:15pm only to find out it was closed just minutes earlier. Should have confirmed hours before driving out (I blame traffic too). The next day got there shortly after their 10am opening and there was 2 people in line ahead of me. Being that I have never experienced a nespresso boutique in person before, I stood in line too..only to find out that we ARE allowed to roam this place. Lol Ordered some Vertuo and Original pods and had real great service. The lady gave me samples to take home also. Now that I've been here and done that, I can mark it off my bucket list. Top notch service from the girl who helped me here! I didn't get her name, but she was so helpful. The store is so beautiful inside too. I like the seats in the far back. They usually take your order and pay and then they go to the back to get your items and package it for you in a bag. There honestly was a guy at the front who was not very friendly with customers and was off putting, but the girl who checked me out for my items made up for it. It's so weird. Tony at the service desk is a rockstar. He deserves his flowers and a raise! Unfortunately, I had a less than desirable experience with customer support online. I had a defunct machine and we tested it for 3+hours and it didn't work. They promised me and sent order confirmation that I could pick up a new machine and drop off my machine in Glendale. After a 45+ drive, I arrived and hauled my machine to the store only to discover my order number had magically disappeared. Tony helped me get on the line with support again, where I proceeded to have a 45+ phone convo on what went wrong. At first they said, I would have to go to UPS and wait for a machine when the whole point and what I was promised was that I could settle this in store. Tony continued to advocate and help me even though I felt like I was losing my mind. Nespresso, your in store staff is phenomenal but it needs to carry to your phone support. No reason I should have to be on the phone with support when I am at the location for nearly a hour, 1/2 of that hour being on hold. If only the online service was as good as Tony's support and customer service, I would have no complaints! read more

I went to the boutique to buy some pods as a gift for some friends. I don't personally own a Nespresso machine so I wasn't sure what to buy. The service was great. You have to line up and then one of their staff helps you at their station. They have a menu of all the pods that are available. To help you further, they can even look into their system to see if they have an account and view the different pods they have purchased. So based on their previous purchases they can recommend different pods. I thought that was very helpful. Since I had mentioned I didn't have a Nespresso, of course they had to ask how I drink my coffee and then they showed me different machines that might fit my preferences. Since I had mentioned that I already have a Keriug, she recommend their Essenza Mini so that I could make espresso shots. So now I'm very tempted and thinking about purchasing it. Since it's so compact, I can just keep on my counter or just put it away. So I might be coming back for myself in the future. Haha. But we will see. read more

We were walking around the Americana at Brand and saw this store. I used to have a Nespresso machine and really liked it so decided to come in to check out the store. It was the first time I've been in a store so it was all new to me. I previously got my machine and pods through a friend. They greeted us quickly but kept bugging us if we needed anything. It was my first time seeing all the new machines live so it was a bit overwhelming! They made it feel uncomfortable when they kept asking if we needed help. Like they kept watching us. We just walked one quick round and left. I didn't even feel like looking through all the flavors/machines they offered. They had a coffee station so I believe they sell/sample the coffees types and flavors. The store itself if very organized and clean. Parking can be a pain. They have free parking in the structure for up to 1 hour, but need to pay if over 1 hour. We usually park up the street near Nordstrom for free parking or on the other side of the Galleria if we are doing a shopping day. read more

I've been looking for a Nespresso Boutique and finally was in an area that had one! We walked in and enjoyed how beautiful the store was. We were greeted quickly or at least I was the rest of my group was not acknowledged. She asked me if I'd like to try from 3 different coffees and if I wanted a 5oz or a shot. Went for the shot and she came back with it and a napkin and pack of sugar. The greeter brought me to a cashier who couldn't crack a smile or anything. Just asked my number and what sleeves I wanted. They are able to bring up your history with just your phone number. We got 4 sleeves of our choice and she charged me and while I was still mixing the sugar in my espresso she called the next customer and I had to get off the table for the next person. She was very unprofessional and rude the cashier. Didn't catch her name but the receipt said E. Short white lady with heavy makeup. Didn't enjoy making the sale with her. The greeter asked me how the coffee was and told me more about it as I walked out. The greeter was welcoming and made the experience good. Cashier not at all. Beautiful store. Beautiful location. Customer service varies. Availability of pods - they had what I wanted. Garage parking not free. Not self-serve service. I walked in to purchase coffee, had to wait 15 minutes for "the tablet to load?" The attendant took my name after that said someone will be with you shortly. Waited another 7-8 mins for someone to help. As a staff member approached me and asking if needed help I said I was waiting for them. Then the attendant sent her to help someone that just walked in. I was upset and told the manager. She said sorry and didn't do anything to help at all. The attendant was very unprofessional walking around the shop with his hands in his pockets like he didn't wanna be there. This is the staff that represents Nespresso. After some time Greg helped us out. Very nice person and attentive. Management needs to get there staff in order or be replaced with a proper person in charge. 35min to just buy sleeves of coffee while 4 staff members were serving coffee to ppl as if they are buying 100 sleeves. read more
