It is a true godsend to do anything these days without it turning into a major stress event involving ill-programmed websites/computers/passwords, absence of human communication/interaction, customer set-ups designed solely for the business-owner advantage, automated telephonic nonsense, computer-cryptic hidden fees, etc. Here's the story: My car croaked and I needed to rent a car. In fear of what I have described above, I boldly decided to risk it and simply just walk down to Enterprise at opening time to see about renting a car. I was stressed already and anticipating "the usual" like being told "you have to book this on-line" and/or "you need a user ID to access a new account" and similar such nonsense. Instead, I was welcomed by a very pleasant lady (Abigail) who was well spoken. She clearly stated the rental information and answered any questions I had. She booked a car to fit my needs and the price was clear and all info was up front. Before I knew it, I was led over to my car, and I was driving off on my merry way all within 10 minutes or less of my arrival. I literally left with a smile and low-than-ever cortisol levels. At the end of the week, I called Enterprise and spoke to Richard on the phone, and I informed him that I needed a week-long rental extension and he set it up via phone in seconds. He was very helpful and pleasant and a good communicator. It later turned out that my own car was now repaired, and I didn't need the rental extension after all. I called Enterprise and Richard answered. I informed him of my situation and said to "just return the car when you like and everything will be all set." The return process was a snap. Everything was lickety-split and totally "user friendly" and all info was clearly and concisely presented. Best of all, everything was accomplished without my ever having to touch a computer -not even once. No run-around, no confusion, no hidden fees, real people, etc. Old school and I'm lovin' it! Although they are certified to repair electric vehicles, they weren't able to (which is understandable) so they had it towed to a dealership for my make of car (also understandable). However, instead of towing it to one a few miles away in a neighboring town where we bought it, they towed it to LEOMINSTER, where it remains, three months later, at a shop that is barely working on it and hasn't figured out what's wrong with it. When I asked the guys why they had it towed to Leominster, they said that they had a relationship with them, which I'm sure is true, but is a terrible reason to send a car 50+ miles away to a shop that is unprofessional and won't complete the repairs in a timely manner. Initially, Medford Auto Group also tried to give me back the car when there was a warning message on the startup screen, telling me that it "should go away while driving" and to bring it back if it didn't. Well, it didn't go away, and instead I got stranded when the car wouldn't even open with the manual key and it had to be towed again. That they were willing to say "hey good enough, don't worry about this warning light" and send me on my way with the car was pretty unprofessional. Because the car needed more work at that point, we had it taken directly to the dealership, but our dealer won't touch it because it was already taken to a different dealership, so back to Leominster it went. I have no doubt that if you have an uncomplicated repair this place can take care of it fine. But if it requires any kind of work outside their wheelhouse, expect them to prioritize their relationships over the customer experience.

I was deceived by the positive reviews and the fact the body shop looked fairly new . My 2016 Toyota Highlander was hit on the driver's side and needed repair on the front fender, side mirror ,driver's door ,passenger door , rear quarter panel , rear bumper , rear wheel . When i dropped my vehicle , i was told it would take about two to three weeks to have repaired . Vehicle was left on a Monday with the insurance check . I went back to get something in the car on Thursday and 60% of the work was already done . The other 40% took another 2 months !!! When the time came to pick my car , My weathertech winter mats were gone ! Rear bumper had over 1 inch gap from the quarter panel , the bottom of passenger door had a gap of over 2 inches from the body of the vehicle .It was supposed to be completely closed( This is unbelievable ! ) , Driver seatbelt was jammed , happened when they tried to fix the gap on the passenger door , the car had a nasty cigarette odor inside (Car was bought new and no one ever smoked inside ) . I told them to fix what was wrong and gave them another week . When i came to pic it up again i notice a scratch on the passenger door that was replaced .They tried to buff it out but couldn't . I also notice they painted over a dent on the front fender and a dent on the driver door that they were supposed to fix and Instead of installing i new side mirror (paid by the insurance ) they just replaced the glass on the old one that got hit and now it's falling apart because the glue they used couldn't hold it together( This i noticed two months after pick up as the glue weakened ) . The gas tank lid wasn't even painted on the inside and they had to do it over . They also left my engine compartment covered in bodyshop dust ! They also left overspray on windshield ( Professional places always go over and remove overspray ) .When i left the vehicle i told them to take a good care of the car that i would leave a great review about it . That's how they took care of it . Positive reviews can left by friends , employees , family members and people who don't know how to inspect their vehicles so be careful in what you chose to believe . I took the car home and after noticing other faults in different light conditions i went back to tell them what kind of review i'd be leaving . One of the managers told me that i caused the dents on the front fender and driver door . Then i showed him that there was no damage to the clear coat and paint and the dents were clearly ignored by the bodyman . He was lost for words at the moment and said i should do whatever i wanted regarding the review . I wish i could leave a 0 Star review . Now You know ! I honestly did not want to leave this kind of review and i told them that multiple times .

So glad I did--it was a smooth experience from start to finish! I arrived right when they opened at 8am on a time crunch to make it to a 9:30am job interview- I was a little nervous about timing since I'd heard stories of other customers needing to head to the airport, but nope the location was right at Government Center! Dianne was a breeze to work with--she explained everything clearly, from paying for a toll pass (I brought my own E-Zpass, phew!) to making sure I filled up the gas tank and brought back the receipt, or else I'd face an extra charge. Bill in the garage was friendly and efficient when I picked up and dropped off the car/keys. When I returned the car, Dianne asked how my job interview went and was genuinely sweet and supportive.
