The biggest reason for this review is the staff, they were so chill and happy and helpful recommending stuff to me and talking about the food and how big the sizes were without me even asking. Not being from the region, I did not realize that I was walking into a chain, very little different from a California Pizza Kitchen or Sbarro. We had just arrived in Dillon from crossing Vail pass in snow - too buggered to cook so we ordered a majellan pizza from N&W. They advised us they were about to close so we needed to collect it in half a hour. No prob - I drove down to pick it up then realised I had left my wallet at home. Swallowing my pride I explained the situ to the duty mgr and to my surprise they were more than happy to give me the pizza. Next day I was happy to pay the amount as the pizza was really good. Kaitlin, the owner, went above and beyond to serve 50 hungry golfers after playing nine holes at Keystone Ranch. She is normally closed on Monday but managed to provide us with salads, pizza, and plenty of wings. Even those who eat gluten free pizzas were accommodated. The guy took my order over the phone and said it would be 30 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and paid for my food. I waited 20 more minutes and one of the other staff asked who I was and took my pizza out of the fridge. It was there the whole time. My family really enjoyed the pizza here. My son had the cheesy breadsticks. He absolutely loved them and for the price you can't beat them. My wife and I shared the Magellen pizza. It was fresh and delicious. We split a large and ended up taking 4 pieces home. It was just as good good cold as it was the nite before. We stay in Silverthorne 2-3 time a yr and we will be coming here every time. The staff making the pizza were busy but still very friendly. Do yourself a favor try this pizza. Only drawback is that it has very limited seating. There is essentially a small bar with about 8 stools. read more

Dropped in for lunch and had a wonderful pizza and salad. LOTS of topping, and I even heard her tell another customer that she would swap out a topping for another at no charge. If you can, order your pizza take-n-bake instead of letting them bake it. They always burn it and all you can taste is the charred crust. I normally get the pizza to take home and bake it, but the other day I accidentally ordered it incorrectly and they baked it. It was awful because they burned it. Ordered dinner last Sunday. The food was ready late, just as they were closing. The Greek salad came with no dressing and by the time we got home and found out they were closed. More importantly the staff attitude toward the use of protective masks was cavalier at best - wearing the on their chin and with holes in them. First time at Nick-n-Willy's. Ordered the N-n-W's classic pizza. The manger was checking our pizza. She took it out of the oven, checked it, cut it, box it. Called my name and gave it to us, took it home. Opened it at home found out it was a sausage pizza, only had 12 pieces of sausage on the pizza. Not only was it the wrong pizza but 12 pieces of sausage on entire pizza?? with 4 bubbles on it!!! Seriously this manager gave a pizza like this to a customer. This pizza was horrible!!! read more

Expensive for pizza by all means. Definitely not the quality you expect for the price. I had the specialty pizza, the name eludes me, that was stacked with meat and toppings for close to $20 and could not finish it. Gluten free is extra here so it can get pretty steep.
