If you're not a Nespresso fan, this place isn't for you. I'm a fan so I loved it! What I liked is that I could sample some styles before committing to a sleeve of 10 pods. That helped me find two new coffees that I really liked. Additionally, the place is cute and the staff is very helpful. There is also a restroom downstairs. Came in on a weekday instead of a weekend, so there was a very short wait compared to the 15-20 minute wait on weekends. Stocked up on some pods as usual and the lady who helped me was very nice. The interior is quite nice -- elegant presentation, spacious environment, but the drinks are a massive let down. Not only is the service counter tiny, but the brew time is very slow. On top of this, there is no designated line-up area, which added to a rather clumsy process, which took me out of the "boutique" experience. On a rainy afternoon I was passing by and decided to stop by. I had no idea this location was here. The inside has a clean aesthetic with a mix of art in the right places and colorful coffee pods and machines. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a 'coffee shop' where you may purchase a drink and a lower level cafe where you can enjoy your drink and hang out. There is a restroom on the lower level. Employee Jack promptly acknowledged me and was very friendly offering me a sample espresso and cold brew to try. He gave me more info about the shop and the services they offered. Honestly a terrible store and a terrible brand. Sales woman was in mid pitch and then changed to someone else. I was going to purchase a 10 set of pods and a descaler but honestly I might get out of the brand completely. They have a waiting list to check out, which makes 0 sense since there are less than 10 people in the store. If you wanted to sell more product and spread the brand name... this is not the way. This location is a great addition to the neighborhood. It has been here for a while now. Downstairs they have a nice seating area where you can enjoy a nice cup of Nespresso with friends and family. Upstairs they have the small bar area where they make the to go Nespresso creations for you to enjoy. They have three-five stations where you can order your pods to take home. I recommend avoiding coming here on busy times/ close to holiday season if you do not like waiting on lines. I have been here when very busy and it's not the greatest experience. They have/will give you samples of the Nespresso which is nice. The atmosphere here is nice. High ceilings, the downstairs and upstairs are very clean and the downstairs area have outlets to charge your electronics. Staff wise it is hit or miss. Mostly I have had very nice people helping me but there are those days where you get one not so great person. This is where I get my pods so obviously I will be back. read more

Awful experience here. Waked in to buy 1 sleeve of coffee capsules, walked out in less than 10 seconds without purchasing anything. You have to sign in give all your information in order to buy coffee even though there's no line. Quite ridiculous and a waste of time. I don't have 15 minutes or 30 to sit and be made feel special for something so trivial and simple. I will just continue to buy directly from Illy and call it and call it a day. read more

Ah, this place is cute. I came in because I wanted to look around and ended up getting a cappuccino (Nespresso quality is the only one I trust so far in America). They have a cute piece of art in display on the wall that moves with a sensor that has nothing to do with coffee but trust me, it is entraining. People working there seemed nice, and prices are reasonable even for the coffee they sell here ($3 for espresso, 4$ for cappuccino). read more

I'm giving them 4 stars mainly just because it looks lovely inside, and it's convenient having this place a few blocks from my apartment... Inside is basically a showroom for Nespresso. You can buy coffee sleeves and machines here, but previously you couldn't actually buy a cup of coffee- enough people complained about the insanity of this and they now have a small coffee selling station by the door. Once Covid is over the downstairs coffee lounge bar (that doesn't sell coffee....!?) will reopen as well. They have a cool wall of plants and a great motion activated wall sculpture that shimmers as you pass it, made from recycled nespresso pods. Sometimes they do deals and specials here but it's always worth asking first as they seem to change week to week. read more

Came in for some pods for my parents on a Sunday afternoon and was brilliantly taken care of by the amazing Dashawn Mercado. He was thoughtful, kind, insightful, and had GREAT recommendations! I have finally found the holy grail of marketing... the living infomercial. Is the Nespresso Boutique a tragically hip caffeine bar or an exquisitely disguised immersive sales environment minus the full court press for vacation timeshares and Alpaca farming. To me coffee will always be a functional beverage so I'll never hallucinate long enough to want or need a $700 coffee maker and expend a king's ransom to fill it with a lifetime of overpriced adrenaline. My friend Nik was right. He recommended I visit Nespresso. I had time to kill so I came inside. I felt so at ease and welcomed by the first employee that greeted me as I entered. I was surprised to see the amount of machines on display and for sale. I thought it was just a coffee shop. Since my daughter has been thinking of purchasing one it was a perfect place to learn about the machines and coffee selections. There's employees to assist you by demonstrating and providing a coffee sample. There's all kinds of carafe options and coffee related merchandise on beautiful shelves. They have options for the tea lovers too. I checked out the food selection. Prices are reasonable but my allergies prevented me from being enticed today. I had my coffee already but I will be back to taste test theirs next time I'm in the neighborhood. I was treated graciously by the store manager. She's new to this location. She's very excited to provide excellent service to Nespresso customers. I was invited to visit the seating area downstairs. Plenty of comfortable seats for sipping coffee or tea. A unisex bathroom is downstairs also. One downside is the lack of WiFi. The manager said she has requested installation and they plan to provide WiFi in the near future. I'm excited to tell my daughter about the store. I'm also very impressed with the recycling of everything into beautiful pieces of art or functional items like the knife I photographed. They play nice (smile) with other companies and artists!! You bet I will return. I just need to plan my snack and coffee consumption better before I arrive. This place is located in an area where I spend time at the Apple Store and The Met Brauer. So very convenient for a break from the streets. read more

I recently bought a Nespresso machine and quickly learned that I was in over my head on choosing which pods were right for me. I decided to visit the Nespresso Boutique to learn more about the various options and, hopefully, leave with a few recommendations. I'm happy to say that I got that and more! When I entered, Dashawn immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me through what I now refer to as Nespresso 101. He explained what each category meant, their flavor profiles, and the level of intensities. He also shared suggestions on which to try first, in store samples, and a few of his favorite Nespresso recipes for me to try once my machine arrived. The knowledge I gained from this visit has not only made me feel more confident in ordering and using my machine, but it's also allowed me to pass it along to a few of my friends who were as equally overwhelmed as I was. read more

We received our Nespresso machine just over a month ago as a shower gift. My hubby loves coffee, and I've always been so-so about coffee. Drinking Nespresso coffee has turned me. Well, it Turns out Nespresso only sells their capsules in boutiques as such, or online. Big box or regular grocery stores don't sell it. This exclusivity makes these boutiques such a hit. Employees at the boutique are there to showcase their coffee and the machines. Complimentary tastings are provided so that you don't buy a sleeve of capsules and end up not liking the flavor. I love this. This is what separates Nespresso from Keurig- among other things. The capsules are 100% recyclable, they even come with mail back recycle bags. You know, save the turtles. Coming from out of town, we knew we needed to get some capsules, but only a few sleeves. We ended up leaving with 15 sleeves!! Since they are individually packaged, it lasts years. We stocked up for sure, but the incentive was there. We received two free gifts in the process. Come here to stock up on capsules, buy a machine, or even enjoy a freshly brewed coffee from the barista. read more

Visited the store to try to purchase some pods in person. The employees told us to wait downstairs in the lounge and that they would help us out after a customer ahead of us. After waiting for over 15 minutes, it was obvious we were forgotten, so we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the employees were just standing and chatting with each other and when they saw us walking out and realized, they just said "have a nice night" instead of apologizing and asking if we still were interested or needed assistance.
