This place has been here for a long time over a decade used to be one of my favorites and I hadn't been there in a while. I decided to check it out again, so let me give you all the pros and cons. Cons : parking and the parking lot is horrendous. Do not do it. There's one way in and one way out. It's a very narrow. It's very crowded. The way the cars parked are weird. Try and find parking on the street even though how all is set up right there you will not be able to find much. 2. They have no lunch menu meaning no discount prices no combos nothing like that when I asked about it I was told the only difference would be you would get noodles or rice if there was no price difference. 3. Not a fabulous place for nice dining. If you just want something casual, you don't care how it looks OK there's plenty of seeing but the restaurant looks like a storage room from the front door all the way to the back door. This is how it looks. 4. The three rice options were white rice, fried rice and brown rice. I opted for a fried rice and then when I saw it it looks like brown rice. Also looks like white rice did not look like what traditionally you think. Fried rice would be when I inquired about it. He said oh it's just white rice with egg you will see from my pictures. I didn't see any egg and even though the rice was tender, was like in a jelly mold instead of loose fluffy rice. Pros: 1. Food was delicious and I had Mongolian beef which comes with a brown sauce, beef, green onions, and white onion and there like small noodle type something at the bottom I'm not sure what that was. read more

Walked in just after noon, Prompt courteous service, A generous plastic tumbler of Sprite, My vegetable soup was lackluster, but fresh and hot. My Kung Pao chicken was freshly prepared and had the correct ratio of vegetables to chicken, and it had the proper number of large peanuts and a very piquant savory/ sweet sauce that was nicely balanced and complex. If you're looking for good authentic Chinese food and don't want to drive all the way to Chinatown, then you should check this place out. Finding this place was a happy accident and I'm so glad we did! Super cozy place with a casual vibe which was perfect. We ordered a small cup of hot and sour soup and it was really good and perfect for a cool night. Then we shared an entree (happy family) with steamed rice and it was so flavorful and filling. Me and my family have been going to this restaurant for so many years and we hardly ever ran into any issues until now. It's unfortunate how much things have changed because this used to be one of our top restaurants. One of the issues we have recently encountered is that they don't want to give you hot sauce when ordering take out. The food does not taste the same without the hot sauce. I don't understand why this has become an issue when this was never an issue before. I refuse to pay so much money for the food to not even get something as simple as hot sauce, especially when me and my family have been loyal customers for so many years. read more

I do however come here with a little constructive criticism... whatever products they use to clean their bathrooms are very fragrant and can be smelled in like 90% of the restaurant, which tbh is kinda gross. Nothing says more than the following. We opened up with the Goldrush. It has a variety of appetizers on it. I had a veggie egg roll which was all cabbage. A fried shrimp, that's it. My friend had a few of the items took the rest home. It comes with three sauces on the side. One was your typical sweet and sour. Another was "Guess, because we couldn't figure it out," and the third was like a soy sauce with wasabi. That was the best. It was so good I used it for the pan noodles dish. Portion size is massive. Only Jabba the Hut could finish this off. I should note that the appetizers thing comes with soup - hot and sour or veggie soup. My friend went hot and sour. I declined either option. Pan Fried Noodles - Dud. I mean lots of good veggies - broccoli, snow pea pods, onions and maybe something else. White chicken meat shrimp and normally beef, but I switched it to fried Tofu. The sauce was flavorless. I mean there is a sauce but unless my taste buds were on vacation, no flavor. Hence the Wasabi sauce. I recommend it. Tim went with the orange chicken. That is a huge win. The restaurant i used to get my orange chicken went out of business and I have been searching for a new spot. I walked in here at 830 pm and not one customer so I was a bit scared. Checked yelp reviews they were good so I ordered Orange chicken and The price was 22 bucks and worth it This is a large portion,enough for two. They do also offer a smaller size portion for less. They offer many typical Americanized Chinese dishes, and we went with the small portions of the orange chicken, mongolian beef, and shrimp with lobster sauce. I rarely write a bad review but I'm posting this so that maybe the owners can step up their food game. This place was one of my Burbank favorites and I hope they can fix it. Very flavorful. It was delivered quickly. They give you the fried wantons with hot mustard sauce. It wasn't cheap, but the portions were fairly large. I think they're getting better, have a good Friday night cook. Got mushu pork and the assorted appetizer variety platter. read more
