She was amazing and I loved her energy and attitude. I would definitely come back to see Hailey again. When I agreed to just a manicure the response was a sarcastic "thank you." First impressions are the reveal and this one said everything. If this is how repeat customers are treated over the phone it's clear long term business isn't a priority. They've lost a customer and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. My nails had over three weeks of growth, and with an upcoming conference, it was definitely time for a refresh. I was paired with Crystal, and she was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She even took a photo of the nail design I showed her, recreated it on one nail first, and asked for my feedback before continuing. I suggested one small tweak to make it my own, and she perfected it before moving on to the rest. Once we had the design just right, it was smooth sailing from there. The entire appointment took about 60 minutes, which I really appreciated, and the pricing was very reasonable and comparable to what I was paying at my previous salon. The salon itself was clean, bright, and inviting. The only adjustment for me was that it was busier than I'm used to.
