I had an omelette with house potatoes and wheat bread, and couldn't resist Dolmades with a egg/lemon thick sauce (yes, both for brunch... and I suspect I will be full until after dinner). I know the owner would want to make this right, but it doesn't seem like the two women at the front counter care. I get that it's a busy day (st Patrick's day) but that should be more reason to be understanding, and want to satisfy the customer after standing in line for 20 minutes. This was my first visit to New Brothers Restaurant and Deli. This was at the suggestion from our cousin who is familiar with the area. We were coming from Stoneham, and this restaurant is in Danvers, Massachusetts. Their parking is situated in the back part of the restaurant and that's where we entered from. The restaurant inside is actually pretty nice even though you order your food in a cafeteria style way. The difference is that there food is quite good. When I ordered I asked for the Hot Pastrami and the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted mine in a "Bulkie" and I said yes. I at least I knew what he meant this time, being from out of town. Overall it's the experience of being in a different town and just seeing what people they like. Danvers is a nice little town but, like many town around they are all nice. Especially this time of year when the leaves on the trees start changing color, beautiful scenery. read more
