DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER TO GO IN PERSON. They do not know how to prioritize their orders. I waited over 25 minutes for a sandwich and the vermencilli dish. After checking in with the workers, suddenly my order was ready after 5 minutes . Also, I requested extra sauce for my vermencilli dish, before leaving I asked if they added it and they said yes. I decided to open up the bag and noticed one worker rushing towards the back. Guess what? She returned with the extra sauce because they didn't put one in the bag as requested. I haven't been to this spot in over a year so was very surprised when I walked it and discovered it got a makeover! It used to a be a tiny hole in the wall behind pho 99 and although technically it still is, the interior and menu is completely new and modern! The menu has expanded ten folds Similiar to items offered in bigger cities. Items such as bun rieu cua (crab soup), canh chua and hotpot are rare items in the Central Valley so this is definitely an upgrade! Our waiter has phenomenal and welcoming of our family. He was attentive, kind and genuwine. Their pho broth is the better one compared to others on the same strip (there's like 5 other Vietnamese restaurants in the same center). I tried something new, their family style rib back pickled green soup and omg it was amazing! The portion was enough for 2! Next time to complete the meal I would get a meat dish, their vegetable dish (like rau mong) to complete the family meal to share! I am excited to try so many items on the menu! read more

I moved from the Bay Area. So I was spoiled with food quality. The broth was sweet but tolerable when I first went. The past few times it's been way too sweet. How many rocks of sugar do they use? My party didn't even finish their bowl and didn't want to take it home. We also ordered to go the fish soup. That broth was so sweet my wife had to add ingredients to make it more flavorful. Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine! This is now my favorite Pho place in the valley. The P1 Pho with oxtail is so tasty. But all their dishes are great, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The restaurant is located around the back of the main strip of other Pho restaurants. If you order delivery they carefully Saran Wrap each dish, so no leakage, plus they deliver across town. Definitely a good spot to eat pho, bahn mi sandwiches, and more. You just have to be patient b c sometimes they get busy or flustered. The pho is always super hot and ready quickly. Most of everything is fresh but sometimes the cilantro is not and they mix it with onions for some reason. I honestly can't say anything bad about this place aside they serve water jugs to tables that people touch all day and aren't cleaned properly as I can wipe them and see dirt or whatever. They're just refilled. Also they keep jars of oils etc which is unsanitary but I'm not complaining bc it's available but given the environment, things should be given as sides. For example ask for a small bowl of chili oil if needed. It shouldn't be in a little cup with spoon all day that everyone touches and you don't know if they put it in their bowl. Usually really great service but today was a little different. Food is great, but my friend is a vegetarian and I was having high hopes for her here, since it's her first time. I saw some vegetarian dishes accommodating to vegetarians but DO BE CAREFUL. We asked for a vegetarian fried rice, and the server brought out a plate with Chinese sausages in it. Once we were seated, it was a bout a 3/5min wait time before she came and asked if we were ready to order. It's my first time there and there menu like a booklet with 6 pages front and back with one appetizer menu. They have a good variety of selection, from rice plates, to pho, and udon along with vermicelli bowls. 3. I placed an order of the XL Pho bowl with everything and sauté squid. My sister got bbq pork rice place. - The pho broth without anything was just perfect especially with the Ox tail being in it giving it a rich fatty flavor. The amount was "Extra" because you know... XL. The noodles on the other hand was drenched a little too long that they stuck together, but I was fine with it. The meat and broth made up for it. - The squid was spot on, just imagine it as a grilled bbq squid, I was just bummed that there was no sauce with it. - The pork was good, has a sweet and salty. I think it's called "char siu" style. Rice was ok, a little hard but you know... it's rice. 4. Lastly, if your a quick to judge the place by its looks on its outside... you're going to miss out on lots of good food. Yes, when I first came to this place, I thought I was in the wrong place. I heard so much about this pho restaurant so I had to try it. I'm not a big pho fan but I do love my vermicelli noodles which I thought was ok. My Spring rolls was more of a spring veggie and egg rolls were the typical. Portions were good. Pricing was average but cleanliness was a no go. The floor was either sticky or greasy but I definitely was walking slow to my table. However the service was not so good, When we arrived nobody greeted us and after waiting I finally ask one of the employees if we could please be seated. My husband ordered the P zero broth was nice and light and flavorful I liked it but my husband prefer his broth darker he also said their beef was chewy and the meatball was okay. I kept it simple and ordered a banh mi the K4 with a strawberry banana smoothie everything was good for me lol. Only thing I would say is a few of their items are a big portion that's why I played it safe with a banh mi but they also have appetizers and a vegetarian menu. Decided to give it a try because people kept on telling me that they have some of the most authentic pho in town. I wouldn't recommend the pho because I've had better pho in town. My husband ordered the ox pho which is P1, and it was really bland. I had ordered the P4 and it was also very bland too, they both taste exactly the same. After i ate the pho, i felt very dizzy and so did my husband. He said it's probably because they put a lot of MSG in it. I will definitely come back for other dishes just to try it out, but no more pho for me from here. I also had the K1 sandwich which is the combination Vietnamese sandwich. The bread was way too hard to chew. Then i ordered a Fruity addict, and this i ENJOYED. Its so refreshing!! The service was nice as well, i will definitely be back for some more food. read more
