Excellent place in the Arcadia area. My family and I have been here several times and food is always consistent. Everything tasted delicious and perfectly seasoned. Love the pumpkin with salted egg. The fried pumpkin stick was not very oily and went well with the salted egg coating. The coconut chicken curry was also very good and flavorful. The menu is extensive so there is something for everyone, even the picky eaters. They also have lunch special which is affordable with decent portions. They have some dim sum items and bbq meats. Haven't tried the duck yet but it looked good. Would skip the bean curd meat roll though, that was the only dish we did not like.

English menu but most staff are mainly Chinese speakers. Fortunately my family is fluent. Staff is friendly. Asked for extra tendon in our curry and they gave us some. Tendon was mouth melting Vegetables are fresh You can get Bbq and dim sum to go They can accommodate large private parties

I came here and we ended up getting a mix of dim sum items as well as some other dishes. Overall, I felt like it was pretty good, some items were great, while others were just alright. The service was quick and attentive, and many of the dishes were actually really tasty. Some notable items that stood out were the cheung fun, siu mai, chicken feet, and sticky rice. We also got lobster with noodles. The lobster was good, but the noodles were super soggy. We tried out a steamed turbot, one side of the fish was good, but the underside was definitely overcooked and tough. The flavors were good overall, but the textures were inconsistent. Overall, the food here is good and the restaurant can accommodate a good number of people.

We ordered several dishes: Peking Duck, crispy roasted pork belly, seafood chow mein, A choy (vegetables), veggies with tofu and beef intestines. I would give the food a 3.5/5. I gave an overall 4/5 rating because service was excellent. The crispy roasted pork belly wasn't really that crispy or flavorful. The Peking Duck was decent but could've used a bit more flavor. The crispy seafood chow mein noodles also could've been crispier but the flavor was good. The veggies were okay as well, didn't taste as fresh and crispy as I would've wanted. The beef intestines were good. It was tender and easy to eat. Service was excellent. We were seated immediately and the servers there were extremely kind and attentive. There is a lot of seating at this restaurant and can accommodate large parties. It's essentially another hk cafe except they sell Chinese bbq. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking out in front in a shared parking lot with other businesses. TLDR: food is 3.5/5, gave a 4/5 because service was excellent. Price is reasonable.

I came here with my family for breakfast today. I like that this place has wide selection of food. We decided to have some dim sum as well as Hong Kong style cafe breakfast items. For dim sum we had shrimp har gow, pork siu mai, wrapped sticky rice and shrimp rice noodle rolls. They were all good. I especially liked their wrapped sticky rice. I would give the wrapped sticky rice 5 stars, while the other dim sum items 4 stars. The other dishes we ordered were: (1) grilled chicken with eggs (cooked to your liking). This comes with choice of macaroni in soup or French style garlic bread. (2) Fish filet porridge. This comes with choice of soy sauce chow mein or rice noodle or vermicelli. (3) Yang Chow fried rice Everything was good except the fish filet porridge. It could use more salt and perhaps some white pepper. I would give these breakfast entrees 4 stars while the fish filet porridge 3 stars. All breakfast entrees (dim sum excluded) come with a hot beverage at no additional cost. Service staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this place.

New fusion is so good. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for great service and good Chinese food. The works are friendly and the food comes out surprisingly fast. I really enjoy the atmosphere here and the decor is aesthetically pleasing. Definitely enjoy getting the honey walnut shrimp and the fried shrimp.

This was a pretty underwhelming Chinese restaurant Parking was ok since it's located in a plaza and the parking lot is huge. However, it could be challenging if you come on the weekend since it gets super busy! Service was very bad and inexistent. I understand it was a very busy Sunday afternoon but I would have appreciated if the staff offered me even ONE water refill or asked how I was doing. Menu was decent and it had a lot of variety of meat and noodles/rice dishes, as well as dim sum. Pricing was reasonable and most dishes were $15-$20+. BBQ Pork Rice ($13.99) was just ok. The rice didn't taste fresh and the pork was very dry and not tender. I was expecting it to have a BBQ flavor but it tasted very bland so this was 6/10 Seafood and Beancurd Hot Pot ($17.99) was nothing special. It consisted of squid, octopus, beancurd, mushrooms, and some veggies. The Beancurd was overcooked so it was extremely dry and didn't taste good. The squid and octopus was very tough to chew. The choy sum was very long and hard to eat. This was 6/10 House Special Chow Mein ($16.99) was just ok. The noodles were somewhat crispy and they gave plenty of noodles. The shrimp, chicken, pork, and squid tasted alright. The choy sum was very hard to chew and eat since it was so long. Definitely not worth getting again. This was 6/10 Overall, the food was nothing special and very underwhelming. Service was not attentive and inexistent. Most likely won't recommend or return unfortunately!

Today I went to New Fusion to try its dim sum. The choices are extensive in terms of the regular items. All items are $4.95, except some of the special item which the restaurant listed. For now, they waive the tea charge ($1.70) which I think is a good deal. The service is attentive and good. I noticed that it has a minor remodeling which now has a couple of private rooms where you can host your own party.

Came by on a Tuesday evening for dinner and we were seated immediately. Staff was very attentive and service gave a little "cha chaan teng" vibes- casual, cordial and friendly. Parking was easy in a shared lot with multiple other restaurants and stores. Ambiance was casual with no loud music playing in the background so perfect for dinner with family. 1. wonton noodle soup- typical egg noodles with wontons and flavor and freshness were average. 2. chicken curry- my favorite of all the dishes we got! Loved how creamy the curry was and the hint of coconut flavor. Also loved how it wasn't spicy so it was perfect for me but may not be the choice for spicy curry fans. 3. stir fried seasonal vegetables in garlic sauce- for how thick the stems of the vegetables were, they were actually quite tender and soft. pleasantly surprised by this dish. a light, refreshing veggie option for the meal. 4. sautéed string beans and minced pork- another one of my favorites! stir fried and flavorful while being very tender. Minced pork was the perfect pairing for white rice as well. 5. grilled lemon grass pork chop- came pre-cut and flavor was typical for the dish. bite-sized pieces were easy to share family-style. 6. complimentary pineapple buns- they brought us some complimentary pineapple buns on the house- which was another pleasant surprise! Overall, New Fusion is rated pretty highly when it comes to the variety of traditional chinese dishes available at an affordable price (between 10.99-12.99 for dinner special). Would definitely come again for their dinner special menu!

Review for dim sum only. There was no wait time and price is standard. The menu selection is smaller but has the basics like har gow, siu mai, and cheung fun (rice rolls). Food was okay, not exciting to make me want to order more. If I visit again, I'll probably try their chinese bbq meats. They have the bbq area in the front for crispy pork, char siu, and roast duck.

New Fusion is located in the same plaza as Von's and the old Burlington Coat Factory, specifically two doors down from Ann Karen Spa. My mom picked New Fusion for our family dinner to celebrate Lunar New Year on a Sunday evening a few weeks ago. The reason why she picked New Fusion was because another restaurant she had originally chosen was very busy and they were not able to give her an early dinner reservation (since my brother's kids are young, they stick to a strict bedtime, so family dinners always have to be early, around 5 or 5:30 pm). Anyways, my mom may a reservation for a party of 9 for 5:30 pm and she had made her order a few days before. When we had arrived, the restaurant was actually pretty busy and I saw quite a few very large tables (20+ people at 2 tables and 12+ at another, for example). The restaurant was so nice to put us in a private room. We ended up the following dishes: Soup Crispy fried chicken Lobster w/ noodles Stir- Fried pea shoots w/ garlic noodle dish Steamed turbot fish French style fillet steak Pork knuckles Shrimp with tofu and oyster sauce Shrimp fried rice Side of french fries -------------------------------- I do not know the exact total since my incredibly generous mother paid for everything but she did say the meal cost around $500 (prior to tip). Because my brother's kids are young, they definitely don't have quite the same sophisticated palate as perhaps an adult may have (or at least one that is open minded and a foodie like your typical Yelp member), so my mom ordered shrimp fried rice for them and also a side of french fries (as it was suggested by an employee when my mom had made the order earlier in the week. The servers also brought over a bottle of ketchup for them too). Because this restaurant does serve Hong Kong style breakfast and western style breakfast, they do make french fries. Even though both my nephews had not eaten much (They were too engrossed with their books that they were both reading), they did like the fries and the fried rice. The food itself was delicious. Some of the standouts were the steamed fish and the surprisingly the pork knuckles. I really liked the fish, as I have never had turbot fish before. This fish is rather expensive because of its special breed and size. The fish itself is a white fish that taste somewhat similar to cod and halibut. The pork knuckles are something that is supposed to be consumed during lunar new year and believed that one will be blessed with good fortune this year (here is hoping). I liked the flavors of this dish. The service was attentive and friendly. The two servers helping our party spoke both English and Cantonese. New Fusion was never really on my radar to dine at (although I knew of the restaurant), but am glad that we decided to try this place. I would be interested in trying their Hong Kong style breakfast in the near future.

The food is consistently good, honestly better than a lot of nearby places that charge quite a bit more. What won me over right away, though, was the breakfast combo. Two dim sum items and a hot drink for just $14 is a genuinely good deal. A cold drink is only $1 more (typical HK practice), and you can also take your drink to go for another $1, which is a nice little convenience. I'm pretty particular about milk tea, so I don't say this lightly: their half coffee, half milk tea really hits the spot every time. It's balanced, and satisfying. Beyond the combo, they also serve all the comfort staples, porridge, fried chow mein, Chinese donuts, and my personal favorite, rice noodles with a variety of fillings. It delivers the same comforting flavors you want from a casual dim sum-style breakfast, but without the inflated prices, long waits, and hectic atmosphere that have become so common at more traditional dim sum spots. This place is a solid, dependable replacement for the usual dim sum experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service is consistently warm and welcoming. The driveway can be a little tricky. It sits right next to the Taco Bell drive-through exit, separated only by a fire hydrant, so it's easy to miss or get confused when pulling in. But it's a small tradeoff for a spot that delivers this much value and consistency.

We ended up getting a set for $168 this time, which came with 6 dishes. It's also $35 per lb for lobster, and I asked for the smallest one. Apparently, the smallest one was 4.8 lbs, which was another $168, so I'm not sure if they upsold me. Anyways, the food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. This is what I thought about the food we got. House Seafood Soup - Simple and clean soup. Good portion, and it was soothing to eat. Lots of squid. (4/5) Clams with Spicy Sauce - Large clams with tons of meat, and the sauce was fire. Always a good choice. (5/5) Crab with Salt & Pepper - Loved the seasoning, and the flavors were solid. (4.5/5) Thai Style Beef Stew - First time trying this, and it was good. A bit different, but the meat chunks were tasty and the overall flavors were good. (4/5) Sautéed Pea Sprouts - Nicely done vegetable dish. It's simple but refreshing with good flavors. (4/5) Fried Whole Fish - This dish was gone so fast because it was delicious. Nicely fried and not overly seasoned. (5/5) Signature Lobster - I feel like you have to get this here since it's their specialty. It's pricey, but in my opinion, it's the best and freshest lobster in town. Tons of green onions, seasoned well, fresh meat, and lots of lobster roe. (5/5) Service was good, and they didn't automatically add a mandatory tip for a large party. The total came out to around $364, which is pricey, but the food was phenomenal. Parking - Valet only, but they have street parking in front. I parked on the street since there were plenty of spots on a Wednesday, but I assume it gets busy on weekends.

Other than lobster plate we ordered their walnut shrimp and salt and pepper pork. Everything is delicious. Service is fast too which makes dining easier.

It's cooked to perfect and delicious. I used to order this from the Alhambra Garden Cafe, but since that location has changed ownership, things went downhill. The German style pork knuckle had cruchy skin, meat was juicy, and the sides were great, just how it should be. I didn't take pictures because I was too happy to see this dish again!! They are the only one in SGV serving this dish. There were other places served it, but not anymore. This dish is one of my favorites, definitely not disappointed at all. I hope they will keep serviing it!!! I ordered various dishes here (Baked pork chop on spaghetti, Fried rice noodle with beef, rice noodels soup, salt pepper chicken wings, and various dishes), they all taste great and just how Hong Kong style food is like.

It was 6 of us and we get seated at the large round table in the middle of the restaurant. The menu is HUGE but me, my sister, and my uncle will usually order the grilled chicken and pork dish. My aunt usually gets a noodle dish such as the beef chow fun this time. My son got a meat sauce pasta with fries. We also got Thai tea which is refillable. My dad unfortunately didn't know what to get but he ultimately decided on the hainan chicken. The waiter confirmed 3 of the same dishes and we confirmed. The food came but mine didn't and it seemed the waiter only put in 2 orders. Therefore, I had to wait but my uncle shared half his pork and chicken with me because it was a lot for him. Good thing they didn't put on my order because i wanted pasta and not rice and my sister and uncle asked for rice, so good thing i got mine after with mushroom sauce (black pepper sauce is surprisingly too spicy for me). I love the mixed vegetables, but sure what makes it good since it's just bland zucchini, peas, green beans, carrots, and corn. But goes so well with the dish. The mash potatoes were also good...I loved everything tbh... My sister and I each got a refill on our drink and I felt a weird aura from the start so u didn't ask for another. We had so much leftover since I ate most of my uncles dish and he barely ate but I'm so happy they still had great portions.
