If you want a spectacularly, flavorful meaty brothy Pho you have found the place! They have many other menu choices, but this is what I have focused on so far! It is also open on Monday, unlike most other Pho places. With the Pho, I had so many flavors colliding but complementing each other, and so many different styles and types of meat, fresh vegetables, and wonderful noodles! I've been here three times. The Phos, the Vermicelli's the Chow fun. and the classic and fruity Boba drinks with all sorts of jellies, makes for very diverse and challenging choices. The menu is quite extensive with almost too many choices if that's even possible? The ambience is decorative and actually more comfortable to me than most sterile simple Pho restaurant I've been to in the past. The place has been crowded when I've gone and they have been off hours. I have had soups with everything from oxtail to tongue to beef blood, all sorts of things that you would not normally think of eating but very authentic and flavorful choices you don't have to have, the exotic stuff you can have them leave it out and they will substitute something else most of the time. But trust me the spicy Beefy Pho will knock your socks off for a Hearty eater. It has beef ribs. brisket ,tripe, rare steak, tendon, and meatballs. I asked for it medium spicy. I've also had the oxtail soup, which is also wonderful absolutely filled with vegetables and a separate plate of basil, bean sprouts, oregano different spices are served, and you have all the accoutrements at the table as well. the service was friendly, they take your order at the table, it is kind of hard to get your check at times. This is my first time trying Nho Kitchen since they moved from their old location months ago. I was a huge fan of their food at their old location so I was expecting nothing less. Nho did not disappoint. My brother and I ordered the Chicken Pho. It was delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor. The pho came with green onions on top already. On the side the usual topping bean sprouts, jalapeño, lemon, and Thai basil leaves. I add that to my pho. I also added their oil chile which is pretty spicy. We also ordered their spring rolls & bahi mai sandwich which is delicious as well. Their sandwich is the best I ever had. They have a sauce in there that just gives it full of flavor. The service was nice. We went right when they open so very few people which made fast service. Our food was out probably less than 10 minutes. Food is decent. The worst thing about this place is the servers. They don't clean at all. The whole place was filled with piles of nasty eaten dishes that they refused to clean. There was a waiting list with a bunch of tables that were open. The reason for the wait list was because they refused to clean the tables and were basically waiting for their one coworker to clean them. When finally seated it took 30 minutes to get a server even though they pointed at us about 2 different times telling the servers to come to us. Food was half fast prepared but tasted decent. We ended up trying to get some boba and when we ordered it took about 40 minutes. Turns out they forgot about us and made it when we asked the 45th minute in. If it wasn't for the decency of the food, I wouldn't recommend eating here. Take out would be your best option but I wouldn't doubt it would be a 3 hour long wait because they forgot your order. Their first location on Mckinley & First took off after they remodeled and made some bomb pho. NK#2, has the same great tasting pho and drinks. My family and I have dined in and gotten take out at the OG location over the years and even a couple times at the location by the train tracks over on Palm and we never had any problems until now. I originally was planning to give this place 4 stars but after finding a plastic shard in their Nem nuong spring rolls (leftovers that I home), I had to knock it down to 3 stars. I wish this would have happened at the restaurant so I could've given them the opportunity to address it. I know stuff like this can happen anywhere but I think if someone else was in my position, they'd give this place 1 star. Thank goodness I detected it and spit it out but it's possible that I might've unknowingly swallowed smaller pieces :-/ It's a great location with plenty of parking and the interior is bright and colorful (leftover from the tea place that used to be here.) When you first walk in, there's an automated announcement welcoming customers/alert staff of people entering and though not thaaat a big deal, the dirty floors were one of the first things that I noticed and fixated on for the first couple of minutes. The chairs are a weird plastic that wants to be a rocking chair which seems a bit dangerous for a restaurant that serves hot soup. The service was okay. We got there around 8 so about an hour before closing. The service started out strong but half an hour later, it felt like we were forgotten about. We ran out of water and waited for them to stop by to refill our water but it seemed as if they intentionally avoided us. Not sure if they did that to give us space or they were clocked out for the day. (I should also mention that they have one of those AI delivery machines but we didn't get service from it because the table #2 that we sat at was too close to the kitchen. My kids would have loved that. Maybe if you're going with kids, ask to be seated on the other side like table 12-13.) As far as the food goes, the broth was pretty good but a bit salty (don't add fish sauce until you taste your broth first!) I ordered a large but it seemed like the same amount of meat and noodles as my kids' regular bowls. I guess a large just means extra broth. The combo meat wasn't impressive but my kids' oxtails seemed better quality. Lastly, I know everything everywhere is getting expensive but 3 small-ish rolls for $8 is too pricey. That's $2.67 per small-ish eggrolls. Overall, for what I spent (over $120 after tax and tip), I felt let down. Stop noodling around and come to Nho Kitchen! This spot is conveniently located on the corner of Herndon and Cedar inside the courtyard of Cedar Tree Village Shopping Center. This place is super duper cute in there. It's bright with a fun color scheme of blue, orange, and lime green. I really loved the vibe in there. They have a lot of seating and fairly long tables so this is a perfect place to come with a group. My boyfriend and I went around primetime lunch time just before 12pm and there were a lot of people in there. We got seated relatively fast, however! Their menu is incredibly expansive, I wanted to try everything. We settled on shrimp and pork spring rolls, their P1 - oxtail pho, and their P3 - pho with rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Everything was SO GOOD! It came out fast too! Their spring rolls were a pretty good size and their peanut sauce was rich and delicious. As for the pho, I was really impressed with how much you get! My boyfriend and I both got their regular size, instead of the large, and you get A LOT! If you tend to pay for extra noodles at other pho places, you do not have to worry about that here. They really do not skimp! Their broth was so delicious too. Lots of noodles and yummy broth - everything you could want in a pho! I definitely would get everything again. How many PHO places in town can provide amazing food and ambience i give it 5 stars. They greeted me with kindness as they sat me and answered all my annoying questions, another 5 stars. This is my go to pho joint in fresno. Lots of selection of pho, rice dishes and other noodles and Vietnamese dishes to choose from. They even have boba tea/smoothies if you're into it. The pho broth is on point, comes out piping hot and portion size is good. Usually a small does it for me. You can't go wrong with whatever you pick here.
