Like just about every place you can go in Chinatown, the premises appear slightly run-down, in that "we've been here for a hundred years, and you're coming here to eat, not ogle the architecture" way. Turned out not to be cheap-bill for 2 = $80 + change without any booze. But the quality of the food was over the top. Don't mind paying the freight, when the feed is worth it.

I ordered from this place all the time! I told my co-workers about it and my friends and brought them a lot of business. I got their lunch special General Tso's chicken and there were bones in pieces of chicken! I was grossed out and called the restaurant to get something else because I wan't going to eat that and they called and said that it was only a few pieces and it wasn't a big deal and that they weren't going to send me anything else because they were "too busy." It was for lunch and all I had to eat that day which meant that I had to go without eating all day. First of all, the customer service is great, some of the ladies even speak spanish! I ordered pot stickers, some combination fried rice, and a large order of kung pao chicken. The pot stickers were delicious and still a little crispy by the time I ate it. The fried rice was packed full, the rice tasted good and wasn't greasy. cheap, quick, and tasty sums up New China. I really enjoy their food and it doesn't empty your wallet. Portions are huge and can last you another meal.
