** 3.5 Stars ** Bumping them the half star up since my online order was ready at the time given and the food was still hot, which isn't always the case. Speaking of online ordering, I highly recommend you do so, not only to avoid crowding the restaurant or needing to stand to wait around, but the parking lot is extremely small! I did check that there were 2 Garlic Noodle containers and one box for my Chicken Wings, and we drove it home. Garlic Noodles with Grilled Pork ($6.50 + $4.95): This definitely smelled better than it tasted - it seemed so fragrant with buttery garlic goodness, but when we ate it, it definitely left us wanting more. Not bad, but I have my go-to spots for more flavorful Garlic Noodles. The Grilled Pork was OK as well, nothing extremely special. NK Chicken Wings (6pc - $7.50): This is what really disappointed me. 6 pieces at $1.25 each is not unheard of, and I'd happily pay for a good wing. However, 3 out of the 6 wings were so small, I'd hardly consider them full pieces. Check out the photos - the wing is almost as big as my thumb. "Thumbs can be big" ? Well I've also attached another photo where the wing fits in the sauce cap. Really upset that I had THREE of these mini nuggets in my box. Overall, just OK flavor for both the Noodles and Wings. Decided to give this place a second chance. Went here about 6 months ago at 1am and had to wait for our food for an obnoxious amount of time. Now on my second time back on a Sunday afternoon, I had quick service and fresh, hot, tasty food. This is my new little secret spot.. Well I guess not so much of a secret. I found this place searching on Yelp while I was hangry. I decided to try the Bulgogi steak sandwich, and it was phenomenal. Totally killed my cravings. I love the sauce they gave me with it, not sure what that was, but it truly made the sandwich! Definitely better with the sauce. There are a good amount of options, and honestly they all look amazing. There is a small dining area where you can eat inside. The employees are polite and helpful. Sometimes there is a small line, but they gave us the food within 10 minutes. Plus, there's an additional fee online. I will note that the plaza is usually pretty busy and parking is a little hard, so if possible, hop off the car first and order. That's what I did - my friend found parking while I ordered and waited for our order. The sandwiches are super delicious and the meat is juicy and flavorful. This definitely satisfies late night cravings and it's a great dinner too. I also got extra green sauce and I definitely crave this at night sometimes. I also tried the fries that my friend ordered and they are solid. But I've gone out of my way to get the sandwich (and not for the fries), so I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to get a delicious banh mi or you want a late night snack! The noodles were very overcooked, to the point where they were mushy. On top of that, they were definitely lacking in taste and the garlic-y goodness we were expecting. The fried egg I ordered on top of my noodles had several egg shells inside as well. Overall, the quality was just bad. Definitely used to be better. It had the perfect blend of savory, creamy, and spicy with just the right amount of heat to work up a light sweat. Garlic Noodles for life! Theirs was so good with a lot of a lot of garlic. Shrimp was a great addition to the noodles. I can't imagine it with another protein, mainly cause my mind goes to Giovanni's shrimp truck back in Oahu and I was just slathering the garlic sauce on these prawns. I would come back to just order the garlic noods and then add my own protein at home or just eat them plain. The beef bulgogi sandwich was tasty but wasn't as good as the noodles. They both came with a spicy green sauce which had a nice upfront heat but was also sweet. We saved our leftover sauce and ate that with fries later. Thai iced tea was good, can't complain. Pork had good flavor, gave lots of meat, and bread was soft. Also tried the garlic chicken breast chicken banh mi. It was the same sortof bland tasting chicken that was in my noodles.
