They brought our food out in to go boxes, which is I guess what everybody eats out of. We were both blown away when we opened them up and saw how much food they give you. The portions are huge. My fish and fried shrimp was pretty good. The fish could use a little bit more seasoning, but it was cooked very well and tasted good. The shrimp was really good and once again I was surprised at how big they were. There was a ton of fries and only ate about half of them, but they were good as well. I was very impressed with the fried oysters. They were big oysters and tasted great. My wife loved her snow crab. It comes with tons of potatoes, corn on the cob and several shrimp and we were stuffed by the time we left. We will definitely come back and try something different on the menu next time

I didn't double-check the bag before leaving, and when we got home, we realized a couple of our sides were missing. I used the mobile app to let the restaurant know about the mistake and almost immediately received a text from Tyler letting me know they had credited us for the two missing sides. Mistakes happen, especially on a busy Friday night, but great customer service is all about how you respond--and Te'Jan handled it perfectly.
