I chose Jam because they answered their phone and provided me pricing and availability on the spot. I can't tell you how many companies I reached out to before I found Jam and to this day no reply or call back. I have high expectations for customer service and Jam met those expectations. Jam showed up on a holiday weekend and jammed right into getting the job done. I'm so impressed. So happy. My son was shocked and impressed as well. What they did right : answered phone, put me on schedule, showed up, and did an excellent job. They made his van look brand new and it was a mess. When I asked one attendant to stop, he told me he was 16 years old. I have real concerns about who's operating expensive vehicles here and whether there's any real training or supervision. They also lost my car key during a visit. I found it myself, sitting in a puddle of water on top of the engine, inches from falling into the engine bay. It hasn't worked reliably since. When I raised this, staff couldn't communicate with me in English and nothing was done about it. The final straw: I was yelled at by an attendant while pulling in, then told to pull forward -- directly into the path of another attendant who was pulling a customer's Porsche out of a stall. Had I followed the instruction, I would have hit that car. This is a serious safety and management failure. I've canceled my membership and can't recommend this place. Between the lost/damaged key, unsafe driving of customer vehicles, and staff who told me directly they were underage, I'd steer clear.

They worked hard on it for about 2.5 hours and extremely happy with their attention to detail, no pun intended. Top notch easy to use, great service right to your own driveway can't beat that!

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

I cannot say enough good things about this service. It's a start up operation, but their quality-mindedness and extremely fair pricing makes Nice Detail a really amazing find. After rave reviews from myself and a few coworkers, Chauncy and his team now visit our office lot a few times a month to do detailing onsite for our employees. The speed at which those sign up sheets fill up when posted is a true testament to just how much we all appreciate the convenience and pricing of his services. Unfortunately, it's extremely rare these days to come upon a business with both fair (read: under market) prices and quality services. Nice Detail is that exception! read more

BEWARE!!! This guy is a cheat, liar, thief, very aggressive and rude! He charged $220 to wash & wax one of my vehicles, swore to me on the phone he was all done. I got home 3 hours later, the dirt drips hadn't been touched!! I rubbed them with spit on my finger & it came right off!! DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!!! These guys were awesome! I took advantage of the Living Social coupon that they were offering for 50% off of their basic package (regularly $40). They arrived 20 minutes early at my office, worked on my car for about an hour and now she is spotless! And trust me, my Dodge was DIRRRTY! Chauncy did an amazing job with my car! I was mostly concerned with the interior, as a lot of the crevices have gotten dust and debris in then over time. Took three days to get appointment because he said he had "so many member cars" - so I dropped it off at Friday AM and they voluntarily told me repeatedly it would be ready that day. By end of day - no call - so I rang and asked the status. Said he'd finish it in the AM and sorry he had not called but that again he had "so many members" drop off that he had to push me off. No prob - I'm patient and it's a second car. Now here comes the good part: I show up and was told it's is $240 not $220 as quoted - because "it's a truck". Ok, I thought - I'll just roll with it because I knew it was older and needed the extra love and I'm just not someone to short change a hard job. As I start walking through the job and notice the smudges of sticky stuff I specifically asked to get off are still there. She goes back to get a rag and must have rolled her eyes at the boss/owner who was cleaning another car. He says to her (presuming I can't hear?) "it's an old truck, it's not going to be a new car!". I obviously hear and try as kindly as possible to say - "I understand it's an old truck and I'm not expecting perfection, but I just paid $240 to detail it and the sticky stuff is 3 days old and should come off". His response - "I'm just telling her to do her best and that it might not come off. Don't get fussy!" WTF - did the owner of a detail business that charges a premium just tell a woman to not get "fussy"....about removable spots on a car that is being detailed?!?! Why, YES, he did. The young woman gets a rag and puts some modest elbow grease on it and, voila, sticky stuff comes of....with water. No big deal. So then I point out that the truck bed is still dirty (see picture) and I'm told "we don't really do truck beds so we did the best we can". I'm confused...didn't I just pay $20 more than quoted because "it's a truck"?! So apparently you pay for being a truck but don't deserve an even modestly cleaned TRUCK bed?! I thought about complaining further but with the complete lack of attention to "detail", condescending owner, and ridiculously low quality of work for the price - I decided I'll just leave and never go there again....and make sure my neighbors know about the experience! Trust me - I could have gotten myself very worked up about this. I thought about driving back to demand a better job, but something tells me it wouldn't make a damn difference. The owner acts like he's got a cornered market in Tarrytown and the plethora of "member with nice cars that keep him from servicing ordinary people like me who just get in the way. Guess he doesn't realize I've lived here for 20 years and our other cars are BMW and a Range Rover - that we will be getting washed at FinishLine in WestLake because they charge less, deliver more, and show basic courtesy to their customers!
