Here are some of the key highlights: * In addition to the 2nd location in Downtown LA and a sister coffee shop Loquat Coffee in Cypress Park, the same owners also opened Fondry Bakery in 2024, a coffee roastery called Quat in Glassell Park in October 2025, and a 2nd Loquat location in Silver Lake in December 2025. * Still no private parking lot and the two public parking lots are still your best bet (5033 Lincoln Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90042 & 1311N N Ave 51, Los Angeles, CA 90042). Otherwise street parking is available. * Still no indoor seating with only few small outdoor chairs and a tiny table. * Our party had the Hojicha Latte (half-sweet $6.50) and Matcha Latte ($6.75). The espresso here is on the average side. Smooth in taste and weak in their lattes and cappuccinos. For a boutique coffee place, their coffee selection is mediocre compared to other nearby places.

What a horrible experience. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I drove from Hollywood because their hours on their Google Business page said they close at 9pm on Saturday night. After standing in-line for sometime outside in the cold, the associate from the store stepped outside and said you can't go in, but they took the customer standing in-front of me in. After I told them that their hours say they close at 9pm, the worker/associate said, look at the window there is a sign that says we close at 8pm. I told him that is not what it says online, and there is no way this makes sense when someone is driving from another city to see what the sign on your window says when online it clearly said 9pm. Where is the logic in this? The associate was so arrogant. His reply to me was I don't care what the hours online say, look at the window. Anyhow, I will no longer be giving business to Nespresso Americana. What a horrible experience. Instead, you should have said we apologize for the inconvenience that you had to drive 30 minutes and we will look into fixing the hours which state otherwise online. (which they just changed to 8 pm after this incident, I called the corporate office and complained). But the employee's response was I don't care that you drove from Hollywood, look at the sign on the window says 8pm... REALLY? What an attitude and how arrogant person he was working at Nespresso (I'm sure your co-workers hate you if this is how you carry yourself). Future customers who are considering in going here, next time don't bother to check their business hours online, first come to Americana, check what paper sign they have on the glass door, then drive back home, and then come back, to make your purchase, lol. When my family and I entered, we were met with an unwelcoming silence--no one greeted us, and after a lengthy 15 minutes, we still hadn't been acknowledged. Despite our hopes that someone would come to assist us, we were left to glance around helplessly as other patrons received attention. This has unfortunately become a recurring theme during our visits, leaving us with the unsettling impression that we simply don't belong here. It's discouraging to feel overlooked, as if we are not "good enough" for this place. The uncomfortable atmosphere has led us to reconsider our options and prefer shopping online instead. I had such an amazing experience at the Nespresso store at the American on Brand location, thanks to Jessica! She is an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable coffee concierge who made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in. Jessica was so personable and took the time to answer all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. She gave us fantastic recommendations on different flavors and products, and her suggestions were spot on. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, and she is without a doubt a huge asset to the store. This place is absolutely amazing! A great place to try coffee and take it home with you. I want to come back here and try out the milk frother when they have a display available. Cesar gave me a great rundown of the coffee and searched through his grand display of Nespresso to hook me up with a few different types of coffee. Great guy, very friendly and outgoing. Rachelle is a great manager also. She was handling all other people's demands and my demands at the same time, while keeping a really calm collected composure, Beverley hills style! I appreciate the great service here and hope to come back many times to get what I want for a perfect coffee pairing with my food. read more

Have to say that this Nespresso can be hit or miss depending on what time of the day you come in. It can be really busy especially after 5pm. That said, the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Special mention for Julyam, who was able to explain the flavors and provide fast service. Recommend this location as a good place to learn about Nespresso and purchase your sleeves! Service was fairly quick as there wasn't much of a line. An iced coffee here with a splash of milk was a quick treat. It definitely was a tad watery, and it reminded me of "just okay" airport coffee. At the time of visit, their printer wasn't working, so numbers were written out. That didn't negatively impact the experience, though, since drinks were out within minutes!

The coffee shop is conveniently located right across from the Americana, so you can easily street park or park at the mall and walk over. It was busy when I arrived on a Friday afternoon, but there were still tables available both inside had outside. The chairs are not the comfiest, but the shop is still very clean and well maintained! When I approached the counter, I was greeted by the friendly employees who were busy preparing orders. This gave me the opportunity to peruse their unique menu and settle upon a latte to order. My sweet tooth was in effect and I opted for the Tiramisu latte with oat milk and was asked if sweet was ok! I thought it was so cool how you're able to customize the drink as you please and bonus points for no charge for nondairy milk. It was very affordable at $6.85. My latte came out pretty quickly and I marveled at the cocoa powdered topping. It truly tasted like a dessert and was so rich and indulgent yet somehow I didn't feel gross after drinking it. The oat milk was creamy and perfectly frothed and the espresso was well balanced. I had a dance class that night and it gave me just the right amount of energy to make it through the class yet still manage to sleep fine that night! I will definitely return next time I'm in the area as a few other menu items sounded equally enticing and the customer service was so impeccable!

Since it was my first time, I placed the order online. So I don't mess up the order and hold the line by deciding what to order. The pick up process was kind of confusing cause there were no sign for online order pick up. I had to go to the register and ask about the pick up. The young lady who helped was nice and explained how pick up works. Appreciate the helpfulness. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating area. There are several tables inside and I notice couple of tables outside. Store was very clean and well maintained. They also had sample cookies by the register for customers to try which was a nice gesture . This coffee shop is located in walking distance from Americana which makes it a great spot to grab coffee after shopping. There is street parking available and Americana/ Glendale Galleria are another option for parking. I will be back to try different coffees , since the menu looks different than other coffee places.

The interior was pretty spacious for a Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf with ample tables and seating. There was a good amount of outlets and wifi which makes this a solid spot for studying/getting work done. The service was pretty good and the barista helping my friends and I was pretty nice.

Honestly I didn't think it was strong at all, I specifically wanted to try this coffee because I heard it was strong and I needed it this morning haha . I actually have a small tolerance to caffeine so that's how I know it wasn't strong at all. My fiancé felt the same way and we got the exact same thing . Got a little pastry , that was good .
