Every bit of the experience here was 10/10! I am generally nervous to go to the dentist, even delaying having my wisdom teeth removed for years. From my first conversation with Meagan to schedule a consultation to finally getting in the chair I felt very taken care of. I had previously tried two other dentists in LA and felt doubtful of their ability to tackle the work I needed with the attention to detail I desired, so I decided to see what this office was about. The NH Dentistry Instagram page with gorgeous before and after photos was selling me for years but I delayed making the call until I experienced yet another 'meh' consultation at a different dentist. I'm so glad I called NH! They take the time to explain everything to you in such appreciated detail. Every team member is very kind and has a welcoming demeanor. The dentist, Dr. Hadaegh is a rockstar, very kind, communicative, and attentive. The oral surgeon I had, Dr. Costandi, was fantastic as well. Even checking up on me to make sure I was doing well the day after surgery (which was around the Christmas holiday). I appreciate the caliber of education and experience this team has, especially to trust them with work that directly affects your confidence and quality of life. Dr. Hadaegh does the very best veneers in town and I say that from experience, my own and my friends'. The office is a vibe and the staff is so sweet. If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is only in it for the money. Treats patients with no regard and only treats the rich well. As soon as Claire retired at the front desk everything went to crap. Gloria and the other staffer that were taking care of the front desk are terrible and laugh at patients when they can't afford something. I was going through a rough patch during Covid and lost my income when I had a complicated dental issue come up. I went in thinking it would be expensive but I wanted to go to the dentist that I knew as I used to see him before Covid. So I had the appointment and saw him. Got the cost and I was in shock. It was going to cost over $6k and I wasn't in the financial position to work on it even though it was bothering me. I asked if I could get a cash price to the two disingenuous receptionist and office manager and I was met with laughter and snark remarks. I said "could you please ask him if he'd take a cash price because I recently lost my income and my husband just had heart surgery." I was met with "we're all going through a rough time." By someone who was fully employed at a dental office. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not a cheap person. But I was really trying to be budget friendly, considering my circumstances. And the fact that there was utter disregard to my circumstances, and the way I was treated after I made that statement to the people at the front desk, I was completely taken back. After I got the cash price over the phone and may be appointment with Gloria at the front desk, I then get a separate phone call an hour later. I was told that the dentist no longer wants to see me because I am a difficult person, and refuses to take me on any further, unless it's an absolute emergency. And continued to cancel all of my hygienist appointment as well. You could only imagine my disbelief to everything that came from that phone call. I was so incredibly upset. I will never ever recommend this guy. He is a cheat and so is his practice. It was actually a blessing that he didn't work on my teeth, because it forced me to find a better dentist and let me tell you he is a world better than this guy. My Dentist didn't even charge me as much as what this guy was trying to charge me. He didn't lie to me he didn't cheat me and he didn't BS about what work I needed to get done like this so called dentist did. Oh, I almost forgot to mention... after seeing two other dental hygienists, I was told I was getting over worked on my gums causing me more problems than what I should have been dealt with to begin with. This all happened in 2021. And while they broke the relationship off with me they still have the GALL to send me emails and text messages. In fact, it was his text message tonight that prompted me to write this because I nearly forgot because I was trying to block this entire incident from my memory. The text is prompting veneers by the way. Let the truth be read by future prospective patients so you get the karma you deserve on kicking someone while they're down. Go see Dr Naysan. Dr. Naysan is the world's best dentist I've ever seen. As someone who has had multiple traumatic experiences with dentists like this guy... it's safe to say Dr. Naysan is your guy. read more

DR. HADAEGH IS TRULY THE BEST!!! I can't explain how happy I am with my new smile. It look absolutely amazing. Dr.H and along with his staff are literally the dream team. When coming into my very first appointment I was welcomed with open arms. I came to see doctor because I wanted to get veneers, due to my top teeth being quite flared out. I'd seen numerous of doctors in L.A and no one was ever able to sit me down and explain to me why my teeth looked the way they did, nor explain to me how my teeth were going to look after this really made me appreciate Dr. Hadaegh and his hard work even more he really educated me and made me understand the procedure and the outcome we were trying to achieve. The one thing I was very insecure about was my teeth being flared out. I genuinely didn't like my teeth and wouldn't like smiling in some pictures due to me feeling as though my teeth looked so bulky and unevenly shaped. Doctor did advise me that he couldn't completely diminish my flared smile and he reassured me he was going to do the best he could and honestly I think he did better than he thinks FLARE WHERE SIS??? This review for Doctor Hadaegh and his staff is long overdue. I have been going to his office for a couple years now.... I got my wisdom teeth pulled there, cleanings and in the summer of 2019 my veneers. His work has been seamless and articulate. My smile was always something I was self-conscious of and would never show my teeth in photos. It has been a constant struggle even as a child. When I finally decided to choose which doctor I wanted to use for my smile makeover, it was pretty simple. He has an incredible amount of patience, technique, and design. I got my veneers done right before my wedding, and it was the best decision I've ever made in my entire life. Not only am I a happier person, but I feel confident in my new smile! I can't speak to Dr. Hadaegh as I have not yet had a need for his services but from our brief interactions he seems very professional and friendly. However, we have continued - and will continue - to use Lynette in his office as our preferred dental hygienist. She is really - and I know people use the word a lot - "the best."Gentle...yet thorough. Cami at the front desk is another standout. The office is super clean and modern. Let me just start by saying I have been through my share of dentists. None as good as Dr. Hadaegh! I drive an hour each way because his office is the best. He is above all honest and tells you clearly what needs to be done. No extra charges or unnecessary add-ons. Now when it comes to the staff they are also the top notch! This is literally the best dental office I've ever been to. Let's start with Monica . She got me in the door 100%. I was calling around to different dental offices that had high reviews just to ask a few questions, and see where I wanted to be. The first one I called was Dr. Neil's office. Monica answers the phone. I could've sworn I knew her for 10 years+, and she was my best friend. She was so helpful and caring. Like for real, she genuinely cared.. She explained things to me about my insurance that my insurance company never did. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything and that everything would be well laid out before my visit. She even went so far as to offer to get daycare for her child the day I come in so she could walk me through everything. Unbelievable. To call this woman amazing is an understatement. I made no more calls...only an appointment. Then there was Rita. Rita was so sweet, warm and gentle. X-rays are never fun. But she made sure to be as delicate as possible. She asked at every moment if I was comfortable. She was super warm, nurturing and efficient. Next the start of the show, Dr. Neil came into the room. Dr. Neil was super personable and disarming. He made an actual dental office feel comfortable, go figure. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and explained everything very well. And as an extra added bonus, he ain't an eye sore at all! Lol Next I go to the hygienist to get my teeth cleaned . Her name is Lynette. I'm thinking somebody in this place has to have a bad attitude, there's no way everyone is a gem! But no cigar...Lynette too...She was so helpful and nice. She is also one heck of an explainer. She makes sure you understand each and every detail of what's going on with your teeth. She leaves no rock unturned. After speaking to her, I truly understand some things that I can do on my own, at home to achieve greater dental health. She was really great. You can truly tell she knows her stuff. Last but not least, I checked out with Gloria. She does billing...What a sweetie!? She was so very helpful. She scheduled my next appointment with a great big smile and plenty of interesting conversation. We got into a fun little five minute chat. We laughed it up and I bid her farewell. I had the best experience at nh dentistry! I got my top 8 done and my life feels complete now. These are my dream teeth (with almost zero pain) !! I traveled from nor cal because of how amazing this doctors work looked. Not only is the doctor great, but the the staff is just as amazing. Dr Stelmach finally contacted me after 2 years and it was a good thing that he did, because now finally some questions, issues and fears can be put to rest. The doctor let me know that most of the proposed treatments were just recommendations to do over time to ensure that they are replaced in the future to prevent any kind of expansion over time. He let me know that he had no idea his staff was representing him so poorly and forcefully presenting treatments. He's let me know that there had been necessary changes made to change office systems and staffing. Looking back, he was never the one to meanly suggest that I do any treatments to my teeth and that it was various staff members who were scaring me with what may happen to my teeth if I didn't do the procedures right away. Anyway, I don't believe in changing reviews so I'm leaving my last one for reference, plus it was the truth at the time. I'm putting the star rating at a default 2-3 stars so that other patients can make up their own decision and so that my review doesn't deter others from visiting. While I hesitated at posting a new review, know that I take suggestions and messages from business owners at face value. Since the doctor was nothing but kind and courteous with his explanation, I have no reason to really doubt his honesty. So disappointed with this clinic! Worst service ever. They scheduled an appointment for me for 3pm for cleaning , appointment which should take 1 hour. While they close at 4pm! I arrived at 2:55pm, I had to fill out some paperwork which took around 20 min because there iPad is working so slow ! Eventually I had a "cleaning" for 25 min only !!! And I was still charged $150! I don't even feel that my teeth were cleaned . I feel the same like before. Moreover, the place doesn't look clean as a dentistry should look like. I was a patient of Dr. Stelmach's who recently retired and is replaced by Dr. Hadaegh! I am super picky about dentists, I come from a family of them and Dr. Hadaegh exceeded my expectations. I had to have several procedures done and during each one, he was detailed, made me feel super comfortable, took his time, made the experience super pleasant, all the while being funny, entertaining and kind. He answered all of my questions patiently and my teeth are already feeling much better. At one point, my little 3 lb. service dog was inside of a small carrier and fell down off of a high area while I was in the hygienist's chair and Dr. Hadaegh with his superhero-fast reflexes, jumped forward into the room, saving my service dog just in time, who could have snapped his neck...I am telling you- he is the best...don't go anywhere else... Dr Neil hadaegh is the master of symmetry and beautiful veneers. I had coffee stained teeth but nothing else really bad, but still wanted the hollywood smile. I was nervous about the whole "grinding down my teeth" factor and dr hadaegh is known for barely sanding you teeth down to fit the veneers. The whole process was so easy and painless. I gave him photos of teeth I liked and they matched them to my face so it looked natural. Having on the temps was annoying but it was worth it. I have been going to Dr. Stelmach for at least 3 years and I can honestly say he and his staff are the VERY BEST. He has the best dental hygienists who are both so sweet, patient, knowledgeable and give the best cleaning. Given that I work in hi-tech, I hadn't expected to walk into a Dentist's office so well-outfitted with so much advanced technology! Of course, we don't visit the dentist to play with iPads or watch DVDs, so the real test is how they treat patients and whether they are ethical and conscientious. Dr. Stelmach and his entire office are the best. Just the absolute best. Everyone is so compassionate, knowledgeable, and sensitive to your needs (and fears). The x-ray machines they use are the kind that don't make you feel ill afterwards, and all the equipment is up to date (the office is pristine). The second appointment was when I had the most work done (filings and all that fun stuff). I was terrified. Dr. Stelmach recommended I come a little early so I could take medicine to calm my nerves. Two hours later all my fears were gone.-so much so that for the final appointment I didn't need additional medicine to calm my nerves. Yes, he's THAT good. Hygienist, Lynette is AMAZING. She has really made a difference with my teeth! I have been going to this office for years and although the dentists have changed, all great, Lynette has been the one constant. I have receding gums and since going to her, my dental health has improved. She explains everything as she works on your teeth and gives you detailed tips. Thomas (yah, he told me to call him by his first name) kind of blew me away. He saw me on a short notice. My mouth was a wreck, with a 5 year lapse in my care, backstopped by and ardent influx of sugary substances in my yammer hole. Dr. Stelmach knew that I was under a time crunch because of an impending trip to Europe and so he worked on me for 5.5 hours, staying in the office until 9pm *with* his assistant. AMAZING. He is friendly, detail oriented and his talent, approach and "bedside manner" are exceptional. I forgot about my old dentist immediately. Well, if I had chosen him myself, I couldn't have done any better. He's a joy to go to (as much as one "likes" to go to the dentist). His work is top-notch and his demeanor (as well as everyone in the office) is always cheerful. Great experience!! I went to Dr. Stelmach a while back after reading the favorable reviews here on Yelp and am glad I did. My first visit was for a routine cleaning and all went well- I felt very comfortable and everyone I encountered was very friendly and extremely caring and professional, including Dr. Stelmach himself. My second visit was for a chipped tooth (because I have been grinding my teeth so severely at night) and Dr. Stelmach fixed it right up. My teeth look even better than before I chipped anything! He also made me feel better about being a teeth grinder. I expressed concern over having caused this kind of damage to my teeth and he assured me that I shouldn't blame myself since I was sleeping when it happened. He also explained that many people grind their teeth at night and that damage can be minimized with the use of a mouth guard. Since I did not wish to wake up with another chipped tooth, I elected to have one custom-made and molds of my teeth were taken right away. Dr. Stelmach provided me with a temporary, sports-type mouth guard to protect my teeth while the actual guard was being made (it takes a week or so) and I ended up actually biting through this one and chipping another tooth (yikes). This confirmed for me that choosing to go the professional route rather than simply picking one up from the drugstore was the right choice (yes- it's expensive, but so worth it). Again, I was distraught about chipping yet another tooth while wearing the temporary guard so I called the office to see if my custom guard was in yet, explaining what had happened. The staff member with whom I spoke was incredibly concerned and got me in the next day for an appointment. When I saw Dr. Stelmach I showed him the chip and relayed that since it was so small this time I wasn't too worried about having it fixed, but he insisted on fixing it and said he couldn't let me walk out of there with a chip in my tooth. So, again, he fixed me up (free of charge) and equipped me with the custom guard that had thankfully come in the previous day after I made my appointment. After a few minor tweaks to the device from Dr. Stelmach, the guard fits perfectly and has been effective in protecting my teeth. All-in-all I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stelmach and his staff and definitely recommend trying them out if you're in need of any sort of dental work! read more

I wanted to change dentists for a few years, and a friend told me about Dr Stelmach, and how much she liked him... It took me a year to make the move and am SO glad I did. I am such a nervous nellie about the dentist, and my teeth are super sensitive... Dr Stelmach, Cami, Aurora, and the whole team are the friendliest, sweetest people, and totally professional. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months, I was able to replace my crown in one day (you usually have to return 2 weeks later to get the permanent crown) and my teeth look better than ever. In retrospect it's like my old dentist was from the stone age. All of the equipment is so modern and efficient, and Dr Stelmach is very gentle and caring. I became a patient of Dr Stelmach's in 1999 or 2000, after searching for a dentist online. A stroke of pure luck because, as many other reviewers have pointed out, he's one of the absolute best in his chosen profession: meticulous, technically skilled, artistic, compassionate, honest, and completely approachable and friendly. When his office changed location, I started seeing other dentists, and it worked out fine for many years because my teeth were in an excellent shape after all the work performed by Dr Stelmach. I needed nothing done for many years! However, when my front tooth got chipped last year, I realized, after having had it bonded seven times (!) by different dentist and repeatedly chipping off the bonding (and more and more of the enamel each time), that he would probably be the only one who could figure out a long-term solution that would not only save my tooth but also make it stronger. So I started a second online search, this time more targeted of course. And I was lucky I did, again! I don't know anything about the science behind his approach, but in my experience, it's all about looking out for the long-term health, the structure and strength of your teeth, that there is no stress, that the bite is perfectly balanced. The fact that he's making smiles the prettiest they can ever be is just the icing on the cake, of course. ;) In that sense, he is truly an artist! Highly recommended! read more

I recently visited Dr Hadaegh for complex dental work that other dentists were not able to help me with. Not only did he expertly fix my problem but he took time to make sure all of my questions were answered. His office is state of the art and his staff is amazing. After going to my last dentist for many years and not being very happy with him, I decided to switch and got referred to Dr Hadaegh. Just had my first two visits, and I had a cleaning, whitening, and a crown. Everything here is as it is supposed to be, clean beautiful office, I only waited a few minutes, I didn't have any pain at all, everyone is kind, very professional, and good at what they do, especially Dr Hadaegh. So happy I stumbled upon Dr. Hadaegh's office. I had my first visit today for a check-up exam/cleaning. Everything went beyond my expectations. You can tell everybody on the staff values customer service because the service you get here is exceptional. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the hygienists to Dr. Hadaegh himself were super sweet and professional. The dental hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning.
