John kept me informed during the entire ordeal as he requested an update many times and continued to be told 'we are working on it'. Soup, noodles and rice. It wasn't a complicated order. But to keep the driver, and my family waiting is very unprofessional and discourteous of the restaurant. If you are slammed and experiencing an hour delay on food, you should tell your customers the truth. They will respect you more and understand (and appreciate) the situation. Unfortunately, I now feel as though I need to find a new 'go to' Chinese take away for future orders. By the time the driver delivers the food it will have been two hours since placing the order on Uber Eats. Can't risk this happening again.

I love this Restaraunt! I've known the owner Mr. Wayne for a decade now. Mr. Wayne addresses me and my wife every time with a smile and by our first names. The food is always fresh and priced below the standard; without compromising quality. I love their Wong tong soup. The Best in the valley! I can eat the soup everyday. We go here almost 2-3 times a week with my family. Always party of 6! Not only do they set up our table for us with kids chopsticks for my little ones but it's consistent and they're so kind. The food is delicious. I am super picky when it comes to meat and especially Chinese food but their food is so freaking good. They gave the normal sweet and sour sauce but my disappointment about the cream cheese was quelled when I tried the Dijon like horseradish sauce that also came with. The sweet and savory 10/10. I'll definitely ask for that any time I have wontons. I can't speak to the ambiance since I ordered delivery but the food came quick and satisfied my cravings. I may pop inside to try out the general tsao some time. If ur in Burbank or an abutting neighborhood I'd definitely recommend it. Happy munching!
