Stopped by to grab a drink after eating at Ho Kee Cafe next door. Not really a spot I'd hang out or chill at since the interior isn't that appealing, but the drinks themselves were solid. We got a smoothie with mango jelly and a milk tea with jelly -- both were tasty and refreshing. The portions are generous, served in pretty large cups, though they'll run you about $7.50 each. Overall, not bad!

Free parking on lot. Good place to study or hang out. Music isn't too loud. They have 8 tables and outlets between the tables. The honey lemon tea was alright. Used to be better. The matcha slush barely had any matcha, it was mostly milk and sugar. The mango black tea could've been better. The drink quality has gone down. Come to hang out or study, not for the drinks.

This was a pretty chill spot and a service was quick! Free parking. There were tables and chairs for people to sit down and perhaps work on something. (May need to wipe tables before using.) I do think the drinks are quite sweet. At 50%, it felt like something between 100% to 75%. So it should be safe to ask for even lesser sugar if you prefer your drinks not too sweet.

Tucked away in the corner of the plaza, it's easy to miss. There is free parking and not hard to get a spot. Inside, it is pretty quiet with plenty of tables and seating to sit and work from. Decor is nice and trendy. I got the green milk tea, one of their top 10 drinks. I asked for half sugar and half ice but it still was too sweet for me. It tasted pretty creamy and had a hint of tea taste.

Quick drink for the road and was pleased with my honey oolong milk tea (75% sweet ofc)! Very quiet spot for students to study or chit chat. Also.. I have a boba shop hypothesis. 9 times out of 10.. the best drinks come from the most unenthused and half hearted bobaristas who look like they have other places to be.

Boba was great, service was fast, ambiance is very fast The boba pearls its self are probably the best I have every had! We got the 2 Hokkaido coffees and they were amazing. We got a green milk tea, rose milk tea, and ice cream milk tea. Rose was my top favorite the the The bathroom is incredibly unpleasant, it feels like it has not been cleaned since the place opened, even finding a video on how to properly clean a commercial bathroom would be great

Stopped by this nice, cozy and quiet tea place on a Wednesday afternoon, there is not many people. The parking is easy since it's located in a shopping plaza. There are indoor/outdoor seating, very convenient. ⁣ ⁣ Staffs are friendly and take my order quickly. I ordered one of the most popular item from the menu: Guava Green Tea with boba at 25% sweetness level. Very fruity along with the calming taste from the green tea. The boba is cooked well with a slight sweetness. If you are a fruit tea person, this one is definitely for you!! ⁣ ⁣ Next time I will come back to try their milk tea selections!! Thank you for the good quality service. ⁣

one of my favorite and top boba shops of all time and especially in 626! Some of my favorite go-to drinks are the earl grey milk tea, honey green milk tea and hokkaido coffee!! My sister loves the black sugar milk tea and hokkaido milk tea. They have a strong tea flavor that's balanced out really well with whatever milk and sweetener that they use. The drinks are on the sweeter side so my go to is 75% sweet. During and after the pandemic, they closed all the indoor seating but recently came back and all the indoor seats are finally open again! It's one of the places that are opened later until 10:30pm. I've done a lot of studying here in the past and tables still can be taken a lot of times. There's outlet along the walls which is a plus and they have free wifi.

All drinks are made with non-dairy milk (not sure which one), so that is a big thumbs up coming from a vegan. I ordered the taro milk tea and the black sugar milk tea. The drinks were very subpar and I was honestly disappointed. They looked and tasted almost identical. Not totally watery, but not creamy at all. There was barely a hint of taro. No pretty swirl of sugar syrup or pretty purple color. I've had many milk teas, especially taro, and I can say this was not good. I actually felt sad these drinks were my friend's first ever impression to milk tea. It felt like a waste of $12 to me. Considering there are so many amazing boba shops in the 626 that use better ingredients, nicer presentation, and taste great, I don't see myself ever returning here. I came on a Tuesday night around 9:45PM and it was packed with college students studying on their laptops, so it seems like a popular spot. Lots of charging ports and wifi. There is indoor and outdoor seating in the back. There is one single stall bathroom. The location is in the back of the shopping center so the sign for it is a little hidden as you're driving by.i

A bunch of boba shops blend in for me nowadays because there are just so many. So whenever I try a new spot I have a standard of what really good tea and boba should taste like. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with boba with 25% sweetness and it was alright. The tea was slightly on the bitter side and i thought it was way too sweet for being 1/4. I would rate the boba pearls itself a 6/10. I probably wouldn't come back here, but there are a lot of people that love it, so to each their own.

This is a very simple looking Boba Tea Shop. It's located in the back of the plaza that it's hidden from. I had a bit of a hard time finding this place, but when I just showed up now, there existed plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and made my drink extremely fast. I got 25% sweet and no ice.....still a tad sweet on the 'Guava Green Tea.' I prefer here over 'Dingle Berries.' Tea turned out tasty and so did the lychee jelly I added. Not a must in my book for now..... If I'm in the mood for something else, I'll visit again. I used to visit the one in San Gabriel, CA....

Nest Tea is one parking lot down from the Big Lots at the corner. There's parking spaces in the far back. There's seating inside and Wi-Fi so you bring your work to do inside while you drink boba. Tables are clean. I got the Oolong Milk Tea with Pudding and the Watermelon Juice. Both were good drinks.

    Can they cater?

    Yes

Is this related to the new San Gabriel location?

    Yes :)

How is this business handling the re-opening?What safety measures are they taking? Are they offering dine-in?

No dine in yet . Still mask require for customers

Do they no longer have almond milk tea? :(

    Yes :(

Looking to be more waste conscious. Do they fill in drinks if you byoc (bring your own cup), offer discounts, or any of those sorts of incentives?

    Unfortunately no

So they have plentiful outlets to charge up? Also if there a lot of ppl is the WiFi like a dinosaur

unlike other tea places, their wifi has never failed me lol

Do they use real milk for their milk teas? Also do they allow a no sugar option?

    Yes

Can I bring my own cup?

    No. No one does

How good (how fast) is the WiFi? I need a decent connection speed to study on my laptop. Please give me good feedback. Thanks!

Pretty damn good that I've never had to leave due to WiFi issues. There's also 2 routers I think?

You guys have great teas. Are you considering giving customers a discount for refills, i.e. $1? I would definitely come by more if you are.

The shop feels very nice and clean with a simple interior design. My top drink is probably the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, which has an oolong tea base with floral notes and a kick of sweet white peach. I like how creamy and fragrant it is. At 50% sweetness, I feel like there is the perfect balance of sugar, tea, and milk. Another solid drink is the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, which is easily one of their best sellers. This drink is creamy, rich, and indulgent. The layer of cheese foam deepens the flavor of the matcha, making it extra creamy with an enjoyable contrast. Aside from drinks, there are also some snack food options like popcorn chicken and fries. The savory snacks would pair perfectly alongside the sweet drinks. This is for sure a boba spot I would recommend.

Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
