Asiago Cheddar Bagel w/cream cheese. There's plenty of cream cheese on one bagel to share.

Bagels: 4.5 Coffee: 3.1 Customer service: 4.2 Visiting family so we usually stay at the RB Courtyard down the street, but wife needed to eat before she goes shopping with her BF. So instead of going to McD's, I decided on bagels. I'm so glad that I did, even on a Saturday morning there was a steady flow of customers so there was a line to order. We order: an Everything and an Asiago cheddar bagel both with cream cheese and a house coffee and a Carmel macchiato. The bagels are cooked right front of you: fresh, OMG soft, and tasty!!! We ate the majority of our food before taking a pic. Their house coffee is from Seattle Best but the selection of flavors were just okay. And my wife said her Carmel macchiato was okay, but she rarely gives a review on her food / drink. There are other food items on the menu board so we'll need to return to try those next time in town. Just be aware that if you order a bagel, $2.75 then add cream cheese the price jumps to $5.25.

I want to like this place, but I also like bagels, and they always seem to be out of everything every time I come here! I walked in and saw there was 1 blueberry bagel. Great! Nobody else was in the shop, so I figured I was in luck. There was 1 guy working behind the counter. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a second". He was just straight up grinding, handling online orders or something. Then he grabs that last blueberry bagel and throws it into a bag. Okay... I guess I'll go for a different flavor, how about Everything bagel. Nope, apparently online orders also snagged the last of those, too. I had to wait around 10 minutes before the guy asked me what I wanted. By that point, my backup choices were gone and I had to go to one of those 3rd rate bagels that nobody eats (who even orders a Munster Cheese bagel?) At least there was seating. In fact, I was the only person dining in. Any other people coming were just doing pick up orders. It was just a bit disheartening that the customers actively in the restaurant had to wait, but online orders were done immediately, especially when I saw that the first online order pickup person came about 20 minutes later. It feels like they could have just taken an inventory for their online orders, and then handled the people who were there first, so we wouldn't have to wait so long. The bagels themselves are good, if you can get the flavor you want. The place is named "New York" bagel, which it isn't exactly a New York bagel, but the flavor is fine. I wish they either had more people helping out, or had a higher inventory of their popular flavors. As it is, I don't know if this place is worth going to unless you go earlier in the morning. Maybe next time I'll just order online so I don't have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone.

We ordered a surprise bag from Too Good Too Go for pick up before 2:30pm. We got two bags stuffed with bagels (14 in total I believe for $7). There were a few cranberry (which are always my favorite), a few wheat and mainly plain bagels. They we light and fluffy on the inside and a bit chewy on the outside and were all tasty. The bagels were great on their own toasted with butter but they also made great sandwiches. We have been here a few time before and the bagels and food never disappoint. The staff is always great and the store is easy to get to with plenty of parking. There is also a decent amount of seating inside or you can take your bagel and schmear to go and sit at the near by Webb Lake. Great place, food, and people.

picked up some cream cheeses made in house too: smoked salmon and chive

The staff were so sweet and it was my first time coming here and trying it out! Just so happened I pass this place all the time from my dad's work. I got an albacore tuna on an everything bagel and a pesto chicken on a jalapeno cheddar for my friend. once I took a bite in my car I couldn't stop eating. Evrything tasted so fresh and every bite was good. A well put together bagel and definitely coming back!

Wow... stopped off at New Bagel and Cafe with my 3 Daughters and Mom from Tucson,AZ... I had the Mew Bagel with Bacon,Egg, cheese EVERYTHING bagel.. .. Not only with it Amazing the bagel had seasoning on both sides.. My mom had the Oatmeal.. she said it was Amazing... my Daughters had the plains bagel with cream cheese.. They also said it was Amazing c. The owner was really nice and was really informative on how they make their bagels and cream cheese in house. I would totally recommend this place to start your morning off..

    Bagel selection, perfectly cooked!

Hidden gem in a small shopping mall with bagels that truly taste like what I remember in New York! They are fabulous, with soft inside and a soft crunch on the outside and light cornmeal on the bottom. Ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel, lightly toasted with their house chive cream cheese. So delicious! And a garden veggie sandwich. As I was waiting this morning I could see them baking the bagels, which was really cool! Nice little chairs inside you can sit and enjoy your food. Service was very fast and helpful! Highly recommend stop if you are in the area!

SUCH GOOD BAGELS AND SCHMEAR! I had the salt bagels with lox schmear, and suddenly I was home. The bagels are fantastic, I highly recommend the salt bagel. There were still lots of people having brunch and enjoying their bagels. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese bagel on a jalapeno cheese bagel. There was plenty of egg, melty American cheese and a couple of pieces of bacon. It wasn't salty and the actual jalapeno on the bagel was a bit spicy. The bread itself was crunchy and soft, if that makes any sense. This was delicious and even better when you add some hot sauce to it. The hubs got the pizza bagel on a plain bagel and this wasn't so exciting. It had pepperoni and a good amount of it but we weren't too impressed with it. The Jersey Girl was good too. We appreciated the Taylor ham and finally glad we were able to try this. It's almost like spam but not as salty. This was on a plain bagel as well. I would get this again, as well as the bacon, egg and cheese bagel. We also ordered the lox and dill cream cheese to take home and ordered a jalapeno cheese, Asiago, plain, salt and two cinnamon raisin. All bagels need to be toasted. The cinnamon raisin was a nice treat, not too sweet but wishing it did have sugar on it. The lox and dill cream cheese was so so so so so good with all the other bagels we got. You can definitely taste and see all the lox and dill in the cream cheese. I would order all these again. It was just so so good. The place is also cute and the staff are super friendly. Some of the sandwiches are a bit steep but for good bagels, I'll pay for it. Overall, I would definitely return on another random weekday.

I ordered the Serrano Jalapeño Jack Cheese Bagel with chive shallot cream cheese, along with the Iced Cinna Bee. The bagel was absolutely overloaded with cream cheese. Because it was served hot, the cream cheese melted and was literally dripping everywhere, making it a complete mess to eat. Then I bit into it and found a thick slice of cold, raw tomato inside. Who puts a cold raw tomato on a hot bagel loaded with warm cream cheese? The combination was disgusting and completely threw off the flavor. The Iced Cinna Bee, which I was told is one of their most popular drinks, was just as disappointing. It was bland, barely sweetened, and the cinnamon completely overpowered the coffee. It was honestly gross, and I couldn't finish it. To make matters worse, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Parking was also a hassle since I had to park on the street. The only reasons I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 are because the staff was friendly and the café has potential. Unfortunately, the food, coffee, and long wait made this a disappointing experience. I don't see myself coming back.
