My daughter and I went to this nail salon to get mani and pedis. The two nail technicians were lazy. My daughter got acrylic on her hands, and they came out looking unnatural and angled upwards, and the tips were painted obviously uneven. When it was time for my mani and pedi, they gave me a 10-minute version. My nails weren't properly prepped. They didn't clean, cut, or file. $170 I wish I could get back because we are extremely disappointed. I wouldn't even refer this place to my worst enemy. I honestly don't know how they are able to stay open. They talked trash about 3 customers who walked in and asked about services when the nail tech was the one who was rude and didn't even look at them when responding to their question. read more

Yiemy the owner is one of the sweetest person you will ever know, for the past 2 years I've had health issues but every time I feel down and unhappy somehow the people that works here makes you feel that they care not because I'm a customer but because they are truly just good hearted people and every single time I get my nails done it just gets better each and every time I go here. I went in with my mom to get our nails done. I called in and was able to get an appointment the same day. Lisa is absolutely amazing and talented. She is nice and friendly. She did not try to push any extra sales like other salons do. She made my mom feel comfortable and spoke Spanish to her. My nails look amazing. She took her time doing them and did not rush. She made my nails look natural and beautiful. I am very impressed with the quality! Can you say talented!! Yup! She speaks English and Spanish. Which is a huge plus. The salon is clean and nice. Grand opening- but not sure I will return. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done. Positives: Price and the paper sandals are free. The pedicure bath is lined with a new bag for every pedicure. No strong chemical odor like some places. Negatives: the service wasn't great. The pedicurist nearly scalded my foot with the hot towel. And during the manicure the manicurist cut my cuticle so short I bled. THEN she still sprayed alcohol on it! My cousin and I got the same color gel manicure color and somehow hers was shinier than mine. I made a comment and the owner told me to return to get it fixed. The manicurist repaired the top coat but didn't seem too happy to have to do so. All in all not a great experience. read more

Michael does the prettiest nails! My mom and I showed up without an appointment for mani pedis and we were taken in right away. I've never had stiletto nails and I asked Michael if he could do them and he absolutely could! He made great suggestions when it came to picking color and length. I came here last week with a group of friends to get mani/pedis for a wedding. The place is very clean and staff were very welcoming. That's where the positives end. I've gotten gel nails before, and never have I experienced burning while having the UV lamp set the nails. Not sure what happened here, but it was very uncomfortable. My biggest gripe is that the nails didn't even last A WEEK! Got them done on a Friday and they started peeling (accompanied by some painful hangnails) just a few days later. This place is very expensive and the quality is not great. I feel bad because they are very nice, but every time I go I end up dissatisfied. Once I got the dip nails, and they looked thick and lumpy. Then I went back for the gel manicure, it was uneven and was lifting by the end of the third day. Each time my pedicure looks like it could be neater. Spa pedicure they charged an additional $5 from what was stated on menu and I didn't ask for additional services. On top of that, they removed the massage control so there's no massage chair during your service, water was lukewarm, mediocre pedi and she charged an additional $1 when I used my credit card! None of which was communicated, no tip and will not return. read more
