I've been coming here with my daughter for many years and I've never had any issues until now. I called to make an appointment for a white tip, when I got there, I let my nail tech know and promptly started reading a book, confident in their abilities as I've never had an issue before. When I realized she was doing my nails in all white, I told her I asked for a white tip. The tech called someone over and asked why I hadn't said anything, I said I did when I made an appointment and when the tech started but I hadn't looked up since she started because they always do a good job. They seemed to want me to stay with the all white nail polish and normally I would have but since it was gel, and I didn't want that color for a long time and wanted what I had originally requested, I calmly told her I would still like the white tip. I understand accident happens and there seemed to be a language issue, so didn't get upset. However, the tech seemed to be upset by having to do what I actually wanted and did a horrible job executing the white tip job. Since she was already upset, I didn't complain further , paid her and tipped her. I'm so disappointed in the level of service as my daughter and I have always had a positive experience. I'll preface this by saying I don't go out to get my nails done too often, and this visit definitely makes me think to wait another six months to a year before going in again. I got a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure was AWESOME. The tech I got was super friendly and made sure I wanted the color I chose since it looked too light, and she ended up matching a different pink to my nails. Very professional and gentle with my feet! However, the manicure tech cut my nails way too short to the point where my hands were constantly burning any time she used acetone (which was a lot with french tip nails). There are placed where my skin was cut and where she cut my cuticles too much, but the nails themselves look so beautiful. It's a shame she didn't keep as much of my original length. Overall it was a 50/50, your mileage may vary here depending on who you get. Otherwise, it was very clean and nice inside. Maybe I'll give it another try at a later date. read more

No issues with the staff as they were very courteous, however, yesterday I noticed a crack in the acrylic on my right middle finger ... by the end of the day the nail had come off. I went back this morning and they fixed my nail no charge. This evening I was folding laundry, shook out a pair of jeans and my left index nail flew off taking 1/2 of my natural nail with it (Oh the pain! Ladies, you know what I'm talking about!) I schedule my appointment a week in advance for 11 am, and I even showed up early around 10:45 am so that it would give me time to pick a nail color and they didn't get started on my nails until 11:15 am. They did ok, it seemed like the lady who did my nails was very rushed, also the color didn't turned out the way I wanted, it wasn't opaque enough even with two coats. Also the way they did my nails, I feel like it's going to peel or come off very soon since the nail polish doesn't look very smooth. Also while cutting my cuticles, the lady made me bleed and cut into my skin. At least if your polish chips or peels within 7 days of getting the manicure, you can come back and they will fix it for free so that's nice. read more

I get powder dip on my natural nails which at most places lasts a week or two if I am lucky, but with Amy my powder lasts 4+ weeks!! We had a great experience with Nestle Nails for our first visit! I took my mom and daughter to get pedicures and they have kids pedicure chairs that are so cute! The staff was super kind and sweet to my daughter and to us. My daughter was very set on having lady bug looking nails and they made it happen even though it was hard to do on tiny nails. Our Pedicures turned out great! I posted a picture of my daughter in the kids pedicure chair on social media and a ton of people were messaging me asking where they were located. My Oh My Michelle and I have missed this salon...even if I have to wait months to receive a pedicure I will ALWAYS be back here. Came here while 9 months pregnant with my young daughter for a gel pedicure and received poor-mediocre service. Pros: Courteous front counter service. Cons: Overpriced and very rushed, especially if I'm paying for extra pedicure perks and the massage chair isn't working. My daughters was especially half fast. She was barely acknowledged, resulting in a thin nail polish coat of the wrong color. It didn't help that the nail techs attempt of small talk to me were just personal questions about my pregnancy, and rude comments about the gender. I made an appointment for my mom and myself on a Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday. I made it clear I wanted 2 manis/pedis and at the same time. When we got there we were seated but then my moms pedicure got started 10-15 min before mine. Not what I asked for. Then when the girl came to do my mani she wasn't wearing a mask. The mani was fast and not nearly as good as I had hoped for. My cuticles were barely touched and I haven't had a real mani in over four months. I complained when I went to pay, about her not wearing a mask. If you ask the customer to wear a mask clearly the staff better wear a mask !! The whole experience was. Disappointing. I can't say enough good things about my first experience with Nestle Nails. To start with, they were on time for my appointment. I stayed in my car until Tommy, one of the owners, called me and told me to come on over to the table. Nicole had, not only a cloth face mask but also a plastic shield. She applied hand sanitizer and then put gloves on. These extra steps meant a lot to me. When Nicole asked me what shape I wanted, I showed her a picture and that was EXACTLY how she shaped my nails (square-round). She frequently lifted my hand up and asked if I was happy with what I saw. She made it clear that my happiness was her goal. Even though I didn't have a chance to look around inside the shop, what I could see when I walked in to use the restroom impressed me; the bathroom was spotless and the shop was nicely laid out and decorated. I was sure how I was going to feel about sitting outside, in a parking lot, to have my nails done, especially since it was supposed to be 95° at the time of my appointment, but Tommy moved the tent we were sitting under a few times to make sure the sun wasn't on us.
