Helmed by John and Shayn, can't say enough about the great ownership and selection of beers. Great care is taken in choosing their flavor profiles and creating a great place to hang out. At any point you may find live music or food awaiting you.

Having been raised by a parent who loved Ennio Morricone's iconic score for Sergio Leone's "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly," it was a pleasant surprise to find Ennio Pils in a store one day. What a cool tribute to the Dollars Trilogy and spaghetti westerns! I hope this is still being sold in stores.

This has to be my favorite brewery in Houston. Great beer. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive employees make for an easy time understanding the unique beers brewed here. I am never let down by a visit to this place. The extra piece that makes it even more enjoyable is the Belgian Featherball. Make this a destination when creating a hangout day.

Great place. Great beer. Great people. Between 18th and 17th on Bevis. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating options, inside and out. A possible 24 taps and they have wine for the non-beer folks. Asked to wear a mask while "moving about," so if you can avoid the urge to move about after you get your drinks; you'll be good. They have beer to-go, t-shirts, and glassware for sell so buy some. This one's a keeper!

The beer is great, place is super dog friendly but the service is poor. Look at the beer I got- did I pay for a sample?! Unless u charging for the foam too

This is heaven! What a wonderful addition to our neighborhood! The beer here is top notch. Period. The customer service is excellent. This is a family-owned business and they take a lot of pride in what they do. They did a fantastic job renovating the interior of this warehouse. It has everything! TVs, couches, benches, chairs, games, etc. Lots of toilets in the gender neutral restroom (which is very important for the ladies...no waiting in lines!!). Two outside areas to sit. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Food trucks!! We absolutely love it here! John and Shane are wonderful and always make us feel welcome! If you've not been here, come on over! Not a beer drinker (don't quite understand, but that's ok!)...they have wine options too!

I was headed to a different local heights brewery but I passed this gem up on the way and knew I had to stop! Such a small brewery with plenty on tap! Very spacious and lots of seating. The brew master was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also snagged a couple crowlers before I left. I loved how intimate it was and not filled with people! Definitely social distancing at its best! Can't wait to come back!

After visiting this brewery, I'd say it's one of my favorites. They have a large variety of beers on tap which you can sample. I love the large open indoors that connects to the patio. The interior is rustic and cozy. The patio is large and spacious. Lots of parking available. The staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean. There isn't a large sign saying the name of the place so it was kind of sketchy arriving at first. The outside of the place doesn't look inviting like the interior does but once you go inside, its very inviting indeed. Great for large parties.

Why place a light in front of the TV?

The brewery is located in the East End/Second Ward and it's owned by the same folks as Brash Brewing. The building was built in the early 1900s. The taproom is moderate in size and there were quite a few tables. I had a pint of the Oktoberfest which I really enjoyed! I also ordered a flight with the following: 3 Seashells, Brash EZ 7, Spin Jammer, and the Exotica Scorpion. I didn't care for the Exotica (it was too sour for my preference), but I did like the other three that I tried. We didn't see any food during our visit, but they do have rotating vendors that sell food on site. You can also bring in food or have food delivered to the brewery. They don't have any TVs, so this wouldn't be a place to watch a game. They do allow free parking at the brewery if you want to take the train to the stadium which is pretty cool. They have weekday specials and they host events like Music Bingo and Yoga on the 4th Sunday of the month. Check their website and social media for events and specials.

The space itself is very nice inside, the kind of brewery my girlfriend would like. It's bright, large windows, clean and lots of plants. They don't do flights on game days even if no one is in line and there are like 10 people in the brewery. The 1st time I came, this rule made sense but the second time they had damn near as many workers as customers. So, I have only tried 3 beers. A stout that I didn't care for and 2 IPA's that were pretty good. There is no food onsite and the 2 times that I was there, I didn't see a food truck either. They also offer free parking for the Astros games if you have a 15,00 tab so that alone is worth the visit.

Fun fact: the brewery is named after the Frost Town settlement which is considered one of the first neighborhoods in the city of Houston. Frost Town is a few blocks from Daikin (still haven't adjusted to the name change) and is a popular spot for folks to go before/after Astros' games. The brewery is quite large and is great for groups. It's two stories, though I've never sat upstairs. There's a nice sized patio as well. According to their website, they're family friendly and dog friendly too. I've enjoyed all of the beers that I've tried including the Kolsch and Pub Ale. I haven't ordered a flight, but I like that you can order up to 6 pours (I've never seen a beer flight with more than 4-5 pours). In addition to beer, they offer wine, cider, and NA beverages. They offer weekly specials like $5 fruit beers on Fridays. They also have events like game nights, yoga (Sundays), and trivia night (Wednesdays). If you're planning to hang awhile, they have a shelf full of board games near the bathrooms for patrons to play. They sometimes have a food truck on site, although the times that I have visited, they didn't have one. They do allow patrons to bring in outside food (if you need a Tex Mex fix, Irma's is nearby). I have not had any issues with parking, though the times that I visited haven't been super busy. They have a parking lot as well as street parking (free after 6 pm and all day on Sundays). Frost Town is super chill and laid back. Just the way I like it!

There's tons of space, different sections, lots of seating, and various games to entertain. I came for a carnivorous plant show and really enjoyed my time there. I enjoyed how there was space for the plant show/booths as well as a singo event on the other side. There is still a bar with select beers, cocktails, and drinks.
