I used to go to Nick n Willy's all the time when I was kid and honestly pizza has not been the same since they all started closing (only remaining locations being this one and in Boulder). So stopping at this location was super nostalgic and hit the spot just like it did years ago. I got a personal (which is a great size for one person) pizza with pineapple and a Caesar salad. My boyfriend got the Nick n Willy's classic and he also enjoyed this place especially on his first time ever trying it. My parents used to love the wild Willy combo so considering I do not live close to this location, you can bet that I got one to go hehe. I think besides the high quality of food, the staff was really the cherry on top. They are so nice and make sure you don't need anything so really top tier service. As a kid, my Nick n Willy's used to have honey bottles because their crust with honey was great. I asked for honey and the employee went to the back and found an almost empty bottle but offered to warm it for me which is very kind of them since they were technically going out of their way to make sure I had everything I wanted. Also I must point out, they have GREAT music taste, felt like they were playing my playlist lol. It is a small location with limited seating but it is such a clean and cozy environment and it felt very family owned which is always a plus. I super recommend this place/location as their food will fulfill your hunger (especially after skiing) as well as the service will leave you feeling cared for. 10/10 recommend

Post-ski pizza and Nick n Willy's does it right! We found this location thanks to Yelp. Located in a shopping center just off I-70, it's a convenient, delicious, and fast way to get a meal in the mountains. We got the lunch special- $12 for a 12" medium pizza, two toppings, and two drinks. You can also get an individual 8" pizza with two toppings and one drink for $6. Pizzas are all made fresh and bake quickly. If it's available, be sure to check for the Yelp deals- we bought the $17 for $8 deal, but also saw a 15% off. Only small note- the restroom is in the back of the restaurant and you have to walk through the kitchen. Not a biggie, and the staff is welcome to you using it- but just a heads up. Staff was incredibly friendly! We'll be back!

We used their webpage to order through "Slice". We have a family of six and we ordered six custom-built personal pizzas so we could pick our favorite toppings. Well, that was a mistake! Only one pizza was made correctly. They left one out of the order entirely, so we had to wait there while they made it. In spite of four out of six of us being disappointed with the wrong toppings being on our pizzas, they did taste fairly good. I recommend keeping your order simple or they'll mess it up. Side note - Google shows them as only open on Friday and Saturdays, but they're open more days than that, so I suggest they fix their business hours online. read more

Some of the best pizza our family has had. Crust was perfect and they use fresh ingredients. We had three pizzas. The margarita was great, the big kahuna was unique and delicious. Last we ordered the outback which was also amazing. Highly recommend this place. read more

Do not leave Silverthorne without visiting Kaitlyn (spelling?) and her amazing restaurant! We ordered the Magellan (substituted onions for mushrooms because we don't like them), and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life. It was ready quickly and was perfectly cooked. We devoured the entire 14-inch pie before our team had scored their first touchdown. This has to be the best pizza place in Summit County. I can't imagine it getting any better. Enjoy! read more

Wow The new owners are incredible! Love that they keep the good quality for everything, from the ingredients for the pizza, the place is small but impeccable and the tables outside are perfect, the service is exceptional. No matter how busy they are they always have an exceptional customer service. Hard working women. This is the type of attention, attitude and work ethic this county needs. Great pizza but Lake Dillon number for carry out did not work! We ended up having to go in to order after accidentally ordering from the Boulder location. Lots and lots of toppings which were great and fresh, staff was friendly and accommodating! Great pizza after day of skiing. read more

I am so glad we found this place! We came in for a pizza from a hotel a town over. They baked it up very quickly. My little kids liked sitting at the bar to watch them make the pizza. The guys working were very friendly. Pearl Jam playing on the speakers was also a plus for us. The picnic tables out front had a great view. We were given plenty of napkins and plates for the family. Pizza absolutely lived up to the great reviews on Yelp. I'm sad to see some people had less than stellar pizza from time yo time. Ours was great! We will be back. read more

The Mediterranean pizza was bearable. They were very skimpy on the toppings, and the pizza was cold when I picked it up in the 15 minutes like they said. The cherry on top was that they did not honor their Yelp advertisement, so I paid an extra $8 for a already ridiculously expensive 16" "family size" pizza. Not coming here again. read more

This is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The dough tasted like cardboard and there was absolutely no flavor in the sauce. I was dumping red pepper flakes and parmesan on just to add some flavor. They really need to add some seasoning in. Also, the service at this location was terrible. The cashier was not listening and we had to repeat ourselves several times. Then, the person making our pizza forgot our order and made two other pizzas before we had to remind her that we were still waiting. Nope. read more

Scam of a business. We bought the $8 for $17 deal advertised on Yelp, traveled across town to the business only for them to tell us it was fake. Their first response was that they had never heard of it, then suddenly their tune changed and it was "we've tried to get in contact with Yelp but we can't reach them." They legitimately wanted us to believe that this was some grand scheme Yelp has against their business since they don't pay for advertising. AVOID! read more

Nick-N-Willy's had an $8 for $18 Yelp deal, so I didn't expect deliciousness, but was pleasantly surprised. The crust was good with a hint of sweetness. I got a veggie pizza with Greek side salad. The veggies were fresh and they have artichoke hearts which is my favorite pizza topping. It is probably the tastiest and cheapest deal in Dillon right now. read more

Such a cute lil pizza shop! The employees were so kind and placing a to-go order over the phone was so easy. We don't eat pork so they happily switched out some of the meat options, which we really appreciated. The pizza had normal crust and it was so good! We got the hot jalapeño one which was the perfect amount of spicy. read more

Only giving it 2 stars because the pizza was reallyyy good. The shop itself is nasty dirty and the employees - yikes. Blatantly talking about how weird people are for what they ordered, they're SUPER loud & obnoxious, at one point comparing the dark cooler to their mother's wombs....? They don't wear gloves while making pizzas and we were there for an hour, no one washed their hands. They were cursing repeatedly, and the list goes on. ORDER YOUR PIZZA TO-GO, PEOPLE. read more

Nice find in Silverthorne. We ordered the Magellan pizza with a Greek salad. Both were tasty and delicious. The Magellan is a very unique pizza - ok, I eat a lot of pizza, don't judge- garlic sauce with spinach, Italian sausage and more goodness. This pizza does not disappoint. read more

Nick and Willy's was perfect after a long day boarding. While they do have take and bake they also cook pizza as well. Based on the website it wasn't totally clear you could buy cooked pizza. Two guys running the store and making pizza where awesome, they had recommendations on sauces and cheese sticks that where spot on. Although we took carry out, they made sure make the cheese bread first sow we could munch on that right away. Five cheese pizza and garden vegetable pizza were great. read more

New ownership has ruined this place, they baked a pizza that was ordered to take and bake and just say" it's but it's okay" in response with no offer to remake order. Now the pizza will be cold and not fresh after the drive home. They seem more concerned with the money than providing customer service. read more

The service was unpleasant. Workers were constantly cussing and talking excessively to customers which caused our order to be delayed. On top of that they got our order wrong. Disappointed that the service was so awful because the food is good. Wouldn't come again. read more

Our server was excellent and she informed us that a few things off the menu weren't available due to an understaffed kitchen and that only a few beer selections were on tap because their head brewer had recently quit. Not a stellar start, but shit happens in the restaurant industry. My rating--I ordered a steak which was good but slightly over-cooked for my tastes and their unfortunately minimal beer selection. I don't like IPAs and that was really the only option for "lighter" beers. I'm sure they'll get things sorted out and when they do, I'll give them another chance.

This place is the best pizza joint in Summit County. Their signature pizzas and wings are delicious. Fresh ingredients (take and bake is the way to go if you can swing it). Mike answered the phone 30 minutes before they even opened to take my order. I had no idea that they open at 11:30, but he was very friendly and kind enough to take my order at 11:00. The local Summit Tiger football booster card makes an already great deal an amazing one. The store is clean, great staff... can't say enough about Nick-N-Willy's. They've got the pizza market cornered in my book for Summit County. I travel from Copper to get pies from these guys, knowing I'm getting the best bang for my buck. Cheers! read more

Stopped in Silverthorne on the way home from Denver. Wanted a quick lunch, but not the same old fast food. Spotted this little place in the shopping center and decided to try it. What a nice surprise. The place clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and came quickly. So we were on our way again within 1/2 hour. Glad they offer gluten free but the Boulder Bistro gluten free crust they use isn't very tasty. It would be nice if they used Udi's or Sweet Escapes Pastries gluten free crust or a good cauliflower crust. The crust tastes like whole wheat and has a very earthy taste. Not what I want when having a pizza. I would try them again if they switched up the gluten free crust they use. read more

This pizza place is great. Limited seating inside. One or 2 tables outside, but the pizza is very good, they have a wide variety of menu items, the dough is gluten free and you can get it to go or take n bake. I give it high marks and come here every time I'm in town. read more
