It wasn't bad for our first time here. Was looking for something in the area as we had something else going on later and didn't want to venture too far from it. Sunday and it was a good packed amount inside. There wasn't a wait as some tables were open. Everything is ordered from the sheet so no dim sum carts going around. Price wise per items were good, about 6.00/7.00 depending on a A or B dish. There's loads of other Ala cart items as well. Good didn't take long to arrive as things come out either at different time or a few at a time depending on availability. Quality was nice for what we had. There are a few beer options on had as well. The salt and pepper calamari was way to salty but everything else was nice. First time and it was nice. Food didn't take long to arrive and they were hot upon arrival which was a plus.

Savory Daikon cake. Delicious. I pan fried it a bit at home.

Why the 2.5 stars average Yelp rating? Ouch! Well, I had a chance to check out Full House BBQ To Go when I was in the area. Since, I did not feel like driving to my usual spots for Cantonese BBQ, I gave this place a try despite the low Yelp ratings and was pleasantly surprised: their food was good! Clean BBQ area was well. Full House BBQ (food stall) is an extension of (Full House Seafood) their restaurant next door, but located within the food court next to 99 Ranch Market in the President Plaza in Arcadia. Service wise I thought the man behind the counter was meticulous and friendly. I left a nice gratuity and after I paid, he hook me up with extra food- he sincerely did not have to do that! Thank you kindly, see you next time! -CASH ONLY -Parking available in private lot shared with 99 Ranch Market and other businesses.

It's sad to expect minimal service at a Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant but that's what we received. The food is tasty and meets all of the required flavors however temperature wise - the items did not come out steaming hot which is what you expect for a mark the item and bring it to you restaurant on a weekday. Food should be steaming hot! Especially on a quiet Friday! We had: Pai Guet (steamed black bean pork Riblets - good), Sui Mai (shrimp & pork steamed dumpling - good), Har Guow (shrimp dumpling - good but skins stuck to wax paper), Ngoh Cheong (beef rice roll - ok), Hom Sei Gouk (deep fried meat dumpling - good), Dan Tot (egg tart - ok but small), Naw Mei Gai (lotus leaf wrapped rice and meat - not much meat, no visible shitake mushroom or large chicken pieces, small bits), XO Fun (who adds bean sprouts to an XO Fun?, not charred enough), Bau Lau Ngai Wong Bau (pineapple flake crusted custard bun - ok), Fried Shrimp Ball on Sugar Cane Stick (good), and Fried Chive Dumpling (very good). Also $1.99 a person for tea for lousy service. Waiter drops the Mustard/ Hot Sauce on the table in a small plastic container, not gently put but almost like a toss, another group walks in and wants a table in back for five, waiter says no, sit here, back there is a table for eight, and place is not busy for a Friday. He just says sit here. No smiles, hello,....just grumpy people. Food needs to be hotter!

I came here to try some dimsum that i apparently haven't heard of, and my cousins wanted to show them to me. Especially the Chinese sausage rolls. This place is in a small strip mall with mostly Asian shops. Almost the opposite end of the mall from ranch 99/ 99 ranch. It looks litk quintessential chinese dimsum restaurant. Though like in Hong kong they have started touse the fill out forms instead of the carts that I remember growing up. The food is pretty good. Like each place they have their specialties. I really like their offal dish however the turnips were not cooked with the offal so so the flavor was not soaked i, I also liked the Chinese sausage rolls, it has the richness of the Chinese sausage coupled with the subtle sweetness of the steamed bread that wraps it. Over all everything was very good. I like somethings better at the places and I like somethings here better. The servers were the stereotypical Chinese servers at Chinese dimsum restaurant. So don't expect white table cloth service.

My boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was glad there was no wait! We were seated promptly and the servers were quick to get us our waters and menus. You get a paper where you mark what you would like to order and the food comes out pretty fast. Overall, the food was not bad but nothing stood out to me.

The dim sum is good here and the service was excellent today for us. We got here around 11 and left at 2:30 and they didn't say anything but give us hot water for our tea. I came with a friend from Tennessee and she miss dim sum.

A huge selection from the menu!

Great food & nice sized portions ... excellent service given we had a large party. Food selections were amazing.

I was craving soy sauce chicken so decided to go to their food court side of the restaurant. I ordered the Combo Roasted Duck and Soy Sauce Chicken Rice. The roast duck was decent but their soy sauce chicken was not it! Lack flavor and a little rubbery. The price isn't bad (about $18 with tax) but probably won't be back to just get this.

Amazing dimsum. There's almost no wait to get seated. Parking lot is very busy because of all the awesome shops here. The space is beautiful and perfect for a wedding or other formal events.

Full House Seafood Restaurant continues to be a hidden treasure in the neighborhood. We recently had the Bae Fung Tong lobster, and it was absolutely incredible--perfectly cooked with a light, crunchy coating that was downright addictive. Every dish we ordered was well prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. The service has its quirks--don't expect typical American-style service--but it's friendly and efficient in its own way. If you're familiar with traditional Chinese restaurants, you'll feel right at home. My family has been coming here for decades, and even though ownership changed a few years back, the food quality has stayed consistently excellent. It's the kind of place that deserves more love and a full dining room every night. Beyond casual meals, this is also a fantastic spot for events and banquets. My family has hosted many celebrations here over the years--birthdays, anniversaries, even milestone gatherings--and each one was a great success. The food always impresses, and the staff knows how to handle large groups smoothly. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Chinese seafood in a welcoming, no-frills setting--whether for dinner or a big family celebration--this is your spot.

Not all chinese restaurants have the same juiciness & taste of Full House dimsum. Their siomai and chix feet are soft & moist. They would serve it hot & fresh to your table matched with its special hot tea. Their menu would definitely comfort you for the long wait!

I believe it's under new ownership and the dim sum was pretty delicious! The roast duck is a must try!

Service was prompt and fast. We were greeted and seated quickly. We wrote down our order, gave the server our sheet and all the food came at the same time except the congee. It all came very fast. The lady that brought all the food was really friendly and sweet. We ordered: Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Crispy Taro Dumpling, Baked BBQ Pork Buns, Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Shrimp Rice Paper Roll and Chicken Congee * My husband enjoyed the steamed bbq pork buns. * The fried taro dumplings were yummy. * The baked bbq pork buns were not what I was expecting - they were instead bbq pork pastry but still ended up being very yummy. * Steamed shrimp dumplings were actually tasty as well. They're my fave go-to order at dim sum. For some reason I thought they wouldn't be good here but I was wrong. * The steamed shrimp rice rolls were unfortunately served cold to us. So that was disappointing and unenjoyable. * Chicken congee (rice porridge) was yummy. Nicely seasoned and tasty. Was a good place to come as it was very very fast and ended up being pretty tasty. Random but I did however feel sorry for the fish in the tank by the entrance. They really looked like they were struggling - like there wasn't enough oxygen in the tank and/or levels off or something. Some real aquatic plants in there could be nice too.

Compared to many traditional dim sum restaurants, this one offers a more intimate dining experience. Instead of servers pushing carts around the dining room, you simply mark your selections on a paper order sheet. Occasionally, someone will still come by with freshly steamed buns or specialty items to see if you'd like any. The restaurant was clean, the service was efficient, and our food arrived quickly. If you're planning to visit on a Saturday, I'd recommend arriving before noon to beat the lunch rush. Also I noticed they had a couple of private rooms on the way to the restroom. One thing that really stood out was the impressive variety of buns and dumplings. There were so many different options that I found myself taking more photos than mental notes! While I'm not enough of a dim sum expert to remember all the names, I've enjoyed dim sum throughout my life, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I was especially excited because it's listed in the Michelin Guide, so I came in with pretty high expectations. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The restaurant wasn't completely packed when we arrived, but the service was much slower than expected. There were several empty tables, yet we still waited about five minutes for one to be cleaned before being seated. They also charge $2.20 per person for tea service, which isn't unusual for dim sum restaurants, but it's something to keep in mind. We ordered quite a few dishes to get a good feel for the menu. The Savory Deep Fried Chinese Donut filled with shrimp paste ($18.80) was good, but I didn't think it justified the price. The ox omasum in XO sauce ($7.38) was solid, but nothing particularly memorable. The shrimp rice noodle roll ($8.98) was my favorite dish of the meal. The rice noodle had a great bouncy texture, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and everything paired well with the sweet soy sauce. The French baked BBQ pork buns ($6.38) were tasty, but I have to agree with previous reviewers that I still prefer the version from Tim Ho Wan. The steamed chicken feet ($7.38) ended up being our second favorite. The chicken feet were noticeably larger than what you usually get at dim sum restaurants, with plenty of tender skin, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf ($7.38) was probably our third favorite. It had a great balance of sticky rice and meat filling, so every bite felt satisfying. The shrimp and pork dumplings ($7.38) and the shrimp shumai with black truffle ($7.38) were both just okay. They weren't bad, but they also didn't stand out compared to other dim sum spots in the area. We also ordered the stir-fried beef chow fun ($18.80). The flavor was excellent and had plenty of wok hei, but the portion was disappointing. There were far more bean sprouts than noodles, which made the dish feel a little skimpy for the price. Service was honestly the weakest part of the experience. It was obvious the restaurant was understaffed. The servers were constantly running from table to table and doing their best, but there simply weren't enough of them to keep up with the dining room. The restaurant itself has a modern interior, and they had the World Cup match between Spain and Belgium playing on the TVs during our visit. Like most traditional dim sum restaurants, it was pretty loud, and we definitely had to raise our voices just to have a conversation. Parking can be challenging during the lunch rush and on weekends, but there is a fairly large free parking lot shared with the surrounding businesses. Overall, I'm glad we finally gave Chef Tony a try, but I left a bit disappointed. Being recognized by the Michelin Guide set my expectations pretty high, yet I don't think the overall experience justified the recognition. There are plenty of non-Michelin dim sum restaurants throughout the SGV that match or even surpass Chef Tony in both food quality and value. While there were a few standout dishes, especially the shrimp rice noodle rolls, chicken feet, and sticky rice, the slow service and inconsistent execution made this a one-and-done visit for my family and me.

For how much we ordered, the food didn't take too long to come out and genuinely, was so good. We got a lot here, from the garlic shrimp to the popcorn chicken, and so much more. The popcorn chicken was, without a doubt, my favorite item. We originally came here because a friend said they had the best popcorn chicken, and I'd honestly agree. It was crispy but also still a bit juicy and I feel like most places go heavily into the crisp aspect and it ends up just seeming overcooked. But it was a 10/10 here. The proportions are huge, so it's easy to over order. The crab rangoons were good on the portions and crispness and not overly filled with cream cheese which is nice. The noodles were good, pretty average, same with the Mac salad. The garlic shrimp was a bit overly garlic-y, but it was still good. If you're looking for a new Hawaiian spot, definitely check out TK Cafe. The proportions are huge and the taste is amazing. If I'm ever in Monrovia again, I'd definitely be stopping by!

It was a bit of a pleasant surprise and immediately sets a comfortable tone. The service was quite impressive... extremely attentive, friendly, and quick. 8/10 for the food. 10/10 for the price point 10/10 for the service. The food was definitely solid for the price point. There were a few misses, but the dishes that landed were executed really well. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area! Siu Mai 10/10 - Juicy, plump and perfectly executed. Definitely my favorite dish. Bean Curd Skin Roll in Abalone Sauce 9/10 - Flavorful with an excellent texture. The whole dish was well executed. Beef Chow Fun 8/10 - Solid and flavorful. The beef was tender, and the noodles had a great texture. Yangzhou Fried Rice 8/10 - The rice was moist and the seasoning was spot on. Shrimp Egg 8/10 - Soft and well seasoned. Generously portioned with very plump shrimp. Pork Chop Spicy Salt 8/10 - Crispy and slightly salted. It has a really great texture to it. Salted Fish and Chicken with Eggplant 8/10 - Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Generous portions of chicken, salty fish and eggplant. Chicken Feet 7/10 - It was solid. Not the best, but definitely not bad. House Special Crispy Shrimp Rolls 5/10 - The flavor of the shrimp was okay, but the rolls were really greasy. There were three very small rolls, definitely not my cup of tea. Chili Wonton 3/10 - By far my least favorite dish. The wonton skin tasted very flour-y, and hardly had any filling. The filling was also very bland and the chili oil was very underwhelming. By the way, the tea is free (I know, free tea at a dim sum spot).

For dishes like the beef chow fun and steamed fish for about $14.88, making it super affordable for a large group meal. The food came out fresh and hot, and the menu had a lot of variety to choose from. The restaurant gets busy, on weekends but service moved pretty efficiently overall. A perk for this place is that they do have a parking garage, which made parking way less stressful compared to other busy dim sum spots in the area.

We were literally just…read morehere a couple of weeks ago, living our best noodle life, and now it's gone like a ghosted situationship!! I'm now brokenhearted!!! :( We came back ready to reunite with that soy sauce chow mein.... simple, no nonsense, just noodles, bean sprouts, and onions doing exactly what they're supposed to do: minding their business and tasting amazing!! No extra veggies crashing the party and watering things down. As it should be!! And the siu mai? Solid, dependable, and absolutely did not disappoint!!! The kind of duo you start planning your next meal around... until the restaurant disappears on you. Now I'm just here, craving noodles and questioning how a place that serves delicious food would close down!!!!

The food is consistently good, honestly better than a lot of nearby places that charge quite a bit more. What won me over right away, though, was the breakfast combo. Two dim sum items and a hot drink for just $14 is a genuinely good deal. A cold drink is only $1 more (typical HK practice), and you can also take your drink to go for another $1, which is a nice little convenience. I'm pretty particular about milk tea, so I don't say this lightly: their half coffee, half milk tea really hits the spot every time. It's balanced, and satisfying. Beyond the combo, they also serve all the comfort staples, porridge, fried chow mein, Chinese donuts, and my personal favorite, rice noodles with a variety of fillings. It delivers the same comforting flavors you want from a casual dim sum-style breakfast, but without the inflated prices, long waits, and hectic atmosphere that have become so common at more traditional dim sum spots. This place is a solid, dependable replacement for the usual dim sum experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service is consistently warm and welcoming. The driveway can be a little tricky. It sits right next to the Taco Bell drive-through exit, separated only by a fire hydrant, so it's easy to miss or get confused when pulling in. But it's a small tradeoff for a spot that delivers this much value and consistency.
